According to the data management method, the data management device, the computer equipment and the storage medium, when the client needs to import information, only a data request instruction needs to be triggered without manually inputting any content, the client related information can be automatically acquired according to the data request instruction, then the target data information is acquired through interaction between the related information and a third-party database, field extraction is carried out on the target data information according to a preset field model, then the target data information is imported into the client, and the target data information is displayed on the corresponding client according to a preset format. The data management method can intelligently acquire the client-side associated information, saves time and labor, and realizes convenient management of the data information.

As shown in fig. 1, a data management method is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform includes: a client;
the method comprises the following steps:
step 102, receiving a data request instruction sent by a client.
The data request command may be triggered automatically or passively, for example, a timing may be set for monitoring triggering. In one embodiment, a data import button may be provided on the interface of the client, and the data import button triggers a corresponding data request command.
And step 104, acquiring the client-side associated information according to the data request instruction.
Wherein the client association information may be associated with one or more personal/business information associated with the client. For example, if the data to be imported is patent data, the business information (i.e., applicant information) may be used as the association information by default. In an embodiment, the client related information may also be obtained by analyzing and extracting the imported data information in the client, for example, if the imported data information obtained by analyzing the imported data information includes a plurality of enterprise/personal subjects, the plurality of subjects are directly used as the client related information. And/or extracting a plurality of enterprises/personal subjects as default client association information according to the user information of the client (the user information can be registration information of individuals/enterprises); specifically, according to the user information serving as a retrieval condition, querying an enterprise associated with the current user on a third-party enterprise query platform, such as enterprise query, love enterprise query, sky eye query and the like, and extracting an enterprise meeting a preset condition (for example, the stock holding ratio of the user reaches a certain threshold value, and/or the stock holding ratio in shareholder information reaches a certain threshold value) as the associated information of the current client; therefore, the client-side associated information can be intelligently obtained without user input or editing, input errors or omission of the user in the manual input process are avoided, and the client-side associated information acquired by the method is more efficient and accurate.
Optionally, when the obtained client association information includes a plurality of data, the user may be allowed to perform selection confirmation.
And 106, interacting with a third-party database according to the associated information to acquire corresponding target data information.
After the associated information is determined, the search condition is determined, and corresponding target data information is searched in a third-party database according to the associated information.
Step 108, extracting target data information according to a preset field model, importing the extracted information matched with a preset field into a corresponding client, and obtaining a plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each target data, wherein the plurality of pieces of field information include: name information, status information.
The preset field model is used for extracting preset fields from the target data information, so that a plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each target data can be extracted.
And step 110, displaying the plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each piece of target data on the corresponding client according to a preset format.
The method comprises the steps of setting a configuration format of a plurality of fields in a client in advance, and displaying a plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each piece of target data based on the preset format.
According to the data management method, when the client needs to import information, only a data request instruction needs to be triggered without manually inputting any content, client association information can be automatically acquired according to the data request instruction, then target data information is acquired through interaction between the association information and a third-party database, field extraction is carried out on the target data information according to a preset field model, then the target data information is imported into the client, and the target data information is displayed on the corresponding client according to a preset format. The data management method can intelligently acquire the client-side associated information, saves time and labor, and realizes convenient management of the data information.
In one embodiment, the obtaining the client association information according to the data request instruction includes: acquiring user information of the client, inquiring at least one enterprise information related to the user information on a third-party platform according to the user information, and taking the at least one enterprise information as the client related information; or when the imported data information exists in the client, extracting an enterprise main body or an individual main body in the imported data information, and using the enterprise main body or the individual main body as the client related information. By automatically acquiring the client-side associated information, the user does not need to manually input, so that on one hand, the manual input error is avoided, and on the other hand, the client-side associated information acquired by the method is more comprehensive, efficient and accurate.
In one embodiment, after the interacting with the third-party database according to the association information to obtain the corresponding target data information, the method further includes: screening out data information which is imported into the client from the target data information to serve as first target data information; taking the data information which is not imported into the client in the target data information as second target data information;
extracting the target data information according to a preset field model, importing the extracted information matched with a preset field into a corresponding client to obtain a plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each target data, wherein the plurality of pieces of field information comprise: name information, status information, including: updating state information of the imported data information in the client according to the first target data information; and extracting the second target data information according to a preset field model, and importing the extracted information matched with the preset field into a corresponding client.
The client may already have some imported data information before initiating the data request instruction, in order to avoid repeated import, the imported data information is screened out from the searched target data information and used as first target data information, and then only the state of the imported data information needs to be updated based on the first target data, and repeated import is not needed. And for the second target data information which is not imported, extracting fields and importing the fields to the corresponding client. By the method, repeated leading-in is avoided, state updating of the led-in data information can be realized, time and labor are saved, and high efficiency and intelligence are achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the data management method further includes:
step 112, the information processing platform regularly monitors a newly added data information set in the third-party database, wherein the data information set comprises a plurality of newly added data information;
in order to further improve the management convenience of enterprise users, the information processing platform can also actively monitor newly added data information sets in the third-party database, for example, the newly added data information in the third-party database is crawled every day or every week. And then automatically assigned to the associated client.
And step 114, searching whether a related client exists or not for each piece of newly added data information, if so, performing field extraction on the corresponding data information by adopting a preset field model and importing the data information into the corresponding client, and if not, discarding the corresponding data information.
And automatically searching whether the associated client exists or not aiming at each piece of newly added data information, namely searching whether each piece of newly added data information is matched with the associated information of the client or not. For example, if the associated information is the applicant information, the applicant information in the newly added data information may be acquired and then matched with the applicant information of the client, and if the associated information is matched with the applicant information of the client, the newly added data information is distributed to the corresponding client. If no client is matched, the data information is discarded. The data information of the actively distributed client can be newly marked, so that enterprise users can conveniently know which data are newly added, and the efficiency and convenience of information acquisition are improved.
The information processing platform actively acquires the newly-added data information in the third-party database and then distributes the newly-added data information to the associated client, so that enterprise users can acquire information data without feeling, and convenience in data management is further provided for enterprises.
In one embodiment, the obtaining the client association information according to the data request instruction includes: acquiring whether the imported data information exists in the client; if the data information exists, analyzing and identifying the imported data information, and determining the associated information based on the analysis and identification result; and if the information does not exist, acquiring the personal information or the enterprise information corresponding to the client as the associated information.
The client-side associated information may be obtained in two ways, one is to obtain personal information or enterprise information corresponding to the client-side as associated information, the other is to analyze the imported data information in the client-side to determine the associated information, for example, which applicant information exists in the imported data information can be analyzed and obtained, then the analyzed applicant information is used as the associated information, and also which common characteristic all exist in the imported data information can be analyzed and obtained, for example, if the imported data information corresponds to the same agent, the agent can be used as the common characteristic, if the imported data information corresponds to the same technology, the technology can be used as the common characteristic, then the analyzed common characteristic can be used as the associated information, or the selected item can be displayed to the client-side, and then acquiring the selection of the client, and taking the selection of the client as the associated information.
In one embodiment, the analyzing and identifying the imported data information and determining the association information based on the analyzing and identifying result includes:
extracting the features of the imported data information to obtain one or more common features;
and displaying the one or more common characteristics as selection items on the client, acquiring the selection of the client on the one or more common characteristics, and determining the associated information according to the selection.
The method includes the steps of extracting common features of imported data information, wherein the common features of the imported data information are extracted, for example, if the imported data information corresponds to a certain enterprise, the enterprise is one of the common features, if the imported data information corresponds to a certain technology or a certain classification number, the technology or the classification number is also one of the common features, the extracted common features are used as selection items to be displayed on a client, and the client can select one or more common features as associated information according to requirements. A plurality of common features are analyzed and extracted from the imported data information, and then the common features are displayed at the client side, so that enterprise users can select one or more common features as associated information according to actual requirements, and then corresponding data information is automatically acquired according to the associated information.
In one embodiment, the method comprises: when detecting that the client deletes the imported one or more pieces of data information, performing feature identification on the deleted one or more pieces of data information, and determining feature tags of the one or more pieces of data information; and prompting whether to delete all imported data information with the feature tag or not based on the feature tag.
In the data management process of the enterprise, not only new data is required, but also old data information or data information which is not concerned any more is required to be deleted. In order to enable an enterprise user to delete data to be deleted more quickly, when it is detected that a client deletes one or more pieces of imported data, feature recognition is carried out on one or more pieces of deleted data information to obtain corresponding feature tags, a plurality of feature tags can be provided, for example, an applicant can exist, technical classification exists, case state exists and the like, the plurality of feature tags are displayed to prompt whether other data information with the corresponding feature tags needs to be deleted or not, and therefore the data information with the same feature tags can be deleted together after the data information is obtained and the method is efficient and quick.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring an updating instruction of the selected data information; and interacting with the third-party database according to the updating instruction to acquire the latest state of the selected data information, and updating the state information according to the latest state.
The data information which is imported to the client side has a state updating requirement, and after an updating instruction is received, the corresponding latest state is acquired, and then the latest state is updated to the state information. When the state is required to be updated, only the updating instruction needs to be sent based on the selected data information, so that the method is fast and efficient.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when detecting a newly added field, acquiring newly added field information corresponding to the imported data information through interaction with a third-party database; and importing the newly added field information corresponding to the imported data information into a corresponding field position, and displaying the newly added field information at a corresponding client.
At the client, an enterprise user can customize fields as required, namely, can select which fields to display, and if additional fields are required for the imported data information, the fields required to be added are obtained, and then the field information corresponding to the newly added fields is extracted through interaction with a third-party database and is imported into the client for display. The method can meet the customization requirements of enterprise users.
In one embodiment, the interacting with the third-party database according to the association information to obtain the corresponding target data information includes: searching all data information corresponding to the associated information in the third database according to the associated information; and screening the data information in the valid state from all the data information to be used as the target data information.
The data information in the invalid state is often useless for the enterprise, so that the data information in the valid state can be screened out as target data information according to the validity and invalidity of the data state during data searching, and information acquisition and management of enterprise users are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a data management apparatus is applied to an information processing platform, and the information processing platform includes: a client;
a receiving module 302, configured to receive a data request instruction sent by a client;
an obtaining module 304, configured to obtain the client-side association information according to the data request instruction;
the interaction module 306 is configured to interact with a third-party database according to the association information to obtain corresponding target data information;
an importing module 308, configured to extract the target data information according to a preset field model, and import the extracted information matched with a preset field to a corresponding client, so as to obtain multiple pieces of field information corresponding to each target data, where the multiple pieces of field information include: name information, status information;
the display module 310 is configured to display the plurality of pieces of field information corresponding to each piece of target data on the corresponding client according to a preset format.
In one embodiment, the data request instruction is a user trigger or an automatic monitoring trigger according to a preset period.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
the screening module is used for screening the data information which is imported into the client from the target data information to serve as first target data information; taking the data information which is not imported into the client in the target data information as second target data information;
the import module is further used for updating the state information of the imported data information in the client according to the first target data information; and extracting the second target data information according to a preset field model, and importing the extracted information matched with the preset field into a corresponding client.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
the monitoring module is used for regularly monitoring a newly added data information set in the third-party database by the information processing platform, wherein the data information set comprises a plurality of newly added data information;
and the searching module is used for searching whether the associated client exists or not according to each piece of newly added data information, if so, performing field extraction on the corresponding data information by adopting a preset field model and importing the data information into the corresponding client, and if not, discarding the corresponding data information.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module is further configured to obtain whether the imported data information exists in the client; if the data information exists, analyzing and identifying the imported data information, and determining the associated information based on the analysis and identification result; and if the information does not exist, acquiring personal information or enterprise information corresponding to the client as the associated information.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module is further configured to perform feature extraction on the imported data information, and extract one or more common features; and displaying the one or more common characteristics as selection items on the client, acquiring the selection of the client on the one or more common characteristics, and determining the associated information according to the selection.
In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises:
the characteristic identification module is used for carrying out characteristic identification on the one or more pieces of deleted data information and determining the characteristic labels of the one or more pieces of data information when detecting that the client deletes the imported one or more pieces of data information;
and the prompting module is used for prompting whether all imported data information with the characteristic label is deleted or not based on the characteristic label.
In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises: acquiring an updating instruction of the selected data information; and interacting with the third-party database according to the updating instruction to acquire the latest state of the selected data information, and updating the state information according to the latest state.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
the new field importing module is used for acquiring new field information corresponding to imported data information through interaction with a third-party database when the new field is detected; and importing the newly added field information corresponding to the imported data information into a corresponding field position, and displaying the newly added field information at a corresponding client.
In one embodiment, the interaction module is further configured to search all data information corresponding to the associated information in the third database according to the associated information; and screening the data information in the valid state from all the data information to be used as the target data information.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may be a server, the computer device including a processor and a memory connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the data management method described above. The internal memory may also store a computer program, which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the data management method described above. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described data management method.
A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the data management method described above.
It should be noted that the data management method, the data management apparatus, the computer device and the storage medium have the same or corresponding technical features, and the corresponding embodiments may be mutually applicable.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory.
