The paper stopper 430 has a paper stopper portion, and the paper stopper 430 is connected to the paper feed conveyor 400 in a laterally adjustable manner. In this embodiment, a paper blocking cylinder is disposed at the left side of the paper receiving section and along the vertical direction, the paper blocking member 430 is in transmission connection with the paper blocking cylinder, and the paper blocking cylinder drives the paper blocking member 430 to move up and down. When the upper paper clamp 610 clamps and conveys the wrapping paper to the upper side of the paper receiving section, the paper blocking cylinder drives the paper blocking member 430 to lift, and the paper blocking part extends into the left side of the wrapping paper. When the upper paper clip 610 releases the wrapping paper and continues to move to the left, the paper blocking part can abut against the left side of the wrapping paper to separate from the upper paper clip 610.
The upper paper driving member 620 is a timing belt mechanism provided in the left-right direction. The upper paper driving member 620 includes an upper paper driving unit, a synchronizing wheel, and a synchronizing belt. Two of the synchronizing wheels are rotatably provided at both left and right ends of the upper paper driving member 620, respectively. The synchronous belt is driven to wind the two synchronous wheels, and one side belt surface of the synchronous belt is fixedly connected with the paper clamping rod. The paper feeding driving unit is a rotary driving element such as a servo motor, a stepping motor or a pneumatic motor, and the paper feeding driving unit is in driving connection with one of the synchronous wheels.
To straighten the wrapping material and wrapping sheet, in a further embodiment, the upper feeding device 20 and the lower feeding device 30 are provided with straightening mechanisms. The straightening mechanism is disposed at both left and right sides of the feeding and feeding mechanism 100 and 400.
The straightening mechanism provided on the upper feeder 20 is used as a material straightening mechanism 700. The number of the material arranging mechanisms 700 is two. The material arranging mechanism 700 includes: a trim 710 and a trim driving member 720. Two material arranging members 710 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the feeding conveying surface. The material arranging driving member 720 is provided with a material arranging driving end which is in transmission connection with the material arranging member 710 and enables the material arranging member 710 to move left and right.
The paper arranging mechanism 800 is a straightening mechanism provided in the lower feeding device. The number of the paper arranging mechanisms 800 is two. The two paper arranging mechanisms 800 are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the paper feeding and conveying mechanism 400. The paper sorting mechanism 800 comprises a paper sorting member 810 and a paper sorting driving member 820, wherein the paper sorting driving member 820 is provided with a paper sorting driving end which is in transmission connection with the paper sorting member 810 and enables the paper sorting member 810 to move left and right.
In this embodiment, the material arranging member 710 is provided with a plurality of rollers arranged in front-to-back direction, and the axial direction of the rollers extends in the up-down direction. The paper arranging member 810 has a paper arranging portion extending forward and backward.
In this embodiment, the paper arranging driving member 720 and the paper arranging driving member 820 each use a multi-rod cylinder. The cylinder bodies of the material arranging driving member 720 and the paper arranging driving member 820 are fixedly connected with the base frame 10, and the material arranging pieces 710 and the paper arranging pieces 810 are respectively connected with the piston rods of the material arranging driving member 720 and the paper arranging driving member 820. In other embodiments, the tidying drive member 720 and the tidying drive member 820 may be linear drive members such as electric push rods, hydraulic push rods, or lead screw nut drive assemblies.
In order to adapt to the packaging leathers and packaging materials with different sizes, the material arranging mechanism 700 is adjustably connected with the feeding and conveying mechanism 100 along the left-right direction, and the paper arranging mechanism 800 is adjustably connected with the feeding and conveying mechanism 400 along the left-right direction. In this embodiment, the base frame 10 is provided with a mounting groove extending from left to right, and the material arranging mechanism 700 is adjustably mounted on the left and right sides of the material feeding and conveying mechanism 100 along the mounting groove. The space on both sides of the paper feeding and conveying mechanism 400 is limited, and the paper arranging mechanism 800 is difficult to assemble, disassemble and adjust. The paper arranging mechanism 800 is slidably connected with the paper feeding and conveying mechanism 400 along the left-right direction, and the paper feeding and conveying mechanism 400 is provided with a screw-nut driving assembly arranged along the left-right direction. When the screw rod is rotated, the nut can be driven to move left and right through the screw transmission, so that the position of the paper arranging mechanism 800 in the left-right direction can be conveniently adjusted.
Taking ceramic tile packaging as an example, when the packaging and feeding equipment is used for packaging and feeding:
first, the tile stack is fed to the upper feeder 20 and the wrapping sheet is fed to the lower feeder 30.
In the upper feeder 20, the tile stack is conveyed from back to front along the feeding conveyor 100, and by the action of the feeding conveyor line 120, the tile stack can still slide forward on the feeding roller set 110 until the front end of the tile stack abuts against the stop portion 311.
Then, the sorting mechanism 700 acts, and the sorting driving member 720 drives the two sorting members 710 to approach each other, so that the two sorting members 710 respectively abut against the left and right sides of the tile stack, and the tile stack can be aligned on the feeding roller set 110. Then, the blocking driving member 320 drives the blocking member 310 to turn up, so that the blocking portion 311 turns up to above the tile stack, avoiding the front space of the tile stack.
In the lower paper feeding device 30, the upper paper driving member 620 drives the upper paper gripper 610 to move to the right, and the left end of one wrapper in the material source is gripped by the upper paper gripper 610 and then moves to the left, so that the wrapper is pulled between the feeding and conveying mechanism 100 and the feeding and conveying mechanism 400. When the paper blocking piece abuts against the left side of the wrapping paper sheet, the upper paper clip 610 is released, and the wrapping paper sheet falls to the upper side of the paper receiving section.
Then, the paper arranging mechanism 800 acts, and the paper arranging driving member 820 drives the two paper arranging members 810 to approach each other, and acts on the left and right sides of the wrapping paper respectively, so that the wrapping paper is aligned on the paper receiving section.
After the tile stack and the wrapping sheet are aligned, the pushing mechanism 200 and the pushing mechanism 500 simultaneously push the tile stack and the wrapping sheet forward synchronously. The telescopic driving member 212 drives the pusher 211 to extend downwards to the rear side of the tile stack. The pushing driving member 220 drives the pushing member 210 to move forward, and the tile stack is pushed forward by the pushing member 211. The paper pushing driving member 520 drives the paper pushing member 510 to move forward, and pushes the wrapping paper sheet forward through the paper pushing part 511.
The wrapping sheet moves forward along the feed conveyor surface and the tile stack moves forward along the feed conveyor surface. When the front end of the tile stack exceeds the front end of the feed roller set 110, the front end of the wrapping sheet just protrudes upward from the upper sheet gap between the feed conveying surface and the discharge conveying surface. The front end of the tile stack can be just pressed against the front of the wrapper. The pushing piece 211 and the pushing piece 510 are continuously pushed forward at the same speed, and the tile stacking and the packaging paper are continuously conveyed forward on the discharging conveying surface, so that the tile stacking and the packaging paper are orderly stacked, and the subsequent folded edge packaging and bundling are convenient.
In other embodiments, the paper feeding and conveying mechanism 400 is provided with a wrapper material source on both the left and right sides, and the paper feeding mechanism 600 is provided with two paper clips 610 disposed on both the left and right sides, and the two paper clips 610 are facing away from each other. The two upper paper clips 610 move left and right synchronously under the drive of the upper paper driving component 620, and when the upper paper clip 610 on the left clips the packaging paper leather to the right, the upper paper clip 610 on the right stretches out to the right for picking up paper; vice versa, two upper paper clips 610 alternately perform the packing paper sheet feeding, so that the efficiency is improved.

the paper feeding and conveying mechanism (400), the paper feeding and conveying mechanism (400) is provided with a paper feeding and conveying surface, the paper feeding and conveying surface comprises a paper receiving section extending front and back and a paper conveying section with a high front and a low back, the rear end of the paper conveying section is connected with the paper receiving section, and the front end of the paper conveying section is arranged between the feeding and conveying surface and the discharging and conveying surface;
a paper pushing mechanism (500), wherein the paper pushing mechanism (500) is used for pushing the foreign materials to move forwards along the paper feeding conveying surface;
the paper pushing mechanism (500) comprises a paper pushing piece (510) and a paper pushing driving component (520), wherein the paper pushing piece (510) is provided with a paper pushing part (511), and the paper pushing driving component (520) is provided with a paper pushing driving end which is in transmission connection with the paper pushing piece (510) and enables the paper pushing piece (510) to move forwards and backwards;
the paper pushing mechanism (500) is arranged below the paper feeding conveying mechanism (400), the paper feeding conveying mechanism (400) is provided with a plurality of paper receiving rods (410) extending front and back, the paper receiving rods (410) are arranged at intervals left and right, the paper pushing piece (510) is arranged below the paper receiving rods (410), and the paper pushing part (511) extends upwards to the upper part of the paper receiving rods (410) from between the adjacent paper receiving rods (410).
