Abstract
The invention discloses a stacked material detection system of a chain type sorting machine, and relates to the technical field of sorting machine devices. The invention comprises a rack and a separator conveying mechanism arranged on the rack and used for material movement; the separator conveying mechanism comprises a chain and a waist-shaped material carrier roller arranged on one side of the chain; and a distance sensor for detecting the distance between materials placed on the waist-shaped material carrier roller is arranged on the rack right above the conveying mechanism of the sorting machine. According to the invention, whether the material objects are stacked together is detected by the distance sensor, so that a sorting leak caused by stacking of the materials is avoided, and when the materials are stacked together, the stacked materials are judged to belong to unqualified products, so that the unqualified products are prevented from being doped in the screened qualified products.
