Description

Vehicle rear seat and vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle seats, in particular to a vehicle rear seat. The invention also relates to a vehicle.
Background
The automobile seat is a system engineering product integrating ergonomics, mechanical vibration, control engineering and the like, and the production and manufacture of the automobile seat relate to stamping, welding, injection molding, sewing, assembling, foaming and other processes. Comfort, safety, environmental protection, intelligence are important functional requirements for car seats. Wherein, the light weight, the safe intelligence and the environmental protection comfort of the seat will become the development trend of future car seats.
The functions of the automobile seat mainly comprise four aspects: providing support to the occupant, providing a proper seating position, providing good ride comfort, providing good restraint to the occupant. The seat should be adaptable to passengers of different heights and weights, so that the passengers can be kept in a stable position and a comfortable posture for a long period of time.
Therefore, in some high-end vehicle seats, adjustment mechanisms are provided to change the position and angular posture of the seat so as to provide appropriate positions for the head, arms and legs of the occupant, to prevent the occupant from inadvertently moving back and forth, left and right, and to prevent the occupant's head from being injured during a collision. The seat should also be able to cooperate with a safety restraint system to prevent occupant movement injuries in the event of an accident.
In order to improve the riding comfort of passengers, particularly passengers of rear seats, the rear seats of each train enterprise are mostly provided with multiple colors, suede fabrics, aviation headrest, memory headrest, double-hardness foaming and other measures, and the functions of ventilation, heating, massage and the like are added. In the car types such as a pick-up car and an SUV, the improvement of the seat performance is mostly realized in the aspects of color, fabric, foaming hardness adjustment and the like, and in the car types such as a car and an MPV, the aspects of fabric, handrails, functional configuration and the like of the seat are more emphasized.
In addition to the above improvements, the improvement in the comfort of seating is more important, ensuring that the seating position of the occupant is satisfied, adapting to different persons, and requiring proper support and positioning. If the comfortable sitting posture of the passenger is not satisfied, the passenger can feel pain and fatigue after sitting for a long time, and customer complaints are caused.
In current vehicles, conventional rear seats can meet the seating position of the rear passengers and provide proper support and positioning, but long rides can experience pain, fatigue, and cause customer complaints. For example, there are complaints that the back angle of the back seat of the vehicle type is straight, the seat cushion is short, the legs are free of support and the like in the market, for the market, various enterprises generally adopt measures of increasing the back angle, increasing the length of the seat cushion and the like to promote, but still the requirements of more people and various comfortable sitting postures can not be met, and the problem that the pick-up card or SUV back passenger gets on or off the vehicle in insufficient space can not be avoided.
Particularly, the existing vehicle rear seat basically has only the function of backing down, but the riding posture and position cannot be changed, if a plurality of motors and corresponding transmission structures are required to be equipped according to the adjustment mode of the driving seat, the cost is too high, and the vehicle rear seat is difficult to be widely used on the rear seat. Accordingly, there is a need for a seating structure that can be adjusted in posture and position and that is easy to construct and implement.

The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art in combination with specific cases.
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment relates to a vehicle rear seat, which realizes the posture and position adjustment of a side seat in the rear seat by a seat framework structure which is simpler and convenient to construct and implement, and provides a rear seat structure which can realize the posture and position adjustment and is convenient to realize.
Generally, the vehicle rear seat includes a middle seat, and a side seat disposed on at least one side of the middle seat.
The side seat comprises a sliding rail arranged on the vehicle body, a first seat cushion part slidably arranged on the sliding rail and a first backrest part arranged on the first seat cushion part. A locking mechanism is arranged between the first seat cushion part and the sliding rail in the side seat; the first backrest part is rotatably arranged on the first seat cushion part, and a limiting mechanism is arranged between the first backrest part and the vehicle body and is provided with a connecting part for forming sliding abutting connection between the first backrest part and the vehicle body.
When the first seat cushion portion is locked by the locking mechanism, the connecting portion constitutes a restriction of rotation of the first back rest portion; when the locking mechanism is unlocked and the first seat cushion portion slides, the connecting portion can slide with the first backrest portion relative to the vehicle body so as to enable the first backrest portion to rotate relative to the first seat cushion portion.
Based on the above-described design concept, an exemplary structure of the vehicle rear seat of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 1 and, mainly, includes a middle seat 3 and a side seat 2 provided on a slide rail 1.
Generally, the rear seats of the vehicle are all configured in a 4/2/4 layout, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is illustrated by using a conventional 4/2/4 layout. The vehicle rear seat of the present invention includes a middle seat 3 located in the middle, and two side seats 2 located on both sides of the middle seat 3.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, the frame of the rear seat of the vehicle is mounted on the vehicle body, where the vehicle body provides a mounting base including a vehicle body floor and rear side sheet metal. Wherein the slide rails 1 are arranged on the vehicle body floor along the length direction of the vehicle, preferably two sets of slide rails 1 are symmetrically arranged left and right for each side seat 2 to improve the support stability of the seat.
Since the stopper mechanism 6 has a connection portion that forms a sliding contact between the first back portion 21 and the rear sheet metal, the connection portion can slide with the first back portion 21 with respect to the vehicle body while forming a rotation restriction for the first back portion 21. Therefore, when the first seat cushion portion 20 slides back and forth, the position of the first back portion 21 can be changed, and the change of the inclination angle is also simultaneously achieved while the position of the first back portion 21 is changed due to the restriction of the first back portion 21 by the stopper mechanism 6. The above-described design realizes the linkage of the first cushion portion 20 and the first backrest portion 21 with a relatively simple and efficient structure, and also realizes the adjustment of the inclination angle of the side seat 2 while changing the front-rear position of the side seat 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the stopper mechanism 6 may preferably be configured to be operable to release the restriction of the first back portion 21 by operating the stopper mechanism 6, so that the first back portion 21 can be turned upside down with respect to the first seat cushion portion 20 due to the release of the restriction. Specifically, the stopper mechanism 6 includes a back lock 60 provided on the first back portion 21, and a lock lever 61 provided on the vehicle body; a slide rail 611 is provided on the vehicle body, and the lock lever 61 is locked in the lock hole 600 of the back lock 60 and also slidably inserted into the slide rail 611. The above-mentioned connection portion is constituted by the lock lever 61. In order to prevent noise generated by collision between the lock lever 61 and the locking notch 600, a rubber pad 601 made of rubber or the like may be provided in the locking notch 600.
The stopper mechanism 6 is configured in such a manner that it can be operated to release the restriction of the backrest portion 5, and the first backrest portion 21 can be completely released, and the first backrest portion 21 can be laid down on the first seat cushion portion 20 to increase the space of the trunk of the vehicle; by using the backrest lock 60 and the slidably displaceable lock lever 61, not only can the hinged connection between the vehicle body and the first backrest portion 21 be achieved, allowing for synchronous changes in the position and inclination of the first backrest portion 21, but also the unlocking of the backrest lock 60 can be facilitated to completely release the first backrest portion 21.
Wherein, the locking frame 610 is arranged on the vehicle body; the slideway 611 is arranged on the locking frame 610; preferably the slide 611 is arranged in an obliquely downward direction. By attaching the lock bracket 610 to the vehicle body, the arrangement of the slide rail 611 and the installation and arrangement of the lock lever 61 are facilitated. The slide rail 611 is arranged in a downward inclined direction, for example, the slide rail 611 is arranged in a direction inclined from the rear upper direction of the vehicle to the front lower direction of the vehicle, and the linkage effect of the first seat cushion portion 20 and the first backrest portion 21 can be improved as required by the first seat cushion portion 20 to drive the first backrest portion 21 to synchronously perform the position and backrest inclination change.
As shown in fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3, a lock bracket 603 is fixedly attached to the frame of the first backrest portion 21, and the backrest lock 60 is attached to the lock bracket 603 by a fastener. The fasteners here may be M6 bolts. During use, the back lock 60 may be unlocked by pulling the unlocking pull strap 602 of the back lock 60 to release the restriction of the lock lever 61. When the lock lever 61 is restrained in the locking notch 600, the lock lever 61 can slide in the slide rail 611 in synchronization with the sliding of the first cushion portion 20, thereby changing the inclination angle of the first back portion 21. Thus, the backrest inclination angle becomes larger when the seat moves forward; conversely, when the seat is moved rearward, the reclining angle of the backrest becomes smaller.
Based on the above-described structural arrangement, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to achieve the forward-backward sliding of the first cushion portion 20 and the locking when reaching the desired position, the slide rail 1 of the present embodiment includes the lower rail 10 fixedly mounted on the vehicle body, and the upper rail 11 slidably provided in the lower rail 10, and the above-described first cushion portion 20 is fixedly attached to the upper rail 11. To keep the passenger's footstep clean, a fixed foot margin 12 may be additionally installed at the front of the slide rail 1.
The locking mechanism is available in various forms and can be realized by adopting the existing locking structure. In the present embodiment, the lock mechanism includes a lock portion provided between the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11, and an operation portion provided on the first cushion portion 20. The locking part can form locking between the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11 in a natural state, and the operation part can drive the locking part to act when being operated so as to release the locking of the locking part. The sliding effect of the sliding rail 1 can be improved by adopting the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11 which are sleeved outside and inside; the locking mechanism is arranged between the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11, so that the advantage of mature technology is achieved, and the existing slide rail products suitable for purchasing are facilitated.
Specifically, the locking portion includes a locking bracket 41 slidably provided in the upper rail 11, locking teeth 400 provided on the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11, respectively, and an elastic member provided between the upper rail 11 and the locking bracket 41. The operation portion includes an operation lever 42 rotatably provided on the first cushion portion 20; the elastic member is used for driving the locking bracket 41 to form locking fit with the locking teeth 400 on the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 10; the operating lever 42 is used to actuate the locking bracket 41 to release the lock with the lock teeth 400 on the lower rail 10. Wherein, a driving plate 401 is fixedly connected to the tail end of the operating rod 42, and the driving plate 401 is rotatably mounted on the lower rail 10 through a shaft pin 402. The elastic member includes a first elastic member 403 sleeved on the shaft pin 402, and a second elastic member 404 on the locking bracket 41, where the first elastic member 403 is used for resetting the driving plate 401. The upper rail 11 is provided with a locking bracket 41, and a second elastic member 404 on the locking bracket 41 is used for keeping the locking bracket 41 in a locking state, so that the locking bracket 41 can be clamped in the locking teeth 400 on the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 10 to realize locking between the lower rail 10 and the upper rail 11. When the operation lever 42 is operated, the lock bracket 41 is driven by the drive plate 401 to leave the lock position.
In the locking mechanism, the locking part adopts the form of matching the locking bracket 41 with the locking teeth 400, and is assisted by the arrangement of the elastic piece, and the driving plate 401 is driven by the pulling and lifting operating rod 42 to press the locking bracket 41 for action, so that the first seat cushion part 20 can be conveniently unlocked, and the locking state can be recovered when the operating rod 42 is released; the device is simple and efficient, and convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6 and 7, the second cushion portion 30 is provided with a storage space 33 therein, and the second cushion portion 30 has an opening and closing portion for opening and closing the storage space 33. Specifically, the second seat cushion portion 30 includes a fixed seat basin 331 and a movable seat basin 332 rotatably disposed on top of the fixed seat basin 331, and the storage space 33 is formed in the fixed seat basin 331, and the opening and closing portion is formed by the movable seat basin 332.
The opening and closing part capable of being turned up is arranged on the second seat cushion part 30, and the storage space 33 is arranged in the second seat cushion part 30, so that the hidden storage space can be increased in the rear seat, the neatness in the vehicle can not be influenced, and the performance of the rear seat is further improved. The second seat cushion portion 30 is designed into a fixed seat basin portion 331 and a movable seat basin portion 332, the movable seat basin portion 332 is used as an opening and closing portion convenient for operation and overturning, and the technical purpose of storing operation is well achieved while good riding performance of the second seat cushion portion 30 is guaranteed, so that the structure and implementation are convenient.
