Working principle:
before the equipment is started, an operator firstly puts the wax block into the storage bin 8 from the inlet material 2 above the machine case 1, and starts the equipment power supply to perform heating treatment after the wax block is put into the storage bin.
Firstly, a heating rod 9 arranged in a storage bin 8 is electrified and generates heat to melt wax blocks, a filter screen 6 is arranged in the storage bin 8, the filter screen 6 can filter impurity treatment on melted wax liquid, the filtered wax liquid flows to the lower half part of the storage bin 8, at the moment, a stirring fan 10 is started to fully stir the wax liquid to discharge bubbles in the wax liquid, and the stirred wax liquid is conveyed into a spraying pipe barrel 5 through a discharge port 31 at the bottom by a pipeline 11.

If the wood board is large and the polishing area needs to be increased, the first driving motor 15 can be stopped, when the millstone seat 16 is completely stopped, the adjusting gear 40 arranged on one side of the millstone seat 16 is manually screwed, so that the bevel gear 18 meshed with the millstone seat 16 is driven to rotate, the adjusting disc 19 fixed below the bevel gear 18 is driven to rotate, and when the adjusting disc 19 rotates, the knife blade 20 arranged on the adjusting disc 19 rotates along with the adjusting disc 19 due to the fact that the adjusting disc 19 is matched with the adjusting disc and the adjusting disc is screwed, but due to the fact that the sliding groove 43 is arranged, the knife blade 20 moves to the outer side of the millstone seat 16, and therefore the polishing diameter is enlarged; if the grinding precision is insufficient, the knife sharpening 20 needs to be replaced, the knife sharpening 20 is rotated out completely, the new knife sharpening 20 is put in, and the adjusting gear 40 is rotated anticlockwise. The design can cope with various woods with different sizes or different polishing precision requirements for diversified treatment.

Meanwhile, a connecting rod 27 is arranged on one side of each contact rod 33, one side of each connecting rod 27 is fixed on a partition plate 37, the partition plates 37 are uniformly arranged in front of an air suction port of the paint cleaning bin 29 and are independently moved, the partition plates 37 are also moved upwards when the contact rods 33 move upwards so as to generate air suction gaps, limiting plates 36 are arranged on two sides of each partition plate 37, and meanwhile, guide grooves 46 are formed in the limiting plates 36 and extend to the depth of the paint cleaning bin 29.
The bottom of the paint cleaning bin 29 is similar to a scraper, and when the paint cleaning bin 29 works, thicker wax liquid on a wood board is scraped and sucked away, so that the paint cleaning bin 29 can rotate an adjusting block 49 on one side of the machine case 1 when the height is insufficient, the adjusting block 49 drives an adjusting rod 47 to rotate, thereby driving a gear 48 fixed on the adjusting rod 47 to rotate, driving a rack 30 meshed with the gear 48 to move up and down, and driving the paint cleaning bin 29 to move up and down.
In the spraying process, an operator needs to push equipment in a uniform direction to spray, the constant temperature plate 51 arranged in the machine case 1 is continuously heated in the spraying process, so that part of the spraying part always has a certain drying effect on the wood board, the reduction of the spraying effect caused by the wetting of the wood board is avoided, meanwhile, the heating plate 23 on one side of the coating cleaning bin 29 is relatively close to the wood board, a higher temperature is generated, and the purpose is to quickly dry the wax liquid on the surface of the wood board in time when the equipment moves after the wood board is sprayed, so that the waxing purpose is achieved.
