The second fixing module 1024 includes, for example, a second screw, which can fix the second clamping plate 1022 and the supporting block 1025 to prevent the second clamping plate 1022 from falling; the second plate 1027 of the support block 1025 is provided with a groove, for example, in which a second screw can slide, so that when the support block 1025 moves away from the side of the transmission line L1, the second clamping plate 1022 is deactivated, and the second clamping plate 1022 can move relative to the support block 1025, so that the support block 1025 can apply pressure to the second clamping plate 1022; therefore, when the tensioning device 103 drives the chain 1011 to move to the side far from the transmission line L1, the supporting block 1025 moves relatively to the first clamping plate 1021, the supporting block 1025 moves relatively to the second clamping plate 1022, the supporting block 1025 can apply pressure to the first clamping plate 1021 and the second clamping plate 1022, and the first clamping plate 1021 and the second clamping plate 1022 can further clamp the product to be transmitted.
The technical scheme of the embodiment also provides a printed circuit board preparation system, which comprises the product conveying equipment provided by any embodiment of the invention. And clamping device sets up in the transmission line both sides, and clamping device presss from both sides tight edge of waiting to transmit the product, can not shelter from the effective position that waiting to transmit the product to need processing, can not influence the processing position, guarantees the validity of processing to obtain qualified printed circuit board.

Claims (4)

1. A product conveying apparatus, comprising:
the conveying devices are positioned at two sides of the transmission line;
the clamping device is arranged on one side, close to the transmission line, of the conveying device and is used for clamping products to be conveyed, and the conveying device is used for driving the clamping device to move along the transmission line; the clamping device comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a first fixing module, a second fixing module and a supporting block, wherein the first clamping plate is installed on the supporting block through the first fixing module, the second clamping plate is installed on the supporting block through the second fixing module, and the supporting block is fixedly connected with the conveying device;
wherein the conveyor comprises a chain and a first sprocket; the supporting block is fixedly connected with the chain;
the tensioning device is positioned at two sides of the transmission line and is positioned at one side of the chain close to the transmission line, and the tensioning device is used for driving the chain to move to one side far away from the transmission line when the chain passes through the tensioning device so as to enable the supporting block to apply pressure to the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate clamp the product to be transmitted;
the clamping device further comprises a first reset module and a second reset module;
the first end of the first reset module is arranged on the supporting block, the second end of the first reset module is connected with the end part of the first clamping plate, which is far away from the transmission line, and the first reset module is used for resetting the first clamping plate after the conveying device leaves the tensioning device;
the first end of the second reset module is arranged on the supporting block, the second end of the second reset module is connected with the end part of the second clamping plate, which is far away from the transmission line, and the second reset module is used for resetting the second clamping plate after the conveying device leaves the tensioning device;
the first clamping plate is conical, and the height of the first end of the first clamping plate is smaller than that of the second end of the first clamping plate; the first end of the first clamping plate is the end part of the first clamping plate, which is close to the transmission line, and the second end of the first clamping plate is the end part of the first clamping plate, which is far away from the transmission line;
the second clamping plate is conical, and the height of the first end of the second clamping plate is smaller than that of the second end of the second clamping plate; the first end of the second clamping plate is the end part of the second clamping plate, which is close to the transmission line, and the second end of the second clamping plate is the end part of the second clamping plate, which is far away from the transmission line;
wherein the support block comprises a first plate and a second plate;
the first clamping plate is connected with the first plate through the first fixing module, and the height of the first end of the first plate is larger than that of the second end of the first plate; the first end of the first plate is the end part of the first plate, which is close to the transmission line, and the second end of the first plate is the end part of the first plate, which is far away from the transmission line;
the second clamping plate is connected with the second plate through the second fixing module, and the height of the first end of the second plate is larger than that of the second end of the second plate; the first end of the second plate is the end part of the second plate, which is close to the transmission line, and the second end of the second plate is the end part of the second plate, which is far away from the transmission line;
wherein the friction coefficient of the surface of the first clamping plate, which is contacted with the product to be conveyed, is larger than a preset value;
the friction coefficient of the surface of the second clamping plate, which is contacted with the product to be conveyed, is larger than the preset value.
2. The product conveying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first reset module comprises a first spring;
and/or, the second reset module comprises a second spring.
3. The product conveying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first securing module comprises a first screw; the second fixing module comprises a second screw.
4. A printed circuit board manufacturing system comprising the product transport device of any one of claims 1-3.
