The anti-ultraviolet agent is added into the leather, so that the prepared polyvinyl chloride artificial leather not only has excellent physical properties such as oxidation resistance, aging resistance and the like, but also has an anti-ultraviolet effect, the artificial leather is further prevented from deteriorating, the service life of the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather can be prolonged, and meanwhile, the selected materials are easy to obtain and low in price, the production cost of enterprises is effectively reduced, and the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather is suitable for mass production.

Mixing the raw materials according to the proportion, reacting for 2.5h at 120 ℃, then preserving heat for 2h at 90 ℃ to obtain a material, then extruding and molding, cooling, and cutting into a required shape.

The ultraviolet-resistant polyvinyl chloride artificial leather comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 25 parts of castor oil, 12 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate, 8 parts of diisononyl phthalate, 1 part of azodicarbonamide, 5 parts of magnesium carbonate, 1 part of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxy benzophenone, 2 parts of 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol, 8 parts of color paste, 1 part of methyl anthranilate and 2 parts of organic tin stabilizer.

The ultraviolet-resistant polyvinyl chloride artificial leather comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 25 parts of castor oil, 12 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate, 6 parts of diisononyl phthalate, 1 part of azodicarbonamide, 6 parts of magnesium carbonate, 1 part of 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxy benzophenone, 2 parts of 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol, 3 parts of color paste, 1 part of methyl anthranilate and 2 parts of organic tin stabilizer.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
