The intelligent safety operation and maintenance management system based on cloud computing as claimed in claim 8, wherein the visitor registration module collects temporary identity information of visitors in a park, and sends the temporary identity information to the visitor access module, and the specific process includes:
a visitor registers temporary identity information by an enterprise, wherein the temporary identity information comprises a name, a mobile phone number and a license plate number;
the enterprise sends the temporary identity information to a management platform, and the management platform generates a temporary visiting code and a temporary leaving code and sends the temporary visiting code and the temporary leaving code to an intelligent terminal of a visitor; wherein the temporary visiting code and the temporary leaving code comprise a two-dimensional code and a bar code;
the visitor in-and-out module acquires temporary identity information in the database and manages the access of visitors in the park according to the temporary identity information, and the specific process comprises the following steps:
the visitor access module comprises a license plate recognition device and an access code recognition device;
the license plate recognition equipment acquires temporary identity information of a visitor, extracts a license plate number in the temporary identity information, and stores the license plate number to a passable license plate unit in the license plate recognition equipment;
the access code identification device acquires a temporary access code and a temporary exit code of a visitor, and stores the temporary access code and the temporary exit code to a temporary access code unit in the access code identification device; the visitor verifies the entry of the visitor into the park on the entry and exit code identification equipment through the temporary visitor code; after the visitor enters the park, the temporary visitor code fails, and the gate machine sends a visitor entering signal to the management platform;
the visitor verifies the leaving park on the access code identification device through the temporary leaving code; and after the visitor leaves the park, the temporary leaving code is invalid, the gate machine sends a visitor leaving signal to the management platform, and the management platform deletes the temporary identity information of the visitor stored in the database after receiving the visitor leaving signal.
