Abstract
本公开提出了一种定时提前量确定方法,该方案为根据定时提前量信息确定持续传输过程中每段传输的定时提前量。从而避免了在持续传输过程中使用现有定时提前量确定方法无法适应非地面网络传播时延快速变化而造成上行用户之间的干扰的问题。
