When the gear 7 rotates, the end, close to the fourth connecting rod 11, of the first connecting plate 10 descends through the first connecting wire, meanwhile, the end, far away from the fourth connecting rod 11, of the first connecting plate 10 ascends, so that the baking net 20 is pushed to ascend through the third connecting plate 22, the baking net 20 gradually touches each fourth connecting plate 18 in the ascending process, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the first motor 8 is gradually reduced, the rotating speed of the second connecting rod 17 is gradually reduced, and the baking of food is facilitated.
Before the baking starts, water is injected into the bottomless smoking box 1 through the thirteenth hole, then the second motor 31 is started to lower the bottomless smoking box 1 to a position close to the baking oven box 6, after the baking starts, the first suction fan 34 sucks the oil smoke into the bottomless smoking box 1 through the fourteenth hole, and after the oil smoke sucked into the bottomless smoking box 1 is filtered by the first filter cotton 35 and the second filter cotton 36, the second suction fan 37 discharges the oil smoke from the sixteenth hole.
