The inner side surface of the fixing ring 32 is provided with a step 39 and an annular groove 41, the rotating ring 33 is supported on the step 39 through the roller 40, the outer circumferential side surface of the rotating ring 33 is provided with a limiting ring 42, the limiting ring 42 is matched with the annular groove 41, the step 39 can play a role of supporting the rotating ring 33, the roller 40 reduces the friction force when the rotating ring 33 rotates, the noise is reduced, and the limiting ring 42 and the annular groove 41 improve the stability and the reliability of connection between the rotating ring 33 and the fixing ring 32.
The glue coating mechanism 38 is connected with the second rotating mechanism 9 through a fixing rod 37, the glue coating mechanism 38 comprises a second horizontal plate 43, a fifth motor 46, a fifth baffle 45, a third horizontal plate 48 and a glue coating gun 50, a second guide groove 44 is formed in the second horizontal plate 43, the fifth motor 46 and the fifth baffle 45 are both fixed on the bottom surface of the second horizontal plate 43, the fifth motor 46 is connected with the fifth baffle 45 through a fifth screw, the third horizontal plate 48 is connected with a fifth screw through a second sliding block 47, the second sliding block 47 is limited in the second guide groove 44, a supporting rod 49 is arranged on the third horizontal plate 48, the glue coating gun 50 is fixed on the supporting rod 49, the second horizontal plate 43 improves the stability of connection between the glue coating mechanism 38 and the fixing rod 37, the fifth screw is driven to rotate through the fifth motor 46, and then the second sliding block 47 can be driven to horizontally move, so that the third horizontal plate 48 horizontally moves along the second guide groove 44, and the distance between the glue coating gun 50 and the rolling groove on the connecting pipeline is adjusted.

a. Firstly, selecting materials required by a connecting pipeline, and automatically pressing and cutting the materials to form a pipe fitting with a required length;
b. then simultaneously chamfering and deburring the inner circle and the outer circle of the pipe fitting;
2) Channeling and cleaning
a. Clamping the pipe fitting, driving the pipe fitting to rotate by using a rotating concave pressure wheel, enabling a convex pressure wheel to be close to the pipe fitting under the action of an oil cylinder, and pressurizing to form a required groove on the pipe fitting;
b. then, performing slot rolling treatment on the other end of the pipe fitting by adopting the step a;
c. then taking down the processed pipe fitting, cleaning and drying;
3) Bent pipe
Bending the pipe fitting by using a bending machine to form a required connecting pipeline;
4) Glue spreading
a. Firstly, placing a bent connecting pipeline on a box body of a gluing device, wherein the top of the box body is provided with at least one first guide groove, an auxiliary clamping structure is arranged on the first guide groove, the auxiliary clamping mechanism is connected on a first screw rod, two ends of the first screw rod are respectively connected with a first motor and a first baffle, and the first screw rod is driven to rotate by the first motor according to the shape of the connecting pipeline, so that the auxiliary clamping mechanism is moved to a required position, and the connecting pipeline is horizontally clamped on the auxiliary clamping mechanism;
b. then clamping the position of the connecting pipeline needing gluing on the first rotating mechanism, rotating the first rotating mechanism according to the shape of the connecting pipeline, and clamping the connecting pipeline;
c. starting a lifting mechanism, driving a second rotating mechanism and a gluing mechanism to move downwards through the lifting mechanism until the gluing mechanism is close to a gluing position of a connecting pipeline, then starting a glue conveying mechanism, conveying a gluing material to the gluing mechanism, uniformly gluing the inside of a rolling groove through the gluing mechanism, driving the gluing mechanism to rotate along a horizontal plane through the second rotating mechanism in the gluing process, and uniformly gluing the rolling groove;
d. finally, opening the first rotating mechanism and the auxiliary clamping mechanism, taking out the glued connecting pipeline, and buckling the rolling groove;
5) Assembly
a. Installing an O-shaped ring, a valve core and a valve cap on the processed connecting pipeline, and checking the air tightness of the connecting pipeline;
b. and packaging after the detection is qualified.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary clamping mechanism comprises a first horizontal plate, a lower clamping plate and an upper clamping plate, the first horizontal plate is limited on a first guide groove through a first sliding block, a threaded hole is formed in the first sliding block and is matched with the first screw rod, the lower clamping plate is fixed on the first horizontal plate, the upper clamping plate is connected above the lower clamping plate through a boosting assembly, and first limiting grooves which are matched with each other are formed in the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the boosting assembly comprises a second cylinder, lug plates and a second piston rod, the second cylinder is fixed on two sides of the lower clamping plate, the lug plates are fixed on two sides of the upper clamping plate, and the second cylinder is connected with the lug plates through the second piston rod.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: first rotation mechanism includes carousel, second motor and clamping subassembly, the carousel is spacing in the shrinkage pool of box, the second motor is fixed in the box, the second motor is connected through the second pivot the carousel, the clamping subassembly is located on the top surface of carousel.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the clamping assembly comprises two clamping plates, a guide rail, a third motor, a third screw and a third baffle, the two clamping plates are symmetrically arranged, the guide rail is arranged on the turntable in parallel, the clamping plates are movably connected onto the guide rail, the third motor and the third baffle are fixed onto the turntable, the third motor is connected with the third baffle through the third screw, the two clamping plates are connected onto the third screw, two thread sections with opposite rotating directions are arranged on the third screw, and a second limit groove is formed in the clamping plates.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism comprises a stand column, a lifting frame, a first air cylinder and a first piston rod, the stand column is fixed on the top surface of the box body, the lifting frame is movably connected on the stand column, the first air cylinder is fixed on the box body, and the first air cylinder is connected with the lifting frame through the first piston rod.

The method for manufacturing a connection pipe for an air conditioning system of a vehicle as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the second slewing mechanism includes solid fixed ring, swivel becket, outer ring gear and fourth motor, gu fixed ring passes through fixed strip fixed mounting in the inboard of crane, the fourth motor is fixed in on the outer circumference side of solid fixed ring, the gear is connected to the fourth motor, outer ring gear is fixed in on the top surface of swivel becket, outer ring gear with gear intermeshing.
