本发明提供一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,由船艏、船舯、船艉及甲板构成,其特征在于:所述的船艏设有驾驶室及船员生活区;所述的船舯设有货舱区;所述的船艉在甲板下设有设备舱和舵机舱、在甲板上设有集装箱电池。具有环保、安全、装载量大、经济效益高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱船,特别是关于一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船。
背景技术
传统大型内河集装箱船均采用燃油机驱动,这种集装箱船在机舱内设有燃油主机及其辅助设备,不仅占用很大的空间,降低船舶装载量,而且运营成本高,特别是燃油废气会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,由船艏、船舯、船艉及甲板构成,其特征在于:所述的船艏设有驾驶室及船员生活区;所述的船舯设有货舱区;所述的船艉在甲板下设有设备舱和舵机舱、在甲板上设有集装箱电池。
所述的集装箱电池为可移动电池集装箱。
所述的集装箱电池上下为2-4层。
所述的集装箱电池为超大容量电池,配备的直流组网系统将电池动力转化为船舶推进动力,零排放。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、可移动电池集装箱设置于艉部主甲板上,有利于向设备舱内主配电板供电,降低电能损耗;
2、采用多层可移动电池集装箱堆叠型式,减少对艉部空间的占用;
3、采用纯电力推进,设备舱内没有传统的燃油主机及其辅助设备,设备舱更紧凑,主甲板以上不需要设置烟囱,进一步提高船舶装载量;
4、驾驶室及船员生活区设置于艏部,驾驶人员视野更开阔,便于观察前方水域状况,安全性更高;
5、由于远离艉部电池集装箱布置区域,能够避免一旦电池集装箱出现事故时危险气体对人员造成伤害;
6、货舱区域布置于艉部设备舱和居住区之间,为了安全,紧挨艏部生活区及艉部电池集装箱区域的两个货舱不装载危险货物,其它货舱不影响装载危险货物。

具体实施方式
本发明大型电池动力内河集装箱船,在船艏9设置驾驶室及船员生活区1;在船舯7设置货舱区2;在船艉6甲板8下设置设备舱3和舵机舱5,在甲板8上设置单层12个、上下设置3层的集装箱电池4,每次由6个集装箱电池4同时为船舶供电。
使用纯电池作为动力源,通过采取必要的安全措施,将电池安装于集装箱内向船舶提供电力。到达港口或换电站后,将电量不足的集装箱电池4替换为已充好电的集装箱电池4,从而实现快速对船舶补充电能,提高运营效率。
配有超大容量电池、具有超长航程的大型电池动力内河集装箱船。采用箱式电源作为船舶推进动力,通过配备的直流组网系统将电池动力转化为船舶推进动力。区别于常规电池动力船舶电池放在船舱内部的设计,所配备的超大容量电池为移动式电池箱4、采用换电模式进行换电,降低了船舶靠港时间,提高船舶运营效率,增加船舶续航里程。采用艉部甲板布置箱式电源可以减少因舱内布置电池所带来的相关系统的增加,降低船舶本身的初始投资。

1.一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,由船艏(9)、船舯(7)、船艉(6)及甲板(8)构成,其特征在于:所述的船艏(9)设有驾驶室及船员生活区(1);所述的船舯(7)设有货舱区(2);所述的船艉(6)在甲板(8)下设有设备舱(3)和舵机舱(5)、在甲板(8)上设有集装箱电池(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,其特征在于:所述的集装箱电池(4)为可移动电池集装箱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,其特征在于:所述的集装箱电池(4)上下为2-4层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种大型电池动力内河集装箱船,其特征在于:所述的集装箱电池(4)为超大容量电池,配备的直流组网系统将电池动力转化为船舶推进动力,零排放。
