The traditional process of the exquisite porcelain comprises the following steps: firstly, making exquisite holes, then coating exquisite glaze which is a whitish glaze, covering a layer of transparent white glaze on the inner and outer surfaces of the utensil after the exquisite glaze is coated, and ensuring that the exquisite holes are not covered by the transparent white glaze when the exquisite holes are covered by the transparent white glaze, so that the utensil has exquisite characteristics.
The process can prevent the color glaze or pigment from covering the exquisite eyes, so that the exquisite eyes of the instrument and the color glaze are mutually reflected, and the exquisite eyes of the instrument are more brilliant and clear.
A process for preparing the delicate porcelain with color background comprises glazing and firing, wherein the glazing comprises thin glaze or thick glaze, the thickness of a thin glaze layer is less than 0.5mm, and the thickness of a thick glaze layer is 0.5-2 mm;
the operation steps of the thin glaze are as follows: coating color glaze on the biscuit firing blank, firing the biscuit, coating a water-blocking agent after firing the biscuit, drilling exquisite holes, soaking the exquisite holes in water, filling the exquisite glaze into the exquisite holes, drying, coating transparent glaze on the inside and the outside, and drying;
the firing operation steps are as follows: putting the glazed green body into a kiln, and firing at 980-1330 ℃ for 4-40 h.
The color base is color glaze and/or pigment.
The colored glaze is firstly coated on the biscuit firing blank, and then the biscuit firing blank is drilled with exquisite holes, so that various colored glaze or colors can be manufactured, and the porcelain has various colored bottoms. The water-blocking agent is smeared, so that the color glaze can be prevented from falling off, the exquisite holes can be prevented from being polluted by the color glaze when the exquisite holes are formed, the extra exquisite glaze outside the exquisite holes can be conveniently scrubbed, the exquisite glaze, the color glaze or the pigment cannot be mixed with one another, the color is dirty, and the finished product rate of the exquisite porcelain is improved.
