A rotary door is arranged at one longitudinal side of the experiment table body 1 corresponding to the position of the cleaning cavity 11, so that the later maintenance of the whole experiment table is facilitated, and foreign matters in the cleaning cavity are cleaned and cleared; the threaded connection of 6 one sides of rotatory installation cover has fixed adjusting bolt 18, and fixed adjusting bolt 18 passes rotatory installation cover 6 and contacts with back shaft 5, realizes the angle of adjusting the slope of components and parts mounting panel, is convenient for satisfy the teaching demand, improves the teaching effect.
The first cleaning nozzle 1005 and the second cleaning nozzle 1703 are both electric rotary nozzles, so that cleaning liquid is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the component mounting plate 7 and the surface of the lifting panel for cleaning; the first lifting device 13, the second lifting device 1009 and the third lifting device 1902 adopt any one of an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric telescopic rod or a servo electric cylinder, and are selected according to the requirements on the forward and backward travel in actual use; the first rotating motor 804, the second rotating motor 1004 and the third rotating motor 1706 are all servo motors, so that the rotating direction, the rotating speed and the starting and stopping can be conveniently controlled; in addition, the first lifting device 13, the first water pump 15, the second water pump 16, the first rotating motor 804, the second rotating motor 1004, the first cleaning nozzle 1005, the second lifting device 1009, the second cleaning nozzle 1703, the third rotating motor 1706 and the third lifting device 1902 are electrically connected to a control device arranged on one side of the experiment table body 1, so that different working states of the experiment table body 1 can be controlled conveniently.
The working principle is as follows: when the component mounting plate needs to be cleaned, the first supporting plate is driven to rotate to a state perpendicular to the mounting groove on the component mounting plate through the second rotating motor, then the first supporting plate is driven to move to one transverse end of the component mounting plate under the driving of the transmission assembly, then the second lifting device and the third lifting device respectively drive the mounting frame and the supporting wheel to move towards the component mounting plate, so that the sponge cleaning block and the cleaning soft brush are tightly attached to the component mounting plate, certain pressure needs to be applied to the component mounting plate by the sponge cleaning block, the protruding part on the sponge cleaning block can be tightly attached to and contacted with the mounting groove on the component mounting plate, the supporting wheel is contacted with the component mounting plate, then the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage tank is pumped out by the first cleaning spray head, and meanwhile, the transmission assembly can drive the mounting plate cleaning assembly to do reciprocating motion transversely along the component mounting plate, cleaning liquid is sprayed out of the surface of the component mounting plate through a first cleaning spray head, then a cleaning soft brush scrapes sticky foreign matters on the surface of the component mounting plate, finally, a sponge cleaning block cleans the surface of the component mounting plate, after cleaning is completed, a second lifting device and a third lifting device drive a mounting frame and a supporting wheel to ascend, then a transmission assembly moves a mounting plate cleaning assembly to one transverse end of the component mounting plate, then a second rotating motor drives a first supporting plate to rotate to the upper end of the component mounting plate, and finally, the third lifting device drives the supporting wheel to descend so that the supporting wheel abuts against the surface of the component mounting plate; when the lifting panel needs to be cleaned, the first lifting device drives the lifting panel to descend, the top of the lifting panel and the cleaning roller are located at the same horizontal plane position, then under the cooperation of the third rotating motor and the walking wheels, the slide seat drives the second support plate to reciprocate along the direction of the support sliding plate, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage box is pumped out by the second water pump, the cleaning nozzle is sprayed on the surface of the lifting panel through the second cleaning nozzle, the cleaning roller is used for cleaning, after the cleaning is completed, the second support plate moves to the longitudinal end of the cleaning cavity under the cooperation of the third rotating motor and the walking wheels, the third lifting device drives the lifting panel to ascend, and the upper surface of the lifting panel and the upper surface of the experiment table body are located at the same horizontal plane.
