Claims (9)
1. A multi-station drill bit machining center comprises a circular machine table and is characterized in that a working head mechanism is arranged in the middle of the machine table, and a feeding and discharging mechanism, a coarse and fine grinding mechanism, a groove grinding mechanism, a point grinding mechanism and a back grinding mechanism are sequentially arranged on the machine table along the circumferential direction; the coarse and fine grinding mechanism comprises a large sliding table and a large sliding table driving motor which are arranged on the machine table; the large sliding table is oppositely provided with a left sliding table and a right sliding table, the left sliding table is provided with a left sliding table driving motor, and the right sliding table is provided with a right sliding table driving motor; a left sliding table rotating plate is arranged on the left sliding table, a coarse grinding motor is arranged on the left sliding table rotating plate, and a coarse grinding wheel is arranged on the coarse grinding motor; a right sliding table moving plate is arranged on the right sliding table, a fine grinding motor is arranged on the right sliding table moving plate, and a fine grinding wheel is arranged on the fine grinding motor; the moving directions of the left sliding table and the right sliding table are parallel, and the moving directions of the left sliding table and the big sliding table are vertically staggered.

The multi-station drill machining center according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the accurate grinding motor is vertically staggered with the axis of the left sliding table driving motor, the axis of the rough grinding motor is not parallel to the axis of the accurate grinding motor, the output end of the rough grinding motor faces the accurate grinding motor, and the rough grinding wheel and the accurate grinding wheel are not interfered with each other.

The multi-station drill machining center according to claim 1, wherein the coarse and fine grinding mechanism further comprises an auxiliary positioning device, the auxiliary positioning device comprises a mounting seat, a positioning plate and a pinch roller bracket are arranged on the mounting seat, and a V-shaped groove is formed in the positioning plate; a lever is arranged on the pressing wheel support, a pressing wheel is arranged at one end of the lever, and a pressing wheel cylinder is arranged at the other end of the lever.
