The working principle is as follows: when the treatment liquid needs to be sprayed on the paper board, firstly, the paper board is placed on a mounting rack 6, then a liquid inlet pipe 13 is connected with an external liquid outlet hose, the treatment liquid in the external liquid outlet hose enters a rotating pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 13 and is sprayed out from a spray head 11, then a motor is started, the motor rotates to drive a first connecting plate 1 to rotate, the first connecting plate 1 rotates to drive a second connecting plate 2 to drive a sliding frame 5 to move back and forth, the sliding frame 5 moves back and forth to drive the spray head 11 to move back and forth through the rotating pipe 12, so that the paper board can be uniformly sprayed, meanwhile, the rotating pipe 12 moves back and forth to drive a stress plate 18 to move back and forth, when the stress plate 18 moves to be in contact with a deflector rod 19, the stress plate 18 is forced to drive the rotating pipe 12 to rotate, the rotating pipe 12 rotates to deform the torsion spring 17 and generate torsion, when the stress plate 18 moves to be out of contact with the deflector rod 19, the torsion spring 17 is restored to drive the rotating pipe 12 to reversely rotate and reset, so reciprocating cycle to when making the rotating tube 12 drive shower nozzle 11 front and back start and swing, thereby make even more abundant spraying of treatment fluid on the cardboard, avoid spraying with fixed angle, the inhomogeneous condition of treatment fluid spraying appears easily.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a processing technology of a novel composite board for a carton comprises the following steps:
s1: crushing materials, namely putting the waste paper boxes, the corn straws and the wheat straws into a crusher to be fully crushed, and adding thin wood boards or wood chips for matching use in S1;
s2: the preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) manufacturing a single plate, putting the crushed material into a stirring box, adding a silane coupling agent, guar gum, glass fiber and lime powder, putting the plate blank into a hot press for hot-pressing treatment, obtaining the single plate for standby after 3-7min of hot-pressing treatment, reducing breeding of bacteria by adding the lime powder, playing an antibacterial role, improving the safety of the composite plate, wherein the mass ratio of each substance in S2 is the silane coupling agent: guar gum: lime powder: glass fiber = 10: 7: 2.5: 0.7;
s3: preparing slurry, namely sequentially putting the straws, the waste paper boxes, the straws and the wood and bamboo poles into a crusher for crushing, adding water, filtering by using a filter screen to obtain slurry, adding an adhesive into the slurry prepared in S3, and uniformly mixing;
s4: laying, namely laying the slurry prepared in the S3 on one surface of a veneer, then uniformly laying a layer of fine iron wires, and dropwise adding white glue;
s5: preparing a composite board, taking out another veneer, laying the veneer on which the slurry, the fine iron wire and the white glue are laid, and putting the veneer into a hot press for hot press molding, wherein the hot press time is 10-15 minutes in S5, and the hot press temperature is 30-80 ℃;
s6: and (4) spraying, namely standing the prepared composite board, cooling and forming, and then putting the composite board into spraying equipment to spray the treatment liquid, wherein the treatment liquid in S6 is an antibacterial coating liquid.
The invention also provides a processing device of the novel composite board for the carton, which comprises a mounting rack 6 and a conveyor belt 9, wherein two support plates 4 are fixed on the upper surface of the mounting rack 6 through bolts, a chute 3 is arranged on one side of each support plate 4, a sliding frame 5 is connected in the chute 3 in a sliding manner, a rotating pipe 12 is rotatably connected in the sliding frame 5, a plurality of spray heads 11 are fixed on one side of the rotating pipe 12 through bolts, a liquid inlet pipe 13 is fixed on one side of the rotating pipe 12 through bolts, one end of the rotating pipe 12 penetrates through the sliding frame 5 and is fixed with a stress plate 18 through bolts, a torsion spring 17 is sleeved on the outer wall of one side of the rotating pipe 12, two ends of the torsion spring 17 are respectively fixed with the rotating pipe 12 and the sliding frame 5, a plurality of shift levers 19 are fixed on one side of one support plate 4 through bolts, the shift levers 19 can contact with the stress plate 18, a motor is fixed on one side of the other support plate 4 through bolts, one end of an output shaft of a motor penetrates through a support plate 4 and is fixed with a first connecting plate 1 through bolts, one side of the first connecting plate 1 is rotatably connected with a second connecting plate 2, the second connecting plate 2 is rotatably connected with a sliding frame 5, a multi-stage electric telescopic rod 8 is fixed on the upper surface of a mounting frame 6 through bolts, one end of the multi-stage electric telescopic rod 8 is fixed with a push plate 7 through bolts, the push plate 7 is in contact with the mounting frame 6, when treatment liquid needs to be sprayed on a paperboard, the paperboard is firstly placed on the mounting frame 6, then a liquid inlet pipe 13 is connected with an external liquid outlet hose, the treatment liquid in the external liquid outlet hose enters a rotating pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 13 and is sprayed out from a spray head 11, then a motor is started, the motor rotates to drive the first connecting plate 1 to rotate, the first connecting plate 1 rotates to drive the second connecting plate 2 to drive the sliding frame 5 to move back and forth, the sliding frame 5 moves back and forth to drive the spray head 11 to move back and forth, thereby make the cardboard obtain even spraying and handle, simultaneously, the rotating tube 12 back-and-forth movement drives the atress board 18 back-and-forth movement, when atress board 18 removes to when contacting with driving lever 19, atress board 18 atress drives rotating tube 12 and rotates, rotating tube 12 rotates and makes torsional spring 17 atress warp and produce torsion, when atress board 18 removes to when breaking away from the contact with driving lever 19, torsional spring 17 kick-backs and resets and drive rotating tube 12 antiport and resets, so reciprocating cycle, thereby make rotating tube 12 drive shower nozzle 11 when starting around and swing, thereby make even abundant spraying of treatment fluid more on the cardboard, avoid spraying with fixed angle, the inhomogeneous condition of treatment fluid spraying appears easily.

The working principle is as follows: when the treatment liquid needs to be sprayed on the paper board, the paper board is firstly placed on the mounting frame 6, then the liquid inlet pipe 13 is connected with the external liquid outlet hose, the treatment liquid in the external liquid outlet hose enters the rotating pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 13 and is sprayed out from the spray head 11, then the motor is started, the motor rotates to drive the first connecting plate 1 to rotate, the first connecting plate 1 rotates to drive the second connecting plate 2 to drive the sliding frame 5 to move back and forth, the sliding frame 5 moves back and forth to drive the spray head 11 to move back and forth, so that the paper board is uniformly sprayed, meanwhile, the rotating pipe 12 moves back and forth to drive the stress plate 18 to move back and forth, when the stress plate 18 moves to be in contact with the deflector rod 19, the stress plate 18 is forced to drive the rotating pipe 12 to rotate, the rotating pipe 12 rotates to deform the torsion spring 17 under force and generate torsion, when the stress plate 18 moves to be out of contact with the deflector rod 19, the torsion spring 17 rebounds to drive the rotating pipe 12 to reversely rotate and reset, so reciprocating cycle to when making the rotating tube 12 drive shower nozzle 11 front and back start and swing, thereby make even more abundant spraying of treatment fluid on the cardboard, avoid spraying with fixed angle, the inhomogeneous condition of treatment fluid spraying appears easily.

s2: manufacturing a veneer, putting the crushed material into a stirring box, adding a silane coupling agent, guar gum, glass fiber and lime powder, putting the plate blank into a hot press for hot pressing, and obtaining the veneer for later use after 3-7min of hot pressing;
s3: preparing slurry, namely sequentially putting the straws, the waste paper boxes, the straws and the wood and bamboo poles into a crusher for crushing, adding water, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain the slurry;
s4: laying, namely laying the slurry prepared in the S3 on one surface of a veneer, then uniformly laying a layer of fine iron wires, and dropwise adding white glue;
s5: preparing a composite board, taking out another veneer, laying the veneer on which the slurry, the fine iron wire and the white glue are laid, and putting the veneer into a hot press for hot press molding;
s6: and (3) spraying, namely standing the prepared composite board, cooling and forming, and then putting the composite board into spraying equipment for spraying the treatment liquid.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the step of S1 comprises adding wood veneer or wood chips for crushing.
3. The processing technology of the novel composite board for the carton according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the substances in the S2 is silane coupling agent: guar gum: lime powder: glass fiber = 8-15: 6-11: 2-5: 0.5-2.
4. The novel composite board processing technology for cartons as claimed in claim 3, wherein said slurry prepared in S3 is added with adhesive and mixed uniformly.
5. The processing technology of the novel composite board for the carton according to claim 1, wherein the hot pressing time in S5 is 10-15 minutes, the hot pressing temperature is 30-80 ℃, and the treatment liquid in S6 is an antibacterial masking liquid.
