The invention relates to a pendant pretreatment device suitable for a uniform corrosion rate test, which comprises a base box, a piston type steel rod, an aluminum alloy body, an aluminum alloy column, an aluminum alloy plate, a rotary platform body, a groove part, a motor, a pressure sensor, telescopic rods and abrasive paper, wherein the base box is positioned at the bottommost part of the device, the motor, a pressure display, a timer and a main switch are all positioned in the base box, the number of the telescopic rods is two, the telescopic rods are positioned at two sides of the base box, the top of each telescopic rod is provided with the piston type steel rod, the rotary platform body, the aluminum alloy column and the aluminum alloy plate are arranged in a space formed by the piston type steel rod, the telescopic rods and the base box, the aluminum alloy column is connected with the piston type steel rod through threads, the piston type steel rod drives the aluminum alloy column to move up and down, the aluminum alloy plate is connected below the aluminum alloy column and used for fixing the abrasive paper, 5 layers are preferably fixed in the embodiment, the abrasive paper is removed after being consumed, and the next layer of abrasive paper can be replaced directly without being installed.
Example 2:
first, the main components related to the present invention will be explained in detail:
the motor 6: as a power source, is used for driving the rotary platform to rotate. The rotating speed of the motor can be adjusted through a rotating speed adjuster, and different gears can be adjusted according to required power.

An aluminum alloy body: the abrasive paper is a whole formed by welding an aluminum alloy plate and an aluminum alloy column together, and the top of the aluminum alloy column is connected with a steel rod through threads, so that an aluminum alloy body can be freely detached to replace abrasive paper. Sand paper is equipped with to aluminum alloy plate bottom, can overlap multilayer sand paper and pass through aluminum alloy strip and screw fixation on aluminum alloy plate, and it is mainly for conveniently discharging after each layer of sand paper consumes to place multilayer sand paper, directly uses next layer of sand paper, as shown in figure 4.

The rotary platform body is preferably circular in the embodiment, the groove parts are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the rotary platform body, the shape of each groove part is matched with the shape of a pendant to be processed, the groove parts are determined to be 51mm long, 21mm wide and 1.5mm deep, a hole which is 10mm wide and has the same depth as the groove is formed in the center of the top of each groove, the pressure display is connected with the pressure sensor, and the contact pressure between the aluminum alloy body and the rotary platform body is displayed through the pressure display. As shown in figure 4, the sand paper and the aluminum alloy plate are detachably connected through screws and aluminum alloy strips, and the sand paper is convenient to replace.
Example 3:
the invention relates to a pendant pretreatment device suitable for a uniform corrosion rate test, which comprises a base box, a piston type steel rod, an aluminum alloy body, an aluminum alloy column, an aluminum alloy plate, a rotary platform body, a groove part, a motor, a pressure sensor, a telescopic rod and abrasive paper, wherein the base box is positioned at the bottommost part of the device, the motor, a pressure display, a timer and a master switch are all positioned in the base box, the two telescopic rods are positioned at two sides of the base box, the top of the telescopic rod is provided with the piston type steel rod, the rotary platform body, the aluminum alloy column and the aluminum alloy plate are arranged in a space formed by the piston type steel rod, the telescopic rod and the base box, the aluminum alloy column is connected with the piston type steel rod through threads, the abrasive paper column is driven to move up and down through the piston type steel rod, the aluminum alloy plate is connected below the aluminum alloy column and used for fixing, 8 layers are preferably fixed in the embodiment, the abrasive paper is removed after being consumed, and the next layer of abrasive paper can be directly replaced without being installed.
The groove part can be designed to be 6 pieces according to actual requirements. In the manual of test standards, the specifications of the metal sheet are 50mm long, 20mm wide and 2mm thick, so that the groove part of the invention is preferably 51mm long, 21mm wide and 1.5mm deep. When the device of the invention is used, the test is carried out according to the following steps:

And secondly, the steel rod is slowly moved downwards by adjusting a button which enables the piston type steel rod to move, and after the aluminum alloy plate is contacted with the rotary platform, the downward movement stop position is determined by the number displayed by the pressure display.
And thirdly, selecting the required rotating speed by adjusting a rotating speed regulator, turning on a motor power switch after setting, turning on a timer to start timing after the rotating platform rotates, turning off the motor power supply after the predicted time (about 1-2 min) is reached, and turning off a timing display. The button which can control the movement of the steel rod is adjusted to make the steel rod move up slowly.
And fourthly, turning over the metal sheet, and repeating the steps 1-3 to polish the other side. And after polishing is finished, all power supplies are turned off, and the hanging pieces are taken out.
Note: if the pressure between the aluminum alloy plate and the rotary platform is too large, the motor is easy to rotate, and the motor should be rotated by adjusting the pressure and the rotating speed to be proper,
The pendant pretreatment device for the uniform corrosion rate test provided by the invention overcomes the technical defects that the conventional manual polishing mode consumes time, the surface of a metal sheet is polished unevenly, the repeatability of a test result is poor, and the fingers of experimenters are easily injured in the polishing process. The pendant pretreatment device for the uniform corrosion rate test enables abrasive paper to be in contact with a metal sheet through mechanical control, adjusts the combination force of the abrasive paper and the metal sheet through displayed contact pressure, and polishes the metal sheet in a rotating mode. This kind of mechanical polishing mode can effectually remove the oxidation film on sheetmetal surface to make metal corrosion test data more objective effective, the sheetmetal batch of polishing is comparatively even, has solved the inhomogeneous problem of artifical in-process use dynamics of polishing, can not cause the injury to the experimenter at the in-process of polishing.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Although terms such as aluminum alloy body, rotating platform body, grooved portion, piston steel rod, etc. are used more herein, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded, and these terms are used only for the convenience of describing and explaining the essence of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. The pendant pretreatment device is characterized by comprising a fixing mechanism, a piston type steel rod and an aluminum alloy body, wherein the fixing mechanism is connected with a base box, the piston type steel rod drives the aluminum alloy body to move up and down when moving up and down, the aluminum alloy body is opposite to the fixing mechanism in position, and a pendant to be treated fixed on the fixing mechanism is mechanically polished through a polishing body fixed on the aluminum alloy body.

The pendant pretreatment device suitable for the uniform corrosion rate test according to claim 1, characterized in that: the fixing mechanism is a rotating platform, the rotating platform is connected to the base box, a motor is arranged in the base box, and the motor is used for driving the rotating platform to rotate.

The pendant pretreatment device suitable for the uniform corrosion rate test according to claim 2, characterized in that: the rotary platform comprises a rotary platform body and a plurality of groove portions located on the rotary platform body, the rotary platform body is circular, the groove portions are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction at intervals, and pendants to be processed are placed in each groove portion.
