Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments; all other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a multi-process route transmission method based on a PLM system is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which splits a process file into a work process table and a process table. The work process table is the content of all process routes and the specific work content of the condition process under the same material. The process table records material numbers, document numbers, process sequence numbers, parallel processes, equipment units required by production and other related resources, and stores the equipment units and other related resources in the PLM system. In the PLM system, the process table required content is extracted through a process route folder consisting of the approved process files and system material files to form a process route table, and a technologist maintains the process table according to specific process information and then issues data of the process route according to the interface specification requirements of APS and MES. Specifically, the method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
and S1, creating a process route folder according to the material types, creating and editing a process file under the process route folder, and storing the process file.
In the step S1, when the material corresponds to a plurality of process routes, a plurality of process route folders corresponding to the process routes are created, and a process file corresponding to an edit is created under each process route folder. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a directory of a process route folder. Wherein, the name SW-002-5 of the first-level folder corresponds to a product name, and the name formats of the two second-level folders are as follows: material coding \ workshop coding \ process route number _ process route name. The XLS files in the secondary folder are process files, and the secondary folder further comprises a material file (80411435). The PLM system can identify 4 attributes in the process route folder name, correspondingly generate a process route master table ID, and generate a corresponding process table. When the process route needs to be updated, the updating action is carried out based on the condition that the 4 attributes are not changed, and a new process table is generated to replace the past process table.
Further, in step S1, when creating the process file under the process route folder, the process route of the approximate materials/products is reused. The specific method comprises the following steps: and extracting the information of the approximate process route, and starting a new process table maintenance interface display on the PLM system.
S2, generating a process table under the process route folder according to the process files under the process route folder; the header information of the process table includes a process route sub-table ID, a process route main table ID, a document number, a document part number, a document version, a document name, a process number, a process description, a process sequence number, a parallel process number, an equipment unit description, and the like, and each line of the process table corresponds to one process file.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a specific process table in this embodiment. Its gauge outfit includes:
process route sublist ID: the ID used for storing the process files is automatically generated according to the sequence of the working procedures;
process route master table ID: an ID for storing a process route; automatically generating the process route according to four attributes of a material number, factory information, a process route number and a process route name in the process route folder name;
document numbering: a number for storing a process file; the information is a system number and is obtained from the system attribute attached to a process file (with the format of xlsm);
document name: the document name is used for storing the process file;
the process number is as follows: used for storing the procedure number information; the process number information is acquired from system information corresponding to the document number. Specifically, the process file may be copied from a process file template in the system, the process file template is configured with four attributes of a document name, a document classification, a process number, and a process name, and when a new process file is obtained by copying, the four attributes are taken to perform a copying operation, so that the document number of the process file has information of a corresponding process number in the system.
The process steps are as follows: the description information is used for storing the process file;
the process sequence number is as follows: a sequence number for storing a process file;
parallel processes: a parallel sequence number for storing process files; the process sequence number and the parallel process sequence number are maintained by a craftsman in a process table as required;
numbering equipment units: the equipment unit number is used for storing the equipment unit number corresponding to the process file;
description of equipment units: and the equipment unit description information is used for storing the equipment unit description information corresponding to the process file.
Specifically, the information about the correspondence between the process number, the process description, the equipment unit number, and the equipment unit description may be maintained in a function page in the PLM system, and when the PLM system generates the process table, the equipment unit number and the equipment unit description information corresponding to the process number are called from the function page.
And S3, after maintaining and storing the specific procedures in the process table, issuing data of the process route according to the interface specification, wherein the process route comprises all the process files and the process table in the process folder.
In step S3, the method further includes: and after maintaining and storing the specific procedures in the process table, sending the PLM file to ER for approval, starting a new process route after approval is passed, and issuing data of the process route according to the interface specification. And when the ER examination and approval is sent, exporting the process table into an excel file, and sending the excel file to the ER examination and approval.
Specifically, in step S3, the step of maintaining the specific process in the process table is: and editing and maintaining the process sequence numbers and the parallel processes corresponding to the process files in the process table according to the process route.
Further, in this embodiment, a specific procedure in the process table is maintained, and the same process table may also reuse a process file therein, that is, two rows in the process table may share one process file, and when a certain process route needs to reuse one process file, that is, when a process is repeated, a "new entry" may be clicked after a corresponding row is selected in an interface of the process table, then the PLM performs a new operation on the process table, and then the specific procedure of the process table is manually maintained, so that the purpose of reusing the process file may be achieved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, before maintaining a specific process in the process table, the method further includes the following steps: and deleting the 'process sequence number' and the 'parallel process attribute' in the corresponding process file.
And S4, after the maintenance of the process routes is finished, extracting the information of the process table in each process route and storing the information in the process table.
In the work process table, each row corresponds to a process route, and the work process table information includes: description of each process route, plant, material, version number, creator, validation status, creation date, validation date.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a specific work process table in this embodiment is shown, and a table head of the schematic diagram includes:
process route master table ID: an ID for storing a process route;
description of the process route: the description information is used for storing the process route;
factory: the system is used for storing factory information corresponding to the process route;
materials: the system is used for storing material information corresponding to a process route;
version number: the system is used for storing version number information of the process route;
the creator: the creator information is used for storing the process route;
the effective state is as follows: the system is used for storing version state information corresponding to the process route; the version state comprises invalidation, approval and effective;
creation date: the system is used for storing the corresponding creation date of the process route;
the effective date: the effective date corresponding to the process route is stored.
The requirement scenario solved by the multi-process route transmission method of the embodiment may be as follows: after the process route is issued, the process route needs to be changed/optimized (not newly added) due to process optimization or other reasons. For example, axle radial inspection is completed after three holes are punched, but before the radial inspection is changed to three holes due to customer representative requirements (or standard requirements, construction requirements, etc.).
That is, the requirement scenario to which the method of the present embodiment can be applied includes: 1. the specific process files under the folder are not changed, and only the sequence of the processes in the process route is changed. 2. And simultaneously changing the process file and the process table in the process route.
Further, when a new or modified process route is made, the process file data (including process cards, production tools, MES production parameters, APS necessary tools) is first prepared. Under the structure of the process folder, a process route folder is added, and the folders are named by factories and process routes. When a material has a plurality of process routes, a plurality of process route folders are respectively established, and the PLM system allows the plurality of process routes to be effective simultaneously.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the user experience, the scheme needs to be capable of adjusting the process sequence of a single material and also adjusting a plurality of materials in batches. The process route change can be controlled (the approval process is added for control), the last editing content, time and personnel of the process route table can be recorded, the system is automatically saved, and the process routes of a plurality of materials can be inquired and exported in batches.
In step S1, when editing the process file, the method further includes the step of deleting two attributes, namely "device number" and "device description", from the document classification attributes.
In this embodiment, when a plurality of process routes exist for a certain material in a finished product, a plurality of process routes do not need to be created for other materials. For example, in the production process of a finished wheel, there are a plurality of materials (or intermediate products) such as a rough wheel, a fine wheel, and the like. Wherein, only the hair wheel has the problem of multiple process routes, because a plurality of factories and production lines can produce the hair wheel. Therefore, only a plurality of process route folders are needed to be created for the hair wheels, and the process routes of other materials are not needed to be modified. After the creation and storage of the multi-process route folder is completed, the process route description, the factory, the material number and the version number can be transmitted to the MES and the APS.
Specifically, in this embodiment, each material/product has its own process route file, and if there is an approximate product process route that can be reused, the approximate process route information is extracted, and a new process table maintenance interface display is started on the PLM.
The process personnel maintain fields in the maintenance interface of the process table: the process sequence number, the parallel process sequence number and the stored information are in a process table, and an EXCEL file (read-only state) is exported after confirmation, wherein the export of the EXCEL file is automatically named as: the process route number (unique code, i.e. process route master table ID) -version, EXCEL file content and process table content information complete chair. And then submitting the exported EXCEL file, performing ER approval process, and directly enabling the added process route to be effective by comparing the PLM background with the process route number of the EXCEL file after approval (on the premise that only one effective file exists in a process file directory).
When the processes are numbered in the process table or the parallel process problems are processed, the process sequence number and the parallel process attribute can be deleted from the attributes of the process files, in addition, a system interface is developed in an SAP ERP system, the process files corresponding to the materials are inquired in the interface, and the process sequence number and the parallel processes are manually maintained on the interface and are stored in the system.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the material process route finally transmitted to the APS through the PLM system needs to be distinguished by a specific process version (corresponding to different production lines of different factories), and the process route needs to have a process sequence number.
In the process table, the automatically generated and read-only columns of the system are as follows: the process route comprises a process route main table ID, a process route sub-table ID, a document number, a document part number, a document version number, a document name, a process number, a process description, an equipment unit number and an equipment unit description. The list of users requiring manual maintenance are: sequence number of processes and parallel processes.
In the multiple process routes, each process route is controlled by a version, the version state is invalid, in approval and in effect, and a retrieval module can be called to retrieve and query the historical version through the process routes. In addition, the retrieval module can be called to inquire the process route information according to factories, work centers, material numbers and versions, and the inquiry result is given in a work order form. The version state of the process route is identified by system braking, and when the system does not finish the examination and approval process, the process route is the state in the examination and approval process. And after the system identifies the flow which is approved, updating the process route into a valid version. The current process route has a new version to be stored, the past version is automatically invalid, and the state is irreversible.
In this embodiment, the process route may be changed, and the process sequence of the single material may be adjusted. The process route change is controlled by using a chart document approval process (approving the exported process route EXCEL), the final editing content, time and personnel of a process route table can be recorded, and the system is automatically saved. The process routes of a plurality of materials can be inquired and derived in batches.
When managing the used equipment in the multi-process route, two attributes of 'equipment number' and 'equipment description' are deleted from the classification attributes of the process files, so that the group of data is managed in the MES, and the corresponding information of the equipment unit number and the equipment number needs to be manually maintained. The equipment unit number and the equipment unit description are maintained in an equipment unit information and process information corresponding table in the system, are managed by the PLM system, automatically correspond to and write in corresponding equipment unit information through process information when a process table is obtained, and transmit the type data. When the APS system arranges a working procedure plan, according to the unit information in the process information, the system defaults to arrange a piece of equipment corresponding to the unit, if the equipment needs to be clear, the clear equipment corresponding to the process is needed or a planner manually selects the equipment in the arrangement system.
In addition, the method is also suitable for scenes in which the process routes are built for the same material, the same place, the same machine set, 2 devices and 2 sets of different process files, for example, 2 wheel pair press-mounting machines have different devices and the same function, and at present, when the process files are different in the same machine set, the different machine sets can be defined through the PLM system to build different process routes.
Example two
The second embodiment of the invention provides a PLM system, which is used for implementing the multi-process route transmission method in the first embodiment. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:

Further, the PLM system further includes:
the retrieval module: and the processing system is used for inputting retrieval information and retrieving the corresponding process route from the process table according to the retrieval information.
Further, the PLM system further includes:
an equipment maintenance module: the method is used for maintaining the corresponding relation information of the process numbers, the process descriptions, the equipment unit numbers and the equipment unit descriptions so as to facilitate the process table generation module to generate the process table.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the retrieval information that the retrieval module can input includes: factory, material number, version number, creator, validation status.
Further, in this embodiment, the process table maintenance module is further configured to add an entry in the process table so as to reuse the process files in the same process folder. As shown in fig. 7, in the interface of the process table maintenance module, a row corresponding to the process file to be reused is selected, and then a new entry is clicked, so that the process table maintenance module adds a new row in the process table interface, the row and the originally selected row reuse the same process file, and the process table and the process route can be updated only by editing and maintaining the process sequence number and the parallel processes corresponding to each row in the process table according to the process route. Through the operation, the multiplexing efficiency of the process files can be further improved.
In summary, the invention provides a multiple process route transmission method based on a PLM system, which is characterized in that a process table and a process table are arranged on the basis of a process file, the process table is used for recording specific relevant information of the process route and modifying process sequence and parallel processes, so that each process route can reuse the process file, the process table is used for recording specific conditions of each process route, the process routes of each material and factory can be conveniently reused and inquired, the labor cost of process maintenance is reduced, and the process route maintenance efficiency is improved.
