A revolving door is arranged at one longitudinal side of the experiment table body 1 corresponding to the position of the cleaning cavity 11, so that the whole experiment table is convenient to maintain in later period, and foreign matters in the cleaning cavity are cleaned and cleared; one side of the rotary mounting sleeve 6 is connected with a fixed adjusting bolt 18 in a threaded manner, the fixed adjusting bolt 18 penetrates through the rotary mounting sleeve 6 to be in contact with the supporting shaft 5, the inclination angle of the component mounting plate is adjusted, the teaching requirement is met conveniently, and the teaching effect is improved.
Wherein, the first cleaning nozzle 1005 and the second cleaning nozzle 1703 are electric rotating nozzles, which realizes that cleaning liquid is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the component mounting plate 7 and the surface of the lifting panel for cleaning; the first lifting device 13, the second lifting device 1009 and the third lifting device 1902 are any one of a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric telescopic rod or a servo electric cylinder, and are selected according to the requirement of the actual use on the forward and backward travel; the first rotary motor 804, the second rotary motor 1004 and the third rotary motor 1707 are servo motors, so that the rotation direction, the rotation speed and the start and stop can be controlled conveniently; in addition, the first lifting device 13, the first water pump 15, the second water pump 16, the first rotary motor 804, the second rotary motor 1004, the first cleaning nozzle 1005, the second lifting device 1009, the second cleaning nozzle 1703, the third rotary motor 1706 and the third lifting device 1902 are all electrically connected with a control device arranged on one side of the experiment table body 1, so that different working states of the experiment table are convenient to control.
Working principle: when the component mounting plate needs to be cleaned, the first supporting plate is driven to rotate to a state perpendicular to the mounting groove on the component mounting plate by the second rotating motor, then the first supporting plate moves to one transverse end of the component mounting plate under the driving of the transmission component, then the second lifting device and the third lifting device respectively drive the mounting frame and the supporting wheel to move towards the direction of the component mounting plate, so that the sponge cleaning block and the cleaning soft brush are tightly attached to the component mounting plate, the sponge cleaning block needs to apply certain pressure to the component mounting plate, the protruding part of the sponge cleaning block can be tightly attached to the mounting groove on the component mounting plate, the supporting wheel is contacted with the component mounting plate, then the first water pump pumps cleaning liquid in the storage box to be sprayed out through the first cleaning spray head, the transmission component can drive the whole mounting plate to transversely reciprocate along the component mounting plate, the cleaning liquid is sprayed out on the surface of the component mounting plate through the first cleaning spray head, then the cleaning soft brush is used for scraping the foreign matters adhered to the surface of the component mounting plate, finally the sponge cleaning block is used for conducting final cleaning on the surface of the component mounting plate, the first lifting device and the third lifting device is driven to drive the supporting wheel to move up and down the component mounting plate through the first lifting device, and the first lifting device can drive the supporting wheel to move to the component mounting plate to transversely; when the lifting panel needs to be cleaned, the first lifting device drives the lifting panel to descend, the top of the lifting panel and the cleaning roller are located at the same horizontal plane, then under the cooperation of the third rotating motor and the travelling wheel, the sliding seat drives the second supporting plate to reciprocate along the direction of the supporting sliding plate, meanwhile, the second water pump pumps out cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage box, the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the surface of the lifting panel through the second cleaning spray head, cleaning is carried out through the cleaning roller, after cleaning is completed, the second supporting plate moves to one longitudinal end of the cleaning cavity under the cooperation of the third rotating motor and the travelling wheel, and the third lifting device drives the lifting panel to ascend, so that the upper surface of the lifting panel and the upper surface of the experiment table body are located at the same horizontal plane.
