本发明提供了一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠50~80份、磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂30~60份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20~30份、增溶剂1~3份、增泡稳泡剂0.2~0.5份、杀菌剂0.1~0.3份、酶制剂0.2~0.3份。本发明提供一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,具有优异的去污能力,泡沫量多,杀菌能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物。
背景技术
表面活性剂是一类在添加量很少时就能显著降低界面张力的物质,其分子具有独特结构:一端为亲水性的极性基团,另一端为亲油性的非极性基团,也称为两亲分子。在溶液中可自发形成胶束、溶致液晶、微乳液、囊泡、蠕虫状胶束、微乳液凝胶等稳定、有序排列的缔合结构。广泛应用于人类生产、生活的各个方面,俗称“工业味精”。单一的表面活性剂普遍存在去污效果不足的情况。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,具有优异的去污能力,泡沫量多,杀菌能力强。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠50~80份、磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂30~60份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20~30份、增溶剂1~3份、增泡稳泡剂0.2~0.5份、杀菌剂0.1~0.3份、酶制剂0.2~0.3份。
具体的,所述磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基苯磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-磺基单羧酸酯、脂肪酸磺烷基酯、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐中的一种。
具体的,所述增溶剂选自二甲苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚甘油脂肪酸酯中的一种。
具体的,所述增泡稳泡剂选自十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种。
具体的,所述杀菌剂选自苯扎氯铵、次氯酸、苯霜灵、噻酰菌胺、环丙酰菌胺、氟吡菌胺、吡噻菌胺中的一种。
具体的,所述酶制剂选自糖化酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、植酸酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供的表面活性剂组合物,以月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱为主要活性物成分,复配后作为净洗剂使用,去污力强,脱脂力低,泡沫细密丰富;
2.增加了增溶剂,提高表面活性剂组合物的溶解性和各配伍组分的相容性;
3.增加了增泡稳泡剂,提高表面活性剂组合物的发泡特性,并维持泡沫的稳定性;
4.加入了酶制剂,通过不同的酶可去除相应的污垢,去污力强。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
将60g月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、40g烷基苯磺酸钠、20g月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、2g二甲苯磺酸钠、0.3g十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、0.1g次氯酸、0.2g酶制剂加入搅拌装置中,在常温下搅拌均匀,制得表面活性剂组合物。
其中,酶制剂为糖化酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、植酸酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶按质量比1:1:1:1:1:1:1组成的混合物,采用多种酶,能够可去除相应的污垢,去污力强。
测试:取5g以上表面活性剂组合物,采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定组合物的去污力,记录如下表1。

取5g月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠,采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠的去污力,记录如下表1。

取5g烷基苯磺酸钠,采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定烷基苯磺酸钠的去污力,记录如下表1。
对比例3
取5g月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱,采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱的去污力,记录如下表1。

经测试,实施例1使用本申请的表面活性剂组合物,相比对比例1、2、3,去污值有较大的提升。

Claims (6)

1.一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠50~80份、磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂30~60份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20~30份、增溶剂1~3份、增泡稳泡剂0.2~0.5份、杀菌剂0.1~0.3份、酶制剂0.2~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基苯磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-磺基单羧酸酯、脂肪酸磺烷基酯、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增溶剂选自二甲苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚甘油脂肪酸酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增泡稳泡剂选自十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基氧化胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂选自苯扎氯铵、次氯酸、苯霜灵、噻酰菌胺、环丙酰菌胺、氟吡菌胺、吡噻菌胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污效果强的表面活性剂组合物,其特征在于,所述酶制剂选自糖化酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、植酸酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶中的一种。
