本发明提供了一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条及其制备工艺,以重量计包括以下组分:3L胶100份、硬脂酸1‑2份、氧化锌3‑5份、聚乙二醇1‑2份、石蜡3‑5份、环烷油10份、白炭黑25‑30份、钛白色10‑15份、硫磺1‑1.5份、硫化促进剂TT0.5‑1份、硫化促进剂DM0.75‑1份、硫化促进剂M0.15‑0.3份、硫化促进剂CZ0.3‑0.7份和硫化促进剂D1‑1.5份,发泡剂7‑9份、发泡剂OBSH1‑4份,通过先二段混炼,再将生产出的胶料交叉混炼,使最后得到的交叉混炼胶的成分状态一致,在大批量的生产过程中,可以保证连续挤出,提高了生产效率。

一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及乳胶制品技术领域,具体为一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条及其制备工艺。
背景技术
在现有的生产作业中,会有一次性大批量产品的生产需求,使用天然乳胶作为主胶制作密封条时,天然乳胶因为储存方法和制备方法的问题会产生蛋白质硬化,主胶状态无法做到稳定统一,在连续挤出的过程中会导致发泡不均匀,由于混炼机每次只能混炼一份量的胶料,因此想要均匀发泡,必须在换胶料时重新调节微波硫化机的温度,但是此过程会大大降低生产效率,且最终产品之间的发泡效果仍有区别。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条及其制备工艺,解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条,以重量计包括以下组分:3L胶100份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌3-5份、聚乙二醇1-2份、石蜡3-5份、环烷油10份、白炭黑25-30份、钛白色10-15份、硫磺1-1.5份、硫化促进剂TT 0.5-1份、硫化促进剂DM0.75-1份、硫化促进剂M0.15-0.3份、硫化促进剂CZ0.3-0.7份和硫化促进剂D1-1.5份,发泡剂7-9份、发泡剂OBSH1-4份。
一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)将3L胶100份放入密炼机,密炼软化5min后,再置于开炼机中压片,冷却后并称重;
b)一段混炼:将称重完成的3L胶放入密炼机,依次加入硬脂酸1-2份,氧化锌3-5份,聚乙二醇1-2份,石蜡3-5份,环烷油10份,白炭黑25-30份,钛白粉10-15份,关闭气压顶盖,混炼2min,得到一段混炼胶,静置24小时;
c)二段混炼:将静置好的一段混炼胶放入密炼机,进一步均匀混炼后加入硫磺1-1.5份,TT0.5-1份,DM1份,M0.15份,CZ0.55份,D1份,AC7份,OBSH3份,混炼20-30s,混炼温度低于90℃,得到二段混炼胶,将二段混炼胶置于开炼机上,调整开炼机辊距为0.5-1mm,打三角包2-3次,薄通2-5次,下片静置12小时,并将胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
d)再次重复步骤a-c5次,得到5份胶料,并将每份胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
e)交叉混炼:将每一份胶料的编号1胶片放入开炼机,交叉混炼,打三角包2-3次,薄通,下片,胶片厚度为2cm;
f)将每一份胶料的编号2,编号3,编号4,编号5,编号6胶片依次放入开炼机,重复步骤e;
g)将制备好的交叉混炼胶静置约12小时;
h)将静置好的交叉混炼胶裁剪为10cm宽的带胶;
i)将带胶放入挤出机,根据密封圈产品尺寸挤出8MM-25mm不等直径的胶条;
j)将挤出的胶条经过长为10米的微波硫化机进行硫化处理,得到最终成品。大批量生产时,需要多个份量的混炼胶才能满足生产需求,但是混炼机每次只能生产一个份量的混炼胶,混炼胶的主胶中含有蛋白质,蛋白质在储存和制备过程中会产生不同程度的硬化,导致每份混炼胶的主胶状态不能统一,在微波硫化的过程中,每生产完一份混炼胶,需要停机换胶,并根据每份混炼胶的状态调节微波硫化机的温度,但是这样会大大降低生产效率,且产品的品质无法做到完全统一,现在先按照配方使用二段混炼的方式制备出六份二段混炼胶,将每份二段混炼胶打包、薄通、下片,并裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号,虽然每份二段混炼胶的主胶状态不一致,但可以通过将每份二段混炼胶相同编号的胶片进行交叉混炼,最后得到六份成分状态一致的交叉混炼胶,可以保证连续大量的生产,无需中途换胶,也无需调节微波硫化机的温度,保证了生产的产品品质保持一致,在生产过程中,经过三次静置,给予胶料充分的稳定时间。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
通过交叉混炼的方式,可以将主胶状态不同的胶料实现成分的统一稳定,所生产的交叉混炼胶份量可以满足一次大量的生产需求,且连续挤出过程中,无需中断换胶、调节微波硫化机的温度,提高了生产效率,保证了最终产品品质的统一。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
具体实施例:
一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条,以重量计包括以下组分:3L胶100份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌3-5份、聚乙二醇1-2份、石蜡3-5份、环烷油10份、白炭黑25-30份、钛白色10-15份、硫磺1-1.5份、硫化促进剂TT 0.5-1份、硫化促进剂DM0.75-1份、硫化促进剂M0.15-0.3份、硫化促进剂CZ0.3-0.7份和硫化促进剂D1-1.5份,发泡剂7-9份、发泡剂OBSH1-4份。
一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)将3L胶100份放入密炼机,密炼软化5min后,再置于开炼机中压片,冷却后并称重;
b)一段混炼:将称重完成的3L胶放入密炼机,依次加入硬脂酸1份,氧化锌4份,聚乙二醇1份,石蜡4份,环烷油10份,白炭黑27份,钛白粉13份,关闭气压顶盖,混炼2min,得到一段混炼胶,静置24小时;
c)二段混炼:将静置好的一段混炼胶放入密炼机,进一步均匀混炼后加入硫磺1.5份,TT 1份,DM 1份,M 0.15份,CZ 0.55份,D1份,AC7份,OBSH3份,混炼20-30s,混炼温度低于90℃,得到二段混炼胶,将二段混炼胶置于开炼机上,调整开炼机辊距为1mm,打三角包2-3次,薄通2-5次,下片静置12小时,并将胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
d)再次重复步骤a-c5次,得到5份胶料,并将每份胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
e)交叉混炼:将每一份胶料的编号1胶片放入开炼机,交叉混炼,打三角包2-3次,薄通,下片,胶片厚度为2cm;
f)将每一份胶料的编号2,编号3,编号4,编号5,编号6胶片依次放入开炼机,重复步骤e;
g)将制备好的交叉混炼胶静置约12小时;
h)将静置好的交叉混炼胶裁剪为10cm宽的带胶;
i)将带胶放入挤出机,根据密封圈产品尺寸挤出8MM-25mm不等直径的胶条;
j)将挤出的胶条经过长为10米的微波硫化机进行硫化处理,得到最终成品。
在制备过程中,利用交叉混炼的方式,通过将主胶状态不同的二段混炼胶裁剪切片,将各自相同编号的胶片进行交叉混炼,得到主胶状态一致的交叉混炼胶,且交叉混炼胶的数量能够满足一次性大批量生产,连续生产,无需中断换胶,也无需调节微波硫化机的温度,保持生产条件一致,保证了产品质量的统一,生产过程中利用三次静置,给予了胶料充分的稳定时间。

Claims (2)

1.一种天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条,其特征在于,以重量计包括以下组分:3L胶100份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌3-5份、聚乙二醇1-2份、石蜡3-5份、环烷油10份、白炭黑25-30份、钛白色10-15份、硫磺1-1.5份、硫化促进剂TT0.5-1份、硫化促进剂DM0.75-1份、硫化促进剂M0.15-0.3份、硫化促进剂CZ0.3-0.7份和硫化促进剂D1-1.5份,发泡剂7-9份、发泡剂OBSH1-4份。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的天然乳胶彩色发泡密封条的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)将3L胶100份放入密炼机,密炼软化5min后,再置于开炼机中压片,冷却后并称重;
b)一段混炼:将称重完成的3L胶放入密炼机,依次加入硬脂酸1-2份,氧化锌3-5份,聚乙二醇1-2份,石蜡3-5份,环烷油10份,白炭黑25-30份,钛白粉10-15份,关闭气压顶盖,混炼2min,得到一段混炼胶,静置24小时;
c)二段混炼:将静置好的一段混炼胶放入密炼机,进一步均匀混炼后加入硫磺1-1.5份,TT0.5-1份,DM1份,M0.15份,CZ0.55份,D1份,AC7份,OBSH3份,混炼20-30s,混炼温度低于90℃,得到二段混炼胶,将二段混炼胶置于开炼机上,调整开炼机辊距为0.5-1mm,打三角包2-3次,薄通2-5次,下片静置12小时,并将胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
d)再次重复步骤a-c5次,得到5份胶料,并将每份胶料裁剪为6个长度为2米的胶片,并按1-6顺序依次标记编号;
e)交叉混炼:将每一份胶料的编号1胶片放入开炼机,交叉混炼,打三角包2-3次,薄通,下片,胶片厚度为2cm;
f)将每一份胶料的编号2,编号3,编号4,编号5,编号6胶片依次放入开炼机,重复步骤e;
g)将制备好的交叉混炼胶静置约12小时;
h)将静置好的交叉混炼胶裁剪为10cm宽的带胶;
i)将带胶放入挤出机,根据密封圈产品尺寸挤出8MM-25mm不等直径的胶条;
j)将挤出的胶条经过长为10米的微波硫化机进行硫化处理,得到最终成品。
