Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域。植物生长调节剂组合物以重量份数计为:6‑BA:35‑40份;天然芸苔素内酯:50‑55份;萘乙酸:10‑15份;柠檬酸钾:20‑25份。本发明用于种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物是稳定的水溶性的组合物,所采用的物质均是商品化的产品,制备工艺简单且易于操作,制备的成本低,经济效益好。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物。
背景技术
植物的生长发育进程通常受植物内源激素的调控,同时也经常受到各种不良环境条件的制约,往往导致生长速率和产量的下降,其中与人类生活最密切的是农艺性状的下降,而植物各组织和部位的代谢功能下调以及导致的抗氧化能力下降是其中的最主要诱因之一。已经证实,通过改善农业环境、选育抗/耐逆性强的作物品种以及开发转基因作物确实可以达到增产和增收的目的,但其往往成本较高,而且开发年限也较长,甚至还可能带来其它副效应,例如转基因作物的风险性评估以及潜在的安全性问题。
植物生长调节剂是人们在了解天然植物激素的结构和作用机制后,通过人工合成与植物激素具有类似生理和生物学效应的物质,在农业生产上使用,以有效调节作物的生育过程,达到稳产增产、改善品质、增强作物抗逆性等目的。
因此,提供一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物;
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,所述植物生长调节剂组合物以重量份数计为:
6-BA:35-40份;
天然芸苔素内酯:50-55份;
萘乙酸:10-15份;
柠檬酸钾:20-25份。
进一步的,所述植物生长调节剂组合物与水按1:2500重量比混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
进一步的,将种子洗净,用所述种子萌发预处理液浸种6小时,得预处理种子。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,含有6-BA、天然芸苔素内酯、萘乙酸、柠檬酸钾,能解除种子中天然抑制剂,如植物激素的脱落酸等,调节代谢,能诱导种子萌发酶的生成。本发明制备的植物生长调节剂可以有效打破种子休眠,调节营养物质分配,不同种类的活性成分按照一定比例进行复配,彼此之间产生协同作用,与单剂相比,使用效果大大提高。
本发明中采用的原料对动物和农作物的几乎没有毒性。此外,本发明用于种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物是稳定的水溶性的组合物,所采用的物质均是商品化的产品,制备工艺简单且易于操作,制备的成本低,经济效益好。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实验原料:本发明实验中所用原材料均来自于市售产品。
实施例1
一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物:
组方配比:6-BA:3.5g;天然芸苔素内酯:5g;萘乙酸:1g;柠檬酸钾:2g。
将植物生长调节剂组合物与28.75kg的水混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
实施例2
一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物:
组方配比:6-BA:4g;天然芸苔素内酯:5.5g;萘乙酸:1.5g;柠檬酸钾:2.5g。
将植物生长调节剂组合物与33.75kg的水混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
对比例1
一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物:
组方配比:6-BA:5g;天然芸苔素内酯:2g;萘乙酸:3.5g;柠檬酸钾:1g。
将植物生长调节剂组合物与28.75kg的水混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
对比例2
一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物:
组方配比:赤霉素:3.5g;吲哚丁酸:5g;多效唑:1g;KT-30:2g。
将植物生长调节剂组合物与28.75kg的水混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
种子萌发实验
种子来源:储存8个月的梭梭种子5kg,随机平均分为实施例1组、实施例2组,对比例1组,对比例2组、空白对照组。
实施例1组、实施例2组,对比例1组,对比例2组梭梭种子分别用对应的实施例1-2、对比例1-2制备的种子萌发预处理液浸种6小时,空白对照组组梭梭种子以清水浸种6小时;
甘肃地区4月播种育苗,每组设计三个微区,条播,行距20cm,沟深1.0cm,等同水肥管理。
播种一周后统计萌发率,结果见表1。

表1结果表明,相比于空白对照组,本发明的萌发率提高11.7-12.5%;相比于同成分不同比例的对比例1,本发明的萌发率提高6.6-7.4%;相比于同比例不同成分的对比例2,本发明的萌发率提高4.2-5%。
梭梭种子在储存半年以上后,其发芽率会随储存时间快速下降,可以看出,本发明制备的植物生长调节剂组合物能够大幅度提高梭梭种子的萌发率。

1.一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
6-BA:35-40份;
天然芸苔素内酯:50-55份;
萘乙酸:10-15份;
柠檬酸钾:20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
6-BA:35份;
天然芸苔素内酯:50份;
萘乙酸:10份;
柠檬酸钾:20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,所述植物生长调节剂组合物与水按1:2500重量比混合,配制成种子萌发预处理液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种促进种子萌发的植物生长调节剂组合物,其特征在于,将种子洗净,用所述种子萌发预处理液浸种6小时,得预处理种子。
