According to the invention, peach aldehyde, coconut aldehyde, tuberose acid methyl ester and jasmine lactone are used to highlight the fruit fragrance of tuberose, methyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, tuberose absolute, jasmine absolute, ylang-ylang oil and orange flower oil are used to increase the fragrance of the essence, and the essence has the sour and sweet fragrance of fruits, is abundant in hierarchy, prolongs the fragrance time of the essence, and can make the fragrance of the essence lasting and fresh.
3. According to the invention, through the batch feeding method, raw materials with different properties can enter the shell in batches, so that the change of the properties of the raw materials caused by overlong mixing time of part of the raw materials is effectively reduced, and the preparation effect of the fresh flower and fruit flavor essence in the later period is ensured.
4. According to the invention, by using the heater, the raw materials can be heated when the heater is needed, and the raw materials can be fully mixed at a proper temperature, so that the mixing effect of the raw materials is improved.

s1: preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 2 parts of ethyl butyrate, 2 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5 part of 2-methyl ethyl butyrate, 0.6 part of ethyl isovalerate, 0.5 part of benzyl acetate, 0.6 part of methyl-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 0.4 part of cis-jasmone, 0.5 part of methyl anthranilate, 0.3 part of geraniol, 0.2 part of linalool, 0.3 part of high-cis methyl dihydrojasmonate, 1.2 parts of tuberose absolute oil, 1.2 parts of jasmine absolute oil, 0.9 part of ylang oil, 0.9 part of orange flower oil, 55 parts of water, 30 parts of a blending agent, 9 parts of a fragrance fixative and 18 parts of a modifier;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely putting prepared ethyl butyrate, butyl acetate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl isovalerate, benzyl acetate, methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, cis-jasmone, methyl anthranilate, geraniol, linalool, high cis-methyl dihydrojasmonate, tuberose absolute oil, jasmine absolute oil, ylang-ylang oil, orange flower oil and water into stirring equipment for stirring and mixing;
s3: heating and mixing, namely adding the blending agent, the fixative and the thickening agent into stirring equipment according to the formula, then stirring and mixing again, heating the raw materials during mixing, and controlling the heating temperature to be 65 ℃;
s4: solid-liquid separation, namely standing the mixed solution for 8 minutes, and separating out precipitated residues;
s5: distilling and extracting, namely putting the separated solution into a distillation flask for high-temperature distillation, wherein the temperature during distillation is controlled at 115 ℃, the pressure is normal pressure, and the time is controlled at 3.5 hours, so as to obtain the primary flower and fruit flavor essence;
s6: curing, namely standing the prepared essence for 2 days to cure to obtain the flower and fruit flavor essence;
s7: purifying, namely performing 3 times of circulating filtration on the cured flower and fruit flavor essence to obtain natural fresh flower and fruit flavor essence, preferably performing full filtration in the purification process to prevent impurities from influencing the purity of purification,
in the invention, the blending agent in S1 is preferably 5 parts of tuberose acid methyl ester, 5 parts of jasmine lactone, 7 parts of indole, 7 parts of anthranilic acid methyl ester, the fragrance fixing agent is preferably 1.2 parts of benzoic acid methyl ester, 1.3 parts of salicylic acid benzyl ester, the modifier is peach aldehyde 0.4 part, coconut aldehyde 0.4 part and geraniol 0.1 part, the fruit fragrance of tuberose is highlighted by using peach aldehyde, coconut aldehyde, tuberose acid methyl ester and jasmine lactone, the methyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, tuberose absolute oil, jasmine absolute oil, ylang oil and orange flower oil are used to increase the fragrance of the essence, the fragrance of the fruit is sour and sweet, the hierarchy is rich, the time of the fragrance is prolonged, the fragrance of the essence can be kept lasting and fresh, in S2, a mixing device is started, low-speed stirring mixing is firstly carried out, raw material ingredients are fed in batches according to the properties of the fruit, the raw materials with different properties can be fed into the shell in batches by the batch feeding method design, effectively reduced the change of the raw materials nature that partial raw materials leads to because of the mix time overlength, the preparation effect of the fresh flower fruit flavor essence in later stage has been ensured, feed time is no longer than 6 minutes, batch feed interval time is 1.2 minutes, batch feed interval time overlength can cause the rise of temperature, mix the production influence to the raw materials, after the feeding is accomplished, need carry out high-speed mixing 7 minutes, high-speed mixed purpose, can make the misce bene, include filter screen and filter stand when carrying out solid-liquid separation in S4, carry out abundant filtration to mixed solution via the filter screen, prevent impurity influence the distillation of flower fruit flavor essence, the purity of flower fruit flavor essence has been guaranteed, the filter screen is preferably 1000 meshes.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when in use, the motor 2 is started to mix the raw materials at a low speed, then the raw materials are put into the shell 1 in batches through the feeding cylinder 19, after all the raw materials are put into the mixer, high-speed mixing is started to enable the raw materials to be mixed more uniformly, the heater 12 is started to heat and mix the raw materials at the same time, after the mixing is finished, the electric push rod 8 is started, the adjusting plate 7 is pulled by the contraction of the electric push rod 8, because both ends of the electric push rod 8 are in a movable mode, the adjusting plate 7 is opened downwards, so that the raw material in the shell 1 is discharged through the feed opening 11, and the inclined plate 14 guides the raw material, so that the raw material is intensively dropped on the filter screen 10, the mixed raw material is filtered by the filter screen 10, falls to the bottom of the housing 1 and is discharged through the discharge pipe 15, and is filtered by the filter mantle 16.

s1: preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 2.5 parts of ethyl butyrate, 2.8 parts of butyl acetate, 0.6 part of 2-methyl ethyl butyrate, 0.8 part of ethyl isovalerate, 0.8 part of benzyl acetate, 0.7 part of methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 0.6 part of cis-jasmone, 0.7 part of methyl anthranilate, 0.5 part of geraniol, 0.4 part of linalool, 0.5 part of high-cis methyl dihydrojasmonate, 1.3 parts of tuberose absolute oil, 1.3 parts of jasmine absolute oil, 1.2 parts of ylang oil, 1.3 parts of orange flower oil, 60 parts of water, 35 parts of a blending agent, 13 parts of a fixing agent and 20 parts of a modifier;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely putting prepared ethyl butyrate, butyl acetate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl isovalerate, benzyl acetate, methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, cis-jasmone, methyl anthranilate, geraniol, linalool, high cis-methyl dihydrojasmonate, tuberose absolute oil, jasmine absolute oil, ylang-ylang oil, orange flower oil and water into stirring equipment for stirring and mixing;
s3: heating and mixing, namely adding the blending agent, the fixative and the thickening agent into stirring equipment according to the formula, then stirring and mixing again, heating the raw materials during mixing, and controlling the heating temperature to be 75 ℃;

s5: distilling and extracting, namely putting the separated solution into a distillation flask for high-temperature distillation, wherein the temperature during distillation is controlled at 120 ℃, the pressure is normal pressure, and the time is controlled at 4 hours, so as to obtain the primary flower and fruit flavor essence;
s6: curing, namely standing the prepared essence for 3 days to cure to obtain the flower and fruit flavor essence;
s7: purifying, namely performing 5 times of circulating filtration on the cured flower and fruit flavor essence to obtain natural fresh flower and fruit flavor essence, preferably performing full filtration in the purification process to prevent impurities from influencing the purity of purification,
in the invention, the blending agent in S1 is preferably 7 parts of tuberose acid methyl ester, 7 parts of jasmonate, 9 parts of indole, 8 parts of anthranilate methyl ester, the fragrance fixing agent is preferably 1.5 parts of methyl benzoate, 1.5 parts of benzyl salicylate, the modifier is peach aldehyde 0.6 part, coconut aldehyde 0.7 part and geraniol 0.3 part, in S2, a mixing device is started, low-speed stirring and mixing are firstly carried out, raw material ingredients need to be fed in batches according to the properties of the raw material ingredients, the feeding time does not exceed 8 minutes, the feeding interval time in batches is 1.5 minutes, the temperature is increased due to overlong feeding interval time in batches, the raw material mixing is influenced, after the feeding is finished, high-speed mixing is required for 10 minutes, the purpose of high-speed mixing is realized, the mixing is uniform, a filter screen and a filter rack are included in S4 during solid-liquid separation, the mixed solution is fully filtered through the filter screen, and the distillation of floral and fruity flavor is prevented from being influenced by impurities, the purity of the flower and fruit flavor essence is ensured, and the filter screen is preferably 1000 meshes.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when in use, the motor 2 is started to mix the raw materials at a low speed, then the raw materials are put into the shell 1 in batches through the feeding cylinder 19, after all the raw materials are put into the mixer, high-speed mixing is started to enable the raw materials to be mixed more uniformly, the heater 12 is started to heat and mix the raw materials at the same time, after the mixing is finished, the electric push rod 8 is started, the adjusting plate 7 is pulled by the contraction of the electric push rod 8, because both ends of the electric push rod 8 are in a movable mode, the adjusting plate 7 is opened downwards, so that the raw material in the shell 1 is discharged through the feed opening 11, and the inclined plate 14 guides the raw material, so that the raw material is intensively dropped on the filter screen 10, the mixed raw material is filtered by the filter screen 10, falls to the bottom of the housing 1 and is discharged through the discharge pipe 15, and is filtered by the filter mantle 16.

s1: preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise 1.5-3 parts of ethyl butyrate, 1.5-3 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5-0.7 part of 2-methyl ethyl butyrate, 0.2-0.8 part of ethyl isovalerate, 0.4-0.8 part of benzyl acetate, 0.4-0.8 part of methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 0.2-0.6 part of cis-jasmone, 0.3-0.7 part of methyl anthranilate, 0.1-0.6 part of geraniol, 0.2-0.5 part of linalool, 0.2-0.5 part of high cis-dihydrojasmonate, 0.9-1.3 parts of tuberose absolute oil, 0.9-1.3 part of jasmine absolute oil, 0.9-1.3 part of ylang oil, 0.9-1.3 part of orange flower oil, 50-60 parts of water, 25-35 parts of a blending agent, 7-15 parts of a fragrance fixative and 12-22 parts of a modifier;
s2: stirring and mixing, namely putting prepared ethyl butyrate, butyl acetate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl isovalerate, benzyl acetate, methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, cis-jasmone, methyl anthranilate, geraniol, linalool, high cis-methyl dihydrojasmonate, tuberose absolute oil, jasmine absolute oil, ylang-ylang oil, orange flower oil and water into stirring equipment for stirring and mixing;
s3: heating and mixing, namely adding the blending agent, the fixative and the thickening agent into stirring equipment according to the formula, then stirring and mixing again, heating the raw materials during mixing, and controlling the heating temperature to be between 60 and 80 ℃;
s4: solid-liquid separation, namely standing the mixed solution for 5-10 minutes, and separating out precipitated residues;
s5: distilling and extracting, namely putting the separated solution into a distillation flask for high-temperature distillation, controlling the temperature at 100-120 ℃, the pressure at normal pressure and the time at 3-4 hours during distillation to obtain the primary flower and fruit flavor essence;
s6: curing, namely standing the prepared essence for 2-3 days to cure to obtain the flower and fruit flavor essence;
s7: purifying, and circularly filtering the cured flower and fruit flavor essence for 2-5 times to obtain the natural refreshing flower and fruit flavor essence.

The method for preparing natural refreshing flower and fruit flavored essence according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the blending agent in the S1 is preferably 3-7 parts of tuberose acid methyl ester, 3-7 parts of jasmonate, 2-10 parts of indole, 2-10 parts of methyl anthranilate, the fixing agent is preferably 0.6-2 parts of methyl benzoate, 0.1-2 parts of benzyl salicylate, the modifier is 0.4-0.6 part of peach aldehyde, 0.4-0.7 part of coconut aldehyde and 0.1-0.3 part of geraniol.

The method for preparing natural refreshing flower and fruit flavored essence according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step S2, the material mixing device is started, low-speed stirring and mixing are firstly carried out, raw material ingredients need to be fed in batches according to the properties of the raw material ingredients, the feeding time does not exceed 5-8 minutes, the batch feeding interval time is 0.7-1.5 minutes, and high-speed mixing needs to be carried out for 5-10 minutes after the feeding is finished.
