the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the baking tube and sending a temperature signal to the controller, the controller is used for judging whether the current temperature of the baking tube exceeds the set temperature threshold value or not according to the received temperature signal, and if the current temperature of the baking tube is judged to be smaller than the set temperature threshold value, the baking tube continues to be heated; and when the current temperature of the baking tube is judged to be greater than or equal to the set temperature threshold value, the baking tube enters a heat preservation state.
2. The intelligent table type sausage machine according to claim 1, wherein said set temperature threshold is divided into a first set temperature threshold and a second set temperature threshold;
when the current temperature of the baking tube is judged to be lower than the first set temperature threshold value, the baking tube continues to be heated, and the audio output unit and the state lamp can simultaneously prompt the state of the baking tube;
when the current temperature of the baking tube is judged to be greater than or equal to the first set temperature threshold value, after the baking tube is continuously heated for a first set time by the first set temperature threshold value, the heating of the baking tube is stopped, the automatic cooling is carried out, and the audio output unit and the status light can simultaneously carry out corresponding baking tube status prompt;
when the current temperature of the baking tube is judged to be lower than the second set temperature threshold, the baking tube is heated discontinuously, so that the temperature of the baking tube reaches the second set temperature threshold again, and the audio output unit and the state lamp can prompt the state of the baking tube correspondingly at the same time;
and when the heat preservation state lasts for a second set time, the audio output unit and the state lamp can simultaneously prompt the corresponding baking tube state.

The intelligent desk type sausage roasting machine according to claim 2, wherein a human body sensor is arranged at the back of the shell, the output end of the human body sensor is connected with the sensing signal input end of the controller, the human body sensor is used for detecting whether a human body enters the sensing area, when the human body sensor detects that a person enters the sensing area, the controller sends a sensing signal to the audio generating unit, and the audio output unit broadcasts preset voice information.
