Abstract
The invention discloses a flat-nourishing blue peacock compound feed added with Chinese herbal medicines and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound feed comprises 0.5% or 1% of basic feed by mass and additives, and the additives comprise 9-12 parts by mass of garlic, 9-10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7-10 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 7-8 parts by mass of radix astragali, 6-8 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 6-8 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6-7 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 9-11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8-9 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 8-10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 8-9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8-10 parts by mass of liquorice. The invention solves the problems that the blue peacocks are easy to be infected with diseases in the flat-breeding period and influence the health, growth and development of the blue peacocks.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blue peacock breeding, and particularly relates to a compound feed added with Chinese herbal medicines for flat-breeding blue peacocks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The blue peacock is a special poultry with higher economic value, and the flat culture period lasts longer, generally from 2 months old to the whole process of the breeding period. The breeding mode in the flat breeding period also ranges from closed management in the brooding period to open or semi-open ground flat breeding. The ground flat culture has the advantages of small stress, contribution to the movement of blue peacocks, less investment, convenience in management and the like, but also has the defects of susceptibility to various diseases such as histomoniasis, coccidiosis and the like and influence on the health and growth of the blue peacocks, particularly the blue peacocks in the adolescence. The huge change of the culture environment and measures brings a series of feeding management problems, and other production technologies or products are needed for matching.

Further, the basic feed comprises 50-60 parts by mass of corn, 20-25 parts by mass of soybean meal, 5-6.5 parts by mass of fish meal, 3-5 parts by mass of rice bran, 2-4 parts by mass of wheat bran and 2-3 parts by mass of soybean oil.
The invention provides a mixed feed for peacock blue peacocks added with Chinese herbal medicines, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a basic feed;
uniformly mixing and crushing 9-12 parts by mass of garlic, 9-10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7-10 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 7-8 parts by mass of astragalus membranaceus, 6-8 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 6-8 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6-7 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 9-11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8-9 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 8-10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 8-9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8-10 parts by mass of liquorice to obtain an additive;
adding the additive into the basic feed in an amount of 0.5% or 1% of the mass of the basic feed, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
and granulating the mixture to obtain the granular mixed feed for the peacock blue peacocks.
The compound feed for the peacock containing the Chinese herbal medicines has the beneficial effects of tonifying spleen, stimulating appetite, promoting growth, ensuring healthy development of the blue peacocks, enabling the feathers of the blue peacocks to be brighter and more brilliant, and particularly being capable of expelling parasites, resisting diseases, killing insects and resisting bacteria. The compound feed added with the Chinese herbal medicines for the horizontal culture of the blue peacocks is a compound feed added with the Chinese herbal medicines for the ecological culture of the blue peacocks, which has the advantages of simple production, low cost and convenient use, and meets the market demands of the ecological breeding, insect resistance, health care and production promotion of the blue peacocks.

In the present invention, the basal diet includes the nutrients contained in table 1 below.

The rangooncreeper fruit: sweet and warm, contains potassium quisqualis, fatty oil, saccharide, alkaloid, etc., and has effects of invigorating spleen, resolving food stagnation, expelling parasites, and killing parasite.
Agrimony: bitter, pungent and mild, contains agrimonine, lactone, tannin, sterol, saponin, phenols, organic acid, etc., has hemostatic and stomach invigorating effects, and has effects of promoting blood coagulation, resisting bacteria and inflammation, expelling tapeworm and killing trichomonad.

In a preferred embodiment, the additive comprises 12 parts by mass of garlic, 9 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7 parts by mass of cyrtomium rhizome, 8 parts by mass of astragalus, 6 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 7 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 10 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8 parts by mass of rangoon creeper fruit, 10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud, 9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8 parts by mass of liquorice.
In this example, the additive was 0.5% or 1% of the mass of the basal feed.
When the addition amount of the additive is 0.5 percent and the feed is used for feeding the peacock all year round, the compound feed of the peacock with the added Chinese herbal medicines has the effects of health care and growth promotion.
When the addition amount of the additive is 1% and the additive is used for intermittent feeding, the compound feed for the peacock containing the Chinese herbal medicines has the effects of insect prevention and bacteria resistance. The additive is prepared and uniformly mixed by 12 parts by mass of garlic, 9 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 8 parts by mass of astragalus mongholicus, 6 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 7 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 10 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8 parts by mass of liquorice, and the additive is obtained by powdering. The additive is prepared and uniformly mixed by 10 parts by mass of garlic, 10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 8 parts by mass of astragalus mongholicus, 7 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 6 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 8 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 9 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 8 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8 parts by mass of liquorice, and the additive is obtained by powdering. And then adding the additive into the basic feed in a proportion of 0.5 percent or 1 percent, granulating and feeding the peacock with the blue peacocks according to different requirements.

The additive is prepared and evenly mixed by 9 parts by mass of garlic, 10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 7 parts by mass of astragalus mongholicus, 7 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 8 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 9 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8 parts by mass of rangoon creeper fruit, 9 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 10 parts by mass of liquorice and is pulverized to obtain the additive. And then adding the additive into the basic feed in a proportion of 0.5 percent or 1 percent, granulating and feeding the peacock with the blue peacocks according to different requirements.
Example four

Comparative example 1
The difference between the first comparative example and the first example is that: the first comparative example only contains basic feed, and does not contain any Chinese herbal medicine additive.
After preparing the feeds of the first to fourth examples and the first comparative example, 180 blue peacocks with the age close to the laying period were selected, the male-female ratio was 1: 4, and the blue peacocks were randomly divided into 9 groups of 20 (4 male: 16 female) each.
Wherein group 1 is fed with the feed of comparative example one; the group 2 to the group 5 are fed with the compound feed of the peacock blue peacock added with Chinese herbal medicines, wherein the addition amount of the compound feed is 0.5 percent in the first to the fourth embodiments; the groups 6 to 9 are fed with the compound feed of the peacock blue peacock added with Chinese herbal medicines, wherein the addition amount of the compound feed is 1 percent in the first to fourth groups.
The groups 1 to 9 respectively go through the test period for 60 days, and the comparison research shows that the mental status of the blue peacock is better and the feathers are brighter than that of the control group (the group 1) in each of the test groups (the groups 2 to 9). Wherein the incidence of epidemic diseases and parasites in groups 6 to 9 is averagely reduced by 6.5 percent; the laying rate is improved by 5.0 percent, and the fertility rate, the hatching rate and the healthy chick rate are respectively improved by 2.3 percent, 3.5 percent and 4.4 percent. The feeding test effect of the compound feed for the peacock blue peacocks added with Chinese herbal medicines in the group 2 is the best, and the cost performance is the highest.

Claims (4)
1. The mixed feed is characterized by comprising 0.5% or 1% of basic feed by mass and additives, wherein the additives comprise 9-12 parts by mass of garlic, 9-10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7-10 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 7-8 parts by mass of radix astragali, 6-8 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 6-8 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6-7 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 9-11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8-9 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 8-10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 8-9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8-10 parts by mass of liquorice.
2. The compound feed for peacock and blue peacock added with Chinese herbal medicines according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising 12 parts by mass of garlic, 9 parts by mass of argy wormwood leaves, 7 parts by mass of cyrtomium rhizome, 8 parts by mass of astragalus, 6 parts by mass of plantain seeds, 7 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6 parts by mass of dichroa febrifuga, 10 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 9 parts by mass of sophora flavescens and 8 parts by mass of liquorice.
3. The compound feed for peacock and blue peacocks added with Chinese herbal medicines according to claim 1, wherein the basic feed comprises 50-60 parts by mass of corn, 20-25 parts by mass of soybean meal, 5-6.5 parts by mass of fish meal, 3-5 parts by mass of rice bran, 2-4 parts by mass of wheat bran, and 2-3 parts by mass of soybean oil.
4. The compound feed for peacock blue peacocks added with Chinese herbal medicines according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a basic feed;
uniformly mixing and crushing 9-12 parts by mass of garlic, 9-10 parts by mass of folium artemisiae argyi, 7-10 parts by mass of cyrtomium fortunei, 7-8 parts by mass of astragalus membranaceus, 6-8 parts by mass of semen plantaginis, 6-8 parts by mass of rhizoma alismatis, 6-7 parts by mass of antifebrile dichroa, 9-11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 8-9 parts by mass of rangooncreeper fruit, 8-10 parts by mass of hairyvein agrimony, 8-9 parts by mass of radix sophorae flavescentis and 8-10 parts by mass of liquorice to obtain an additive;
adding the additive into the basic feed in an amount of 0.5% or 1% of the mass of the basic feed, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
and granulating the mixture to obtain the granular mixed feed for the peacock blue peacocks.
