In the ascending process of the installation operation platform 1, firstly, the two support rods 30 can support the installation operation platform 1 after the claws 7 on the climbing rods 6 are separated from the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam at the current height, so that the situation that the installation operation platform 1 descends due to no support is avoided, until the claws 7 on the climbing rods 6 are matched with the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam above, the piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders 4 extend out to drive the installation operation platform 1 to ascend, the two support rods 30 and the connectors 31 at the bottoms of the two support rods can ascend along with the two support rods 30, when the connectors 31 are separated from the current horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam and are contacted with the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam above in the vertical direction, the support rods 30 can rotate downwards around hinge points until the connectors 31 pass the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam above, the connectors 31 returning to the initial positions under the action of the return springs 33, and the connectors 31 returning to the initial positions can be clamped with the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam above, the gliding of the installation operation platform 1 is avoided, and the safety function is achieved.
When the installation and operation platform 1 needs to be lowered, the two support rods 30 and the connectors 31 at the bottoms of the two support rods are firstly made to ascend until the connectors 31 are separated from the current horizontal steel column or horizontal steel beam in the vertical direction, then the adjusting wrench penetrates through the holes to adjust the length of the adjusting bolts 34, so that the support rods 30 overcome the pulling force of the return springs 33 and rotate downwards around the hinged point until the connectors 31 avoid the horizontal steel column or the horizontal steel beam in the horizontal direction, and finally the installation and operation platform 1 is lowered to the ground through the safety locking device 8.
Both ends of pivot 10 all are provided with ratchet dish 35, the both sides at installing box 9 top all are provided with and are used for with ratchet dish 35 complex ratchet claw 36, the tail end of ratchet claw 36 is articulated with the top of installing box 9. During the lifting of the installation operation platform 1, the steel wire rope 11 needs to be always in a tight state, so the driving motor 13 drives the rotating shaft 10 to enable the steel wire rope 11 to be in the tight state, the falling of the installation operation platform 1 is avoided, and in order to prevent the rotating shaft 10 from reversing due to the gravity of the installation operation platform 1, the ratchet pawl 36 is matched with the ratchet disc 35, and the rotating shaft 10 is prevented from reversing. When the operation platform 1 needs to be descended, the ratchet pawl 36 is separated from the ratchet disc 35, the driving motor 13 rotates reversely, the rotating shaft 10 is driven to rotate reversely, the steel wire rope 11 is slowly released, and the steel wire rope slowly descends to the ground.

Claims (10)

1. A steel structure installation operation platform is characterized by comprising an installation operation platform, wherein the installation operation platform is of a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', and is movably arranged on the outer surface of a steel structure column body; fences are arranged around the installation operation platform;
two climbing devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the installation operation platform in the width direction, each climbing device comprises a hydraulic cylinder vertically arranged at the top of the installation operation platform, and a channel for a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to pass through is arranged on the installation operation platform;
a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with an obliquely arranged climbing rod, the climbing rod is positioned below the installation operation platform, and the end part of the free end of the climbing rod is provided with a clamping jaw which is matched and fixed with a horizontal steel column or a horizontal steel beam on a steel structure cylinder;
a hydraulic control module for controlling piston rods of the two hydraulic cylinders to extend and retract simultaneously is arranged on the mounting operation platform;
the installation operation platform is provided with a safety locking device for preventing the installation operation platform from sliding downwards, the safety locking device comprises an installation box fixedly connected with the installation operation platform, a rotating shaft is arranged in the installation box, a steel wire rope is wound on the rotating shaft, and the free end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the top of the steel structure cylinder through a hook;
one side of install bin is provided with drive module, and drive module includes driving motor and reduction gear, driving motor's output pass through the reduction gear with the one end of pivot is connected.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 1, wherein 4 pulleys are arranged around the inner wall of the installation and operation platform, and the circumferential outer walls of the 4 pulleys are respectively contacted with the outer side surfaces of the four columns of the steel structure cylinder.

The steel structure mounting and operating platform of claim 1, wherein the jaws comprise a fixed clamping arm and a rotating clamping arm which are symmetrically arranged, and the cross sections of the fixed clamping arm and the rotating clamping arm are both arc structures; the fixed clamp arm is rotationally connected with the rotating clamp arm;
a connecting seat is fixedly arranged on one side of the fixed clamping arm, and a first connecting hole is formed in the connecting seat;
a connecting lug plate is fixedly arranged on one side of the rotating clamp arm, and a second connecting hole is formed in the connecting lug plate;
after the connecting seat is matched with the connecting lug plate, the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are superposed, and rotating pins are arranged in the two holes;
the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the outer arc surface at the top of the fixed clamping arm, the rotating clamping arm is arranged on one side close to the outer surface of the steel structure cylinder, and the inner arc surface of the rotating clamping arm is in contact fit with a horizontal steel column or a horizontal steel beam on the steel structure cylinder.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 3, wherein an arc limiting plate is arranged on the outer arc surface of the top of the fixed clamping arm, a limiting notch matched with the arc limiting plate is arranged on the outer arc surface of the top of the rotating clamping arm, and the arc limiting plate is matched with the limiting notch.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 4, wherein a torsion spring is sleeved on the outer wall of the circumference of the rotating pin, the end parts of the two ends of the torsion spring are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner arc surfaces of the fixed clamping arm and the rotating clamping arm, and the arc-shaped limiting plate is matched with the limiting notch by the torsion spring under the action of no external force.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 1, wherein the channel is rectangular, two sliding rails are disposed on two sides of the channel, the two sliding rails are disposed along a width direction of the installation and operation platform, a moving seat is disposed on the two sliding rails, and the hydraulic cylinder is disposed on the moving seat.
7. The steel structure mounting and operating platform as recited in claim 7, wherein a plurality of threaded holes are uniformly spaced at the top of the two sliding rails; the movable seat is provided with a plurality of locking bolts in threaded fit with the threaded holes.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 1, wherein two support rods are symmetrically and obliquely arranged below the installation and operation platform, the top of each support rod is hinged to the lower part of the installation and operation platform through a support seat, and the bottom of each support rod is provided with a connector which is matched with a horizontal steel column or a horizontal steel beam on a steel structure column body, and the connector is in a U-shaped structure;
a baffle is arranged on one side of the supporting seat close to the direction of the steel structure column body, and a return spring is arranged between the middle part of the supporting rod and the lower end face of the installation operation platform;
the baffle plate is provided with an adjusting bolt, and the adjusting bolt penetrates through the baffle plate to be in contact with the supporting rod;
the installation operation platform is provided with a hole for the adjusting wrench to pass through, and the hole is positioned right above the adjusting bolt.

The steel structure installation and operation platform of claim 1, wherein ratchet wheels are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft, ratchet claws matched with the ratchet wheels are arranged at two sides of the top of the installation box, and tail ends of the ratchet claws are hinged to the top of the installation box.
10. The steel structure installation and operation platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the installation and operation platform is provided with a gap for operators to pass through, and a ladder stand with a guard rail is arranged below the gap.
