In the invention, the trace elements are prepared according to the parts by weight: glutathione peroxidase: taurine: lysine: carotene: organic selenium: vitamin B: vitamin E ═ 10: 15: 12: 18: 8: 14: 6, the synergistic interaction, certain disease resistance, unprecedented disease prevention, balanced nutrition and favorable absorption by human body, and the auxiliary materials are as follows: the auxiliary materials comprise 4 parts of edible salt, 5 parts of peppermint oil, 3 parts of edible essence, 1 part of starch pectin, 3 parts of malic acid and 2 parts of citric acid, the taste of the candy can be changed by using the malic acid and the citric acid, the candy has a certain appetizing effect, and the viscosity of the mixed raw materials can be improved by adding the starch pectin, so that the candy can be better molded.

s5: tabletting and forming, namely putting the prepared raw material mixture into a tabletting machine for tablet forming to obtain the tabletted candy, and packaging and refrigerating the formed candy after preparation in S5.

The fragrant and sweet fruity candy rich in trace elements is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-30 parts of whey protein powder, 10-18 parts of lactose, 15-30 parts of white granulated sugar, 2-25 parts of fruit powder, 2-9 parts of trace elements, 3-8 parts of condensed milk, 10-18 parts of cream, 10-18 parts of maltitol, 10-18 parts of xylitol, 30-80 parts of auxiliary fruits, 2-5 parts of liquorice, 1-4 parts of chrysanthemum and 3-7 parts of angelica.
2. The fragrant and sweet fruit-flavored candy rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein the trace elements are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: glutathione peroxidase: taurine: lysine: carotene: organic selenium: vitamin B: 10-20% of vitamin E: 15-30: 10-20: 15-25: 5-15: 10-20: 3-8.
3. The fragrant and sweet fruity candy rich in trace elements as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials are: one or more of apple, banana, lychee, strawberry, dragon fruit, yellow peach, cherry, nectarine and kiwi fruit.
4. The fragrant and sweet fruity candy rich in trace elements as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials further comprise 3-8 parts of edible salt, 3-6 parts of peppermint oil, 2-8 parts of edible essence, 1-2 parts of starch pectin, 2-4 parts of malic acid and 1-4 parts of citric acid.
5. A preparation process of a fragrant and sweet fruity candy rich in trace elements is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing auxiliary materials, cleaning fruits as the auxiliary materials, removing kernels after cleaning, then putting the fruits into a juicer to carry out juicing to obtain fruit juice, and carrying out cold storage for later use;
s2: preparing juice, putting liquorice, chrysanthemum and angelica into a frying pan, adding 2-12 times of deionized water, heating to boil, continuously decocting for 32-40 minutes, and removing residues to obtain juice;
s3: primarily mixing, namely mixing the fruit juice prepared in the step S1 with the juice prepared in the step S2, and then adding whey protein powder, lactose, white granulated sugar, fruit powder, trace elements, condensed milk, cream, maltitol and xylitol for full mixing;
s4: mixing again, namely putting the edible salt, the peppermint oil and the edible essence into a mixing tank, then adding deionized water for mixing, standing for 10-15 minutes after mixing, and then adding into S3 for mixing;
s5: tabletting and forming, namely putting the prepared raw material mixture into a tabletting machine for tablet forming to prepare the tabletting candy.
6. The process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the juice obtained in S2 is filtered through a 200-500 mesh sieve before use to obtain filtered juice for further use.
7. The process of claim 5, wherein the S4 is cooled for 10-50 minutes to 15-30 ℃ after mixing.
8. The process for preparing a fragrant and sweet fruity candy rich in trace elements as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step S5, the formed candy is packaged and refrigerated after being prepared.
