Abstract
本发明涉及一种带驱动装置的真空开关管的绝缘支架,用于装入电气开关装置尤其是充气容器内,此绝缘支架有一个扁平底座状塑料型材,塑料型材有一个与真空开关管驱动装置的外形相配的围绕型面,其中绝缘支架两端设有彼此反向延伸的固定边,它们有相对于纵向中心线对称设置的螺钉支座。这种绝缘支架用于安装和固定配备有驱动装置和用于电气开关装置的真空开关管。
Description
本发明涉及带驱动装置的真空开关管的绝缘支架,用于装入电气开关柜尤其是充气容器内。
如由DE4211154所公开的那样,迄今真空开关管装在上、下绝缘板之间,绝缘板通过固定件直接固定在位于电气开关柜内的容器前壁和后壁上。因此,绝缘板的结构设计与容器空间的既有条件密切相关。空间的微小变化便会立即要求绝缘板和/或它们的固定件在结构上作相应的改变。
本发明的目的在于对真空开关管的安置作设计,以便尽可能避免结构上作适应性变化,并尤其可以使真空开关管在容器内的装配和置入大大简化。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即通过采用一种带驱动装置的真空开关管的绝缘支架,用于装入电气开关装置尤其是充气容器内,其特点在于:
绝缘支架由一个扁平底座状的塑料成型件构成,塑料成型件上有近似于直角的纵侧界边;
扁平底座状塑料成型件在可与电气开关装置可拆式连接的第一端,有一个向里朝纵向平面折弯并与真空开关管驱动装置的外形相配的围绕型面,并以一个与纵向平面成直角延伸的第一固定边结束;
扁平底座状塑料成型件在可与真空开关管的径向支承可拆式连接的第二端,有一个与第一固定边反向延伸的第二固定边,它在绝缘支架的纵向中心区内以扁平底座状塑料成型件结束;
第一固定边有两个相对于纵向中心线对称设置的第一螺钉支座,以及,第二固定边有另外两个相对于纵向中心线对称设置的螺钉支座;
绝缘支架在内部沿纵向的中心线,有两个并列设置的第二螺钉支座。
采用带有其近似于直角的纵侧界边的扁平底座状塑料成型件,可以通过两个按镜像相对装配的绝缘支架构成一个中间腔,在它们之间可以安置真空开关管的径向支承和端面支承。两个绝缘支架通过它们的第一固定边经由第一螺钉支承,与容器或容器的一个部分牢固连接,而第二固定边通过另外的螺钉支承,安置真空开关管的径向支承。采用这种在镜面对称地相对的绝缘支架之间安置真空开关管的结构,可以做到使真空开关管在容器内部的安置,基本上与容器的空间设计无关。也就是说,绝缘支架的结构可适用于不同的容器造型,不必每次重新与空间的状况相匹配。
按本发明的一种有利的设计规定,围绕型面设计为梯形的。围绕型面采用这种梯形的设计,给予绝缘支架总体上大的刚性。
本发明另一项有利的设计规定,绝缘支架的第一和第二螺钉支座采用半围绕螺钉杆的定位块实现,所以无论是真空开关管与容器的装配还是真空开关管相应支承的安置,都可以用简单的方式进行。由加工造成的尺寸公差,可通过定位块适当修正真空开关管的位置方便地补偿。
下面借助在3个附图中表示的实施例详细阐明本发明,其中:
图1为绝缘支架的三面视图;
图2和3为在两个优选的剖切位置处绝缘支架的断面结构。
图1表示具有其扁平底座状塑料型材2(见图2)的绝缘支架1。此处还可见,扁平底座状塑料型材2上制有近似于直角的纵侧界边3,它使绝缘支架得到非常良好的形状稳定性。图中还表示出,塑料型材2在所表示的剖切位置B-B区域内,有一个向里朝纵向平面折弯并与驱动装置外形相配的围绕型面4,如图3所示它设计为梯形。
除此之外,绝缘支架1含有第一固定边5,它具有两个沿纵向中心线对称设置的第一螺钉支座7。第一螺钉支架7用来将绝缘支架固定在图中未表示的容器外轮廓上。绝缘支架1还制有第二固定边6,它以类似的方式具有另外两个沿纵向中心线对称设置的螺钉支座8。这些螺钉支座8用来固定图中同样没有表示的真空开关管的径向支承,真空开关管支承在两个成镜像安置的绝缘支架1之间。此外还可看出,绝缘支架1在内部沿纵向中心线有两个并列设置的第二螺钉支座9,它们相对于另外的螺钉支座8(见图2)错开90°角排列。这两个螺钉支座9同样用来安置在绝缘支座1之间的真空开关管的支承。
Claims (3)
1、一种带驱动装置的真空开关管绝缘支架,用于装入电气开关装置尤其是充气容器内,其特征在于:
绝缘支架(1)由一个扁平底座状的塑料成型件(2)构成,塑料成型件(2)上有近似于直角的纵侧界边(3);
扁平底座状塑料成型件(2)在可与电气开关装置可拆式连接的第一端,有一个向里朝纵向平面折弯并与真空开关管驱动装置的外形相配的围绕型面(4),并以一个与纵向平面成直角延伸的第一固定边(5)结束;
扁平底座状塑料成型件(2)在可与真空开关管的径向支承可拆式连接的第二端,有一个与第一固定边(5)反向延伸的第二固定边(6),它在绝缘支架(1)的纵向中心区内以扁平底座状塑料成型件(2)结束;
第一固定边(5)有两个相对于纵向中心线对称设置的第一螺钉支座(7),以及,第二固定边(6)有另外两个相对于纵向中心线对称设置的螺钉支座(8);
绝缘支架(1)在内部沿纵向的中心线,有两个并列设置的第二螺钉支座(9)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的绝缘支架,其特征在于:围绕型面(4)设计为梯形的。
3、按照权利要求1和2中任一项所述的绝缘支架(1),其特征在于:绝缘支架(1)的另外的第一螺钉支座(8)和第二螺钉支座(9),均采用半围绕螺钉杆的定位块实现。
