Description

Frying basket assembly of air frying pot and air frying pot
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing and processing of kitchen appliances, in particular to a frying basket assembly of an air fryer and the air fryer.
Background
An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that cooks food using an air heating assembly and the thermal circulating airflow generated by the air heating assembly. The air heating assembly is used for heating the air in the frying basket to enable the air to reach the temperature of fried food, and circulating air flow is formed in the frying basket so as to uniformly heat the food in the frying basket and dehydrate the surface of the food to form a taste similar to fried food.
During the process of frying food in the air fryer, solid grease in the food is heated and liquefied and is separated out from the food, and a large amount of oil smoke is generated if the separated grease contacts the high-temperature air heating component. Researches show that blue smoke generated by the initial decomposition of the oil can appear when the temperature of the oil reaches 170 ℃ of the smoke point of the edible oil, the decomposition speed is accelerated along with the continuous increase of the temperature, and a large amount of oil smoke can appear when the temperature of the oil reaches 250 ℃, and the oil smoke has pungent taste and is easy to have adverse effects on the health of human bodies.
In addition, the oil smoke and vaporized grease are wrapped by the hot circulating airflow in the air fryer, are easy to attach to the surface of the air heating component in the long-term use process, and then are combined with small particle substances such as dust or impurities in the air, so that a firm solid attachment layer is easy to form on the surface of the air heating component. The solid attaching layer mixed with grease, oil smoke, dust and impurities not only affects the heating efficiency of the air heating component, but also easily generates gas molecules harmful to human bodies in the process of continuously and directly heating by the air heating component, and the harmful gas molecules are attached to the surface of food along with the thermal circulation airflow and absorbed by the human bodies.
At present, the air fryer in the market is difficult to eliminate oil smoke, and simultaneously avoids forming a solid adhesion layer mixed with substances such as grease, oil smoke, dust, impurities and the like on the surface of an air heating component, so that adverse effects on the health of users and fried product eaters are easily caused.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of parts and steps, the composition of materials, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not restrictive, unless specifically stated otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1-5:
in one aspect of the present invention, a fry basket assembly for an air fryer is provided comprising a fry basket body 1 and a food rack 2. The bottom surface of the basket body 1 includes a plurality of first protruding structures 11 protruding upward, and the first protruding structures 11 are provided with first through holes 111. The food rack 2 is detachably arranged above the bottom surface of the frying basket body 1, the food rack 2 comprises a plurality of second protruding structures 21 protruding upwards, the arrangement positions of the second protruding structures 21 on the food rack 2 correspond to the arrangement positions of the first protruding structures 11 on the bottom surface of the frying basket body 1, the second protruding structures 21 are provided with second through holes 211, and the projections of the second through holes 211 and the first through holes 111 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the frying basket body 1 are not overlapped.
According to the invention, the food rack 2 is arranged on the bottom surface of the frying basket body 1, and the second protruding structure 21 protruding upwards is arranged on the food rack 2, so that the food can be raised, and the phenomenon that the temperature at the bottom of the frying basket body 1 is too high to generate a high-temperature frying effect due to too small distance between the food and the bottom surface of the frying basket body 1 is avoided. In addition, the second protrusion structures 21 can guide grease and moisture precipitated from food to be separated from the food by virtue of the height difference of the second protrusion structures, so that the surface layer of the food is deoiled and dehydrated, and the fried taste with a crisp surface layer is obtained.
The first protruding structures 11 protruding upwards are arranged on the basket body 1, so that the grease dropping on the bottom surface of the basket body 1 can be effectively guided by means of height difference of the first protruding structures. In addition, the first protrusion structure 11 can also cooperate with the second protrusion structure 21 provided on the food rack 2 to be a structure basis for providing the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 with their projections not overlapping each other.
Wherein, the function of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 with their projections not overlapped with each other at least comprises:
first, because the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 do not overlap each other in projection in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the basket body 1, the grease in the food is difficult to continuously pass through the bottom surfaces of the food rack 2 and the basket body 1 and drip onto the air heating assembly 6 below in the dripping process, so the oil smoke generated by direct contact between the grease and high-temperature components can be effectively reduced, and the air fryer is more environment-friendly and healthy in the using process.
Secondly, although the projections of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 are not overlapped with each other, so that the grease is difficult to pass through the food rack 2 and the bottom surface of the fryer body 1, the hot air generated by the air heating assembly 6 is not limited by the structure, and under the common influence of the lower density of the hot air and the blowing power of the fan 62 in the air heating assembly 6, the hot air can pass through the first through hole 111 from the air heating assembly 6 positioned below the fryer body 1 and then pass through the second through hole 211 to flow over the surface of the food, so as to fry the food;
thirdly, although the projections of the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 211 are not overlapped with each other, the flow rate of the hot air flowing through the basket body 1 and the food rack 2 can be reduced, so that the air-frying of the food is more uniform and sufficient.
In addition, the food rack 2 is detachably connected with the frying basket body 1, so that the food rack 2 and the frying basket body 1 can be conveniently detached and cleaned by a user.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the first through hole 111 is opened on the top surface of the first protrusion structure 11, the second through hole 211 is opened on the side wall of the second protrusion structure 21, and the projection range of the top surface of the second protrusion structure 21 along the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the basket body 1 covers the projection range of the top surface of the first protrusion structure 11 along the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the basket body 1.
Since the first through hole 111 is opened on the top surface of the first protruding structure 11 and the projection range of the top surface of the second protruding structure 21 covers the projection range of the top surface of the first protruding structure 11, the first through hole 111 is shielded by the top surface of the second protruding structure 21 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the basket body 1, so that grease precipitated from the food arranged above the food rack 2 is difficult to drip from the first through hole 111.
The second through holes 211 are formed in the side walls of the second protruding structures 21, so that the hot air generated by the air heating assembly 6 can pass through the food rack 2 to heat the surface of the food, and if grease drips from the second through holes 211 at the side walls of the second protruding structures 21, the grease will also fall into the corresponding side walls of the first protruding structures 11, and flow between the first protruding structures 11 along the side walls of the first protruding structures 11, but will not flow to the top surfaces of the first protruding structures 11, thereby reducing the possibility that the grease drips to the air heating assembly 6 through the bottom surface of the basket body 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-2, the first raised structure 11 has a shape similar to the shape of the second raised structure 21, and the top surfaces of the first and second raised structures 11 and 21 have an elliptical racetrack shape.
The oval track shape is that the first protruding structure 11 and the second protruding structure 21 are elongated strips, and the elongated strips are located at two ends of the length direction and are arc-shaped protruding outwards, so that the edges of the first protruding structure 11 and the second protruding structure 21 have arc-shaped transition, thereby preventing the food from being damaged by sharp corner areas or sharp edges on the first protruding structure 11 and the second protruding structure 21 on one hand, and preventing the food from being cut by the sharp corner areas or the sharp edges when the user cleans the food rack 2 and the frying basket body 1 on the other hand.
Preferably, in order to make the first and second protruding structures 11 and 21 evenly and closely spread on the bottom surface of the basket body 1 and the food rack 2, respectively, the plurality of first protruding structures 11 are arranged on the bottom surface of the basket body 1 side by side at equal intervals along the width direction of the elliptical runway shape, and the plurality of second protruding structures 21 are arranged on the food rack 2 side by side at equal intervals along the width direction of the elliptical runway shape.
And, in order to effectively collect grease that is extracted from the food and is guided to flow by first and second raised structures 11 and 21, the fry basket assembly further includes first and second oil guide channels 12 and 22. The first oil guide groove 12 is recessed downward along the bottom surface of the basket body 1 and circumferentially arranged on the outer periphery of the plurality of first projection structures 11 arranged side by side. And the second oil guide groove 22 is recessed downward along the bottom surface of the food rack 2 and is circumferentially arranged at the outer periphery of the plurality of second protrusion structures 21 arranged side by side.
In addition, the second oil guide groove 22 has a downward concave structure, and can be matched with the second convex structure 21, so that the distance between food placed above the second convex structure 21 and grease falling into the second oil guide groove 22 is further increased, the effect of infiltrating and frying the food due to contact of the grease and the food is effectively prevented, the grease attached to the surface of the food is reduced, and the food is low in oil and healthy.
In order to make the hot air generated by the air heating assembly 6 heat the food inside the basket body 1 more uniformly, it is preferable that the sidewall of the basket body 1 includes a plurality of third protrusion structures 13 protruding outwards, and the sidewall below the third protrusion structures 13 is provided with third through holes 131, as shown in fig. 1 and 4.
The third protruding structure 13 protrudes outwards relative to the side wall of the basket body 1, and the third through hole 131 is formed in the side wall below the third protruding structure 13, so that hot air which does not enter the basket body 1 from the first through hole 111 can be guided to the inside of the third protruding structure 13 through the third through hole 131 in the process of flowing along the outside of the side wall of the basket body 1, and therefore a heating air flow which is directed to the inside from the side wall is generated on food in the basket body 1, and the food is more fully and uniformly air-fried.
Preferably, in order to achieve the detachable connection of the food rack 2 relative to the basket body 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the basket assembly further comprises a plurality of flexible pads 3, wherein the flexible pads 3 are made of high temperature resistant flexible materials and fixedly arranged on the side edges of the food rack 2 for fixedly limiting the food rack 2 from the upper part of the food rack 2 when the food rack 2 is arranged above the bottom surface of the basket body 1, and the plurality of flexible pads 3 are uniformly distributed relative to the circumferential direction of the food rack 2.
The flexible mat 3 may be made of a high temperature resistant silicone material. When the food rack 2 is arranged at the bottom of the frying basket body 1, the flexible pad 3 fixedly arranged at the side edge of the food rack 21 can be clamped at the side wall of the frying basket body 1 to fix and limit the food rack 2. Since the food rack 2 is not subjected to excessive force of separating from the frying basket body 1 in the using process, the flexible pad 3 made of flexible materials can play a role in limiting. When the food rack 2 needs to be taken out from the frying basket body 1, a user only needs to bend and deform the flexible pad 3, so that the connection relation between the flexible pad 3 and the frying basket body 1 can be conveniently released, the food rack 2 is taken out, and in the process of reloading the food rack 2, the flexible pad 3 is bent and deformed again, so that the food rack 2 can be conveniently put back again.
It is thus clear that with the limit structure of flexible pad 3 as food frame 2, not only can accomplish the spacing fixed function to food frame 2 well, can also conveniently get the operation of putting to food frame 2 to can use repeatedly for a long time, reliability and life are all higher.
In another aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-13, there is provided an air fryer comprising a fry basket assembly according to any of the preceding embodiments, the air fryer further comprising an inner chamber 4, a lid 5 and an air heating assembly 6. The inner cavity 4 is arranged inside the air fryer with an upward opening and used for placing a frying basket component; the cover body 5 can be arranged at the opening of the inner cavity body 4 in a covering way; the air heating assembly 6 comprises a heating body 61, a fan 62 arranged below the heating body 61 and a motor 63 for driving the fan 62, wherein the fan 62 is positioned above the bottom surface of the inner cavity 4, and the motor 63 is positioned below the bottom surface of the inner cavity 4; wherein, when the basket assembly is placed inside the inner chamber 4, the heating element 61 is located below the bottom surface of the basket body 1, and the heating element 61 is not in contact with the bottom surface of the basket body 1.
According to the invention, the air heating component 6 is arranged below the frying basket body 1, so that the hot air generated by the air heating component 6 can fully heat the surface of food from bottom to top by utilizing the characteristic of low hot air density. In contrast, by disposing the air heating assembly 6 above the basket body 1, it is difficult to ensure that the hot air flows through the food at the bottom area of the basket body 1. It can be seen that the present invention provides for more complete and uniform frying of the food.
The heating element 61 is not in contact with the bottom surface of the basket body 1, so that the phenomenon that the temperature of the bottom of the basket body 1 is too fast to be heated due to direct contact of the heating element 61 and the bottom of the basket body 1 is burnt can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 12-13, the cover 5 of the air fryer disclosed in the present invention can be lifted, and when the cover 5 is lifted, an intermediate connecting ring can be arranged between the cover 5 and the inner cavity 4 of the air fryer disclosed in the present invention, so as to seal the cover 5 and the inner cavity 4 after the cover 5 is lifted. The heightened cover body 5 enables the capacity of the inner part of the air fryer to be larger, the quantity of the food to be cooked at one time can be increased, and the air fryer can perform integral cooking processing on the food with larger volume.
In order to prevent the oil smoke and vaporized grease from being entrained by the hot circulating air flow in the air fryer and attached to the high temperature components of the air heating assembly 6 during the operation of the air fryer, a solid attachment layer mixed with grease, oil smoke, dust and impurities is formed.
Preferably, the fan 62 is configured to: the air is sucked from the upper side of the air conditioner body, and is blown to the lower side of the air conditioner body or outwards along the radial direction. A fourth through hole 14 is formed in the position, opposite to the fan 62, of the bottom surface of the basket body 1, a fifth through hole 23 is formed in the position, opposite to the fan 62, of the food rack 2, and the fourth through hole 14 and the fifth through hole 23 are communicated with each other and form a return air channel from the interior of the basket body 1 to the upper side of the fan 62; the heating body 61 includes a heating pipe 611 and a porous plate 612, the heating pipe 611 is spirally wound around the rotation shaft of the fan 62, and the upper side of the fan 62 is at least partially exposed to the central area of the heating pipe 611; and the perforated plate 612 is fixedly disposed at the central region of the heat pipe 611.
The following is a specific description of the present invention, in which a solid adhesion layer is not easily formed on the high-temperature part of the air heating unit 6:
since the fan 62 sucks air from the upper side of itself and blows air to the lower side of itself or radially outward, air circulation is formed in the air fryer, which enters air from the first through hole 111 and the third through hole 131 and exits air from the fourth through hole 14 provided at a position where the bottom surface of the basket body 1 faces the fan 62. It can be seen that the hot air used to air fry the food, i.e., the hot circulating air stream that tends to entrain the oil soot and vaporized grease, will exit basket body 1 from fourth through holes 14 and flow to the upper side of fan 62. Since the air heating unit 6 is disposed between the fan 62 and the bottom of the basket body 1, the hot air exiting the basket body 1 from the fourth through hole 14 and flowing to the upper side of the fan 62 will necessarily pass through the air heating unit 6.
In contrast, as shown in fig. 6, the upper side of the fan 62 of the present invention is at least partially exposed to the central area of the heat pipe 611, and the perforated plate 612 is provided at the center of the spirally wound heat pipe 611, so that the heat pipe 611 having a higher temperature does not directly contact the hot air which exits the basket body 1 from the fourth through hole 14 and flows to the upper side of the fan 62, thereby reducing the solid adhesion layer formed on the surface of the heat pipe 611.
In contrast, if the air heating unit 6 is disposed above the opening of the basket body 1, it is difficult to guide the circulation of hot air, and it is difficult to keep the flow of hot circulating air, which may entrain oil smoke and vaporized grease, away from the high-temperature components of the air heating unit 6, so that a solid adhesion layer is easily generated on the surface of the high-temperature components of the air heating unit 6, which adversely affects the thermal efficiency of the air fryer and the health of the user.
Preferably, the food rack 2 further comprises a bail 15, the bail 15 being capable of facilitating removal of the food rack 2 from the fry basket body 1 by a user. The lifting ring 15 is arranged inside the fifth through hole 23, can rotate relative to the plane where the 5 th through hole 23 is located, and when the lifting ring 15 rotates to be parallel to the plane where the fifth through hole 23 is located, the lifting ring 15 is embedded inside the fifth through hole 23, so that when the lifting ring 15 is not used, the lifting ring 15 can be rotated to be coplanar with the fifth through hole 23, and therefore the lifting ring 15 does not interfere with food placed above the food rack 2.
Since the air heating assembly 6 of the present invention is disposed at the lower side of the basket body 1, the air fryer preferably also has the functions of frying, roasting and stewing.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the air fryer further includes a frying and roasting assembly 7, which includes a roasting pan 71 and handles 72 disposed at two sides of the roasting pan 71 and inclined inward, wherein the upper surface of the roasting pan 71 is provided with a plurality of fourth protruding structures 73 protruding upward, the fourth protruding structures 73 radially extend outward relative to the center of the roasting pan 71, the lower surface of the roasting pan 71 is provided with a plurality of grooves 74, and when the frying and roasting assembly 7 is placed inside the inner cavity 4, the heating pipe 611 is embedded inside the grooves 74.
The handle 72 inclined inwards can facilitate the user to grasp, take and place the baking tray 71, and the like, and the fourth protrusion structure 73 arranged on the upper surface of the baking tray 71 can make the food heated more uniformly, make the grease separated from the food better, and make the food less prone to adhering to the baking tray 71. The groove 74 provided on the lower surface of the grill pan 71 can be embedded in the heating pipe 611, so that the connection between the grill pan 71 and the heating pipe 611 can be more stable, and the heat transfer efficiency from the heating pipe 611 to the grill pan 71 can be higher.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the air fryer further includes a stewing component 8 including a stewing pot 81, and when the stewing component 8 is placed inside the inner cavity 4, the bottom surface of the stewing pot 81 is attached to the upper surface of the heating tube 611.
Therefore, the invention can reduce the oil smoke generated by the air fryer by preventing the grease precipitated from the food from directly dripping to the air heating component 6 and effectively guiding the precipitated grease; according to the invention, the hot air which is heated to pass through food and flows back does not directly flow through the surface of the air heating component 6, so that a solid adhesion layer mixed with substances such as grease, oil smoke, dust and impurities is reduced on the surface of the air heating component 6, and the health of users and fried product eaters is ensured; in addition, the air heating assembly 6 arranged below the food frying pan can enrich the functions of the air frying pan and realize food processing modes such as frying, roasting, slow stewing and the like.
So far, some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made in the above embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
