The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the wire drawing machine is used, firstly, a coil needing wire drawing is sleeved on the winding post 205 at the top end of the wire releasing device 202, then the tail end of the coil is arranged according to the trend of each metal wire 104 and is wound on the winding post 205 at the top end of the wire winder 201, then the motor 208 is started to enable the output end of the motor to drive the gear 207 to rotate, the gear 207 drives the toothed chain 204 to rotate through the transmission shaft 206, the toothed chain 204 respectively drives the wire winder 201 and the wire releasing device 202 to rotate through the toothed chain groove 203, and the wire winder 201 continuously draws the metal wire 104 and winds the metal wire on the outer wall of the winding post 205;
when the winder 201 winds a wire, when the metal wire 104 is too tight, in order to avoid the metal wire 104 from being broken, the cooling wheel 402 is influenced by the tension of the metal wire 104 from the direction of the winding wheel to drive the first telescopic rod 308 to extend out of the reversing cylinder 305, when the first telescopic rod 308 extends out, the hydraulic oil in the second cavity 307 is taken out, the taken hydraulic oil enters the first cavity 304, when the hydraulic oil in the first cavity 304 is increased, the regulating disc 306 is driven to move towards the direction of the communicating pipe 303, along with the movement of the regulating disc 306, the hydraulic oil at the bottom end of the regulating disc 306 in the first cavity 304 enters the second regulating cylinder 302 through the communicating pipe 303, when the pressure oil in the second regulating cylinder 302 is increased, the second telescopic rod 309 pushes the second telescopic rod 310 to retract into the second regulating cylinder 302 through the liquid level disc 309, so that the first telescopic rod 308 extends out, the two groups of telescopic rods retract, and the moving distance of the metal wire 104 arranged on the outer wall of the telescopic rod is shortened through a one-extension-one-retraction mode, when the metal wire 104 is too loose, in order to prevent the metal wire 104 from falling off the pulley, the first expansion link 308 and the two sets of second expansion links 310 are reversely expanded and contracted in the above manner, and the moving distance of the metal wire 104 arranged on the outer wall thereof is also increased in a stretching and contracting manner, so that the self-adjusting function of the tension of the metal wire 104 is realized by this measure;
the metal wire 104 drives the cooling wheel 402 to rotate in the moving process, the cooling wheel 402 drives the rotating drum 405 to rotate when rotating, because the inner wall of the rotating drum 405 is provided with reciprocating screw threads, the outer wall of the lifting pipe 408 is provided with a corresponding slide block, and because a limit measure is arranged between the inner wall of the water tank 406 and the water supply disc 407, the water supply disc 407 can be driven to reciprocate up and down in the water tank 406 when the rotating drum 405 rotates, when the water supply disc 407 moves downwards, the one-way valve 409 is in an open state, cooling water enters the top end of the water supply disc 407 from the bottom end of the water supply disc 407 through the one-way valve, when the water supply disc 407 moves upwards, the water supply disc 407 drives the cooling water at the top end of the water supply disc to move upwards, when the cooling water contacts and extrudes with the top end of the inner wall of the water tank 406, the cooling water is extruded into the lifting pipe 408 through a slot at the joint of the lifting pipe 408 and the water supply disc 407, the cooling water in the lifting pipe 408 enters the disc groove 403 under the pressure, the cooling water entering the tray groove 403 enters the water tank 406 through the cooling holes 404 which are uniformly distributed, and sprays and cools the metal wire 104 in the process of flowing into the water tank 406, after the cooling water in the water tank 406 reaches a certain liquid level, the cooling water flows into the water tank 406 again through the circulating pipe 410 and gathers below the water supply tray 407 to perform next round of circulation, and the cooling water is made to dissipate heat through flowing in the circulating mode, so that the reduction of the cooling effect of the metal wire 104 caused by the fact that the temperature of the cooling water is raised too fast is avoided.

Wire drawing machine is used in metal material processing with tension adjustment mechanism, including wire drawing machine body (1) and adjustment mechanism (3), its characterized in that: the top end of the wire drawing machine body (1) is provided with an adjusting mechanism (3), the adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a first adjusting cylinder (301), two sides of the first adjusting cylinder (301) are provided with a second adjusting cylinder (302), a communicating pipe (303) is connected between the first adjusting cylinder (301) and the two second adjusting cylinders (302), a first cavity (304) is arranged inside the first adjusting cylinder (301), a reversing cylinder (305) is arranged in the first cavity (304), an adjusting disc (306) matched with the inner wall of the first adjusting cylinder (301) is arranged on the outer wall of the reversing cylinder (305), a second cavity (307) is formed in the reversing barrel (305), a first telescopic rod (308) is arranged in the second cavity (307), liquid level discs (309) are arranged in the two groups of second adjusting barrels (302), and the top ends of the liquid level discs (309) are connected with second telescopic rods (310);
the wire drawing machine body (1) comprises a wire drawing table (101), the bottom end of the wire drawing table (101) is connected with a plurality of sets of table supports (102), a plurality of sets of pulleys (103) are mounted at the top end of the wire drawing table (101), and metal wires (104) are arranged among the plurality of sets of pulleys (103);
top one side of wire drawing platform (101) is provided with winding mechanism (2), winding mechanism (2) is including winder (201), and the one end of winder (201) is provided with thread releasing device (202), chain tooth groove (203) have all been seted up to the inside of winder (201) and thread releasing device (202), and are connected with toothed chain (204) between two sets of chain tooth groove (203), the top of winder (201) and thread releasing device (202) all is connected with multiunit wrapping post (205), one side of chain tooth (204) is provided with transmission shaft (206) with it meshing, and one side of transmission shaft (206) is connected with gear (207), the top of gear (207) is connected with motor (208).

The wire drawing machine for processing a metallic material having a tension adjusting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: a water circulation mechanism (4) is arranged at one side of the top end of the wire drawing table (101) which is positioned on the adjusting mechanism (3), the water circulation mechanism (4) comprises a cooling pool (401), a cooling wheel (402) connected with a first expansion link (308) is arranged in the cooling pool (401), and the top end of the cooling wheel (402) is provided with a disc groove (403), the inside of the disc groove (403) is provided with a plurality of groups of cooling holes (404), the bottom end of the cooling hole (404) is connected with a rotary drum (405) penetrating through the inner wall of the cooling hole, the bottom end of the rotating drum (405) is connected with a water tank (406), a water supply disc (407) is arranged inside the water tank (406), and the top end of the water supply tray (407) is connected with a lifting pipe (408), the top end of the water supply tray (407) is provided with a plurality of groups of one-way valves (409) around the lifting pipe (408), the outer wall of the water tank (406) is provided with a circulating pipe (410) connected with the cooling pool (401).
