Abstract

本发明公开了一种强力型重砖粘合剂及施工工艺,粘合剂包括A组分和B组分,A组分包括普通硅酸盐水泥、细砂、准球形玻璃粉、硅酸镁锂、醋酸乙烯‑叔碳酸乙烯酯‑丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉、4‑氯‑N‑(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶、松香酸钙皂、硬脂酸错,B组分包括石膏、石英砂、超细碳酸钙、纤维素醚、石膏缓凝剂、苯乙烯‑丙烯酸乳胶粉;A组分与B组分单独存放,并于使用时分别兑水后分别使用。本发明采用双组份分别对瓷砖和基面处理后再进行促转铺贴,可以有效解决由于粘合剂的流动性导致粘合剂分布不均匀产生空鼓的问题,同时本发明的双组份粘合剂具有很高的粘结强度,对于800*800甚至更大的瓷砖具有很强的粘结性。

强力型重砖粘合剂及施工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于粘合剂技术领域,特别涉及强力型重砖粘合剂及施工工艺。
背景技术
瓷砖铺贴几乎是传统室内装修都无法绕开的施工工序,传统的瓷砖铺贴都是在地面上铺贴,随着人们对室内装修理念的改变,瓷砖铺贴也不仅限于地面铺贴,也有墙面铺贴的方式。
传统的300*600的瓷砖只要注意铺贴工艺,也很少出现铺贴空鼓及剥落的情况。但是随着随着社会进步,瓷砖尺寸越来越大,800*800大砖已经是常用家庭地砖,甚至还有600*1200乃至更大的瓷砖,这些大尺寸的瓷砖不仅是面积上的增加,重量上也比普通小砖大很多,铺贴过程中很容易出现如下问题:(1)瓷砖的面积过大,粘合剂的流动性很容易影响粘合剂在瓷砖背面的均匀性,导致部分区域的粘合剂分布不均匀,进而产生空鼓;(2)瓷砖的重量很大,对粘结剂的粘结强度提出更高的要求,一旦粘结剂的粘结强度不足以支持瓷砖,便会出现瓷砖脱落的情况,特别是瓷砖存在不同程度空鼓以及墙面铺贴的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对现有瓷砖尺寸越来越大导致粘合剂的粘结性能无法满足瓷砖铺贴的工艺要求的问题,提供一种强力型重砖粘合剂及施工工艺,具体技术方案如下:
强力型重砖粘合剂,包括:
A组分,所述A组分包括如下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥54-56份、细砂30-32份、准球形玻璃粉6-8份、硅酸镁锂10-14份、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉5-7份、4-氯-N-(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶1.2-1.8份、松香酸钙皂0.8-1.2份、硬脂酸错0.9-1.1份;
B组分,所述B组分包括如下重量份的原料:石膏400~500份、石英砂300~400份、超细碳酸钙30~50份、纤维素醚2~5份、石膏缓凝剂1~2份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉10~20份;
所述A组分与B组分单独存放,并于使用时分别兑水后分别使用。
作为本发明的优选,所述A组分中细砂的目数为至少为300目。
作为本发明的优选,所述B组分中石英砂的目数至少为100目。
本发明还提供了一种使用强力型重砖粘合剂的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
将待铺贴的瓷砖浸水30min以上;
将待铺贴的基面清理后用水润湿;
将A组分兑水混合均匀后,均匀涂抹于瓷砖背面,每1kgA组分兑水500mL;
将B组分兑水混合均匀后,均匀涂抹于待铺贴的基面,每1kgB组分兑水800mL;
将瓷砖铺贴于基面上后压实固定即可。
作为本发明的优选,瓷砖背面涂抹A组分后进行表面拉花,基面涂抹B组分后也进行表面拉花。
作为本发明的优选,当铺贴墙面时,所述拉花为平行于地面的横纹拉花。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用双组份分别对瓷砖和基面处理后再进行促转铺贴,可以有效解决由于粘合剂的流动性导致粘合剂分布不均匀产生空鼓的问题,同时本发明的双组份粘合剂具有很高的粘结强度,对于800*800甚至更大的瓷砖具有很强的粘结性。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合实施例对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
强力型重砖粘合剂,包括A组分和B组分。
A组分包括如下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥54份、细砂30份、准球形玻璃粉6份、硅酸镁锂10份、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉5份、4-氯-N-(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶1.2份、松香酸钙皂0.8份、硬脂酸错0.9份;
B组分包括如下重量份的原料:石膏400份、石英砂300份、超细碳酸钙30份、纤维素醚2份、石膏缓凝剂1份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉10份;
细砂的目数为300目,超细碳酸钙和石英砂的目数为100目。
上述粘合剂的A组分与B组分直接获取各原料后按规定质量比称量后混合搅拌均匀即可分别分装。
实施例2
强力型重砖粘合剂,包括A组分和B组分。
A组分包括如下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥55份、细砂31份、准球形玻璃粉7份、硅酸镁锂12份、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉6份、4-氯-N-(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶1.5份、松香酸钙皂1份、硬脂酸错1份;
B组分包括如下重量份的原料:石膏450份、石英砂350份、超细碳酸钙40份、纤维素醚4份、石膏缓凝剂1.5份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉15份;
细砂的目数为300目,超细碳酸钙和石英砂的目数为100目。
上述粘合剂的A组分与B组分直接获取各原料后按规定质量比称量后混合搅拌均匀即可分别分装。
实施例3
强力型重砖粘合剂,包括A组分和B组分。
A组分包括如下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥56份、细砂32份、准球形玻璃粉8份、硅酸镁锂14份、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉7份、4-氯-N-(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶1.8份、松香酸钙皂1.2份、硬脂酸错1.1份;
B组分包括如下重量份的原料:石膏500份、石英砂400份、超细碳酸钙50份、纤维素醚5份、石膏缓凝剂2份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉20份;
细砂的目数为300目,超细碳酸钙和石英砂的目数为100目。
上述粘合剂的A组分与B组分直接获取各原料后按规定质量比称量后混合搅拌均匀即可分别分装。
根据《陶瓷墙地砖胶粘剂》JC/T 547-2017规范对粘合剂的主要性能检测如下表所示:

Claims (6)

1.强力型重砖粘合剂,其特征在于,包括:
A组分,所述A组分包括如下重量份的原料:普通硅酸盐水泥54-56份、细砂30-32份、准球形玻璃粉6-8份、硅酸镁锂10-14份、醋酸乙烯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯三元共聚乳胶粉5-7份、4-氯-N-(硬脂酰胺甲基)吡啶1.2-1.8份、松香酸钙皂0.8-1.2份、硬脂酸错0.9-1.1份;
B组分,所述B组分包括如下重量份的原料:石膏400~500份、石英砂300~400份、超细碳酸钙30~50份、纤维素醚2~5份、石膏缓凝剂1~2份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉10~20份;
所述A组分与B组分单独存放,并于使用时分别兑水后分别使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强力型重砖粘合剂,其特征在于,所述A组分中细砂的目数为至少为300目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的强力型重砖粘合剂,其特征在于,所述B组分中石英砂的目数至少为100目。
4.一种使用如权利要求1所述的强力型重砖粘合剂的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将待铺贴的瓷砖浸水30min以上;
将待铺贴的基面清理后用水润湿;
将A组分兑水混合均匀后,均匀涂抹于瓷砖背面,每1kgA组分兑水500mL;
将B组分兑水混合均匀后,均匀涂抹于待铺贴的基面,每1kgB组分兑水800mL;
将瓷砖铺贴于基面上后压实固定即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的强力型重砖粘合剂的施工工艺,其特征在于,瓷砖背面涂抹A组分后进行表面拉花,基面涂抹B组分后也进行表面拉花。
6.根据权利要求5所述的强力型重砖粘合剂的施工工艺,其特征在于,当铺贴墙面时,所述拉花为平行于地面的横纹拉花。
