The intelligent equipment can be an intelligent home with a voice acquisition device or a terminal with the voice acquisition device, and can obtain control trigger information based on voice instruction analysis of a user.
For convenience of understanding, the device control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is explained below through two specific application scenarios.
In a first specific scenario, when the part corresponding to S301 is at 16:00, it is unclear that a sentence "true cold" is spoken in the living room, and the acquired control trigger information is: the user identifier "Xiaoming", the time information "16: 00", the location information "living room", and the context information "true cold".
In a second specific scenario, corresponding to S301, when 22:00, mom says "good cold" in the bathroom, the acquired control trigger information is: the user identification "mom", the time information "22: 00", the location information "bathroom", and the context information "good cold".

S302, inquiring in a preset rule base according to the control trigger information, wherein the rule base comprises one or more control rules based on historical operation records of the user, and any control rule comprises a control mode which is allowed to be executed by any user at any position at any time based on any context information and is used for one or more controlled devices.
In the embodiment of the present invention, querying in a preset rule base according to control trigger information may include: and sending control trigger information to the cloud equipment for inquiring in a rule base in the cloud equipment. For example, a smart home with a voice acquisition device or a terminal with a voice acquisition device acquires control trigger information based on a voice instruction of a user, and the cloud device that receives the control trigger information may query the rule base in the manner of S202.
The cloud device can be an intelligent gateway or a cloud platform server and is used for storing the rule base and controlling the device.
In the two specific scenarios described in S301, the part corresponding to S302 is obtained by the smart device in the two scenarios, and is queried in the preset rule base of the cloud device according to the control trigger information.
Other relevant descriptions of step S302 may refer to the description of step S202, and are not described herein again.
And S303, when the first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is inquired in the rule base, controlling the equipment according to the control mode in the first target control rule.
The related description of step S303 only needs to refer to the description of step S203, and is not repeated here.
S304, after the device is controlled according to the control mode in the first target control rule, if information for indicating that the control mode in the first target control rule is blocked is acquired and a new control mode different from the control mode in the first target control rule is executed in a preset time period, the control rule including the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the new control mode is input into the rule base, and the original first target control rule is deleted from the rule base.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information for preventing the control mode in the first target control rule comprises the operation different from the control mode performed by the user, the active interruption of the control process by the user and the like. For example, the intelligent air conditioner adjusts the temperature to 25 ℃ according to the control mode in the first control rule, and then the user adjusts the temperature to 27 ℃; or the intelligent television plays the comprehensive program according to the control mode in the first control rule, and the user then turns off the television.
The new control manner described in step S304 may be an operation performed by the user to prevent the device control for a predetermined period of time. For example, after xiaoming says "cold" in the living room, the smart air conditioner increases the temperature to 25 ℃ according to the control manner in the first control rule, and then the xiaoming increases the temperature to 27 ℃. The original first target control rule may be one or more control rules obtained based on the user history operation record. In the embodiment of the invention, when the information for preventing the control mode in the first target control rule is not acquired within the preset time period, the original current first target control rule is input into the rule base; when the information for preventing the control mode in the first target control rule is acquired within the preset time period and the user executes a new control mode different from the control mode in the first target control rule, the control rule comprising the user identification, the time information, the position information, the context information and the new control mode is input into the rule base, the original rule is deleted, and the rule base can be continuously optimized, so that the first target control rule is more suitable for the personal requirements of the user.
S305, when the first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is not inquired in the rule base, inquiring in the rule base to obtain a plurality of undetermined control rules; and part of the information in the undetermined control rule is consistent with the part of the information in the control trigger information.
In the embodiment of the invention, a second target control rule is determined in a plurality of undetermined control rules according to the respective priorities of the user identification, the time information, the position information and the context information, and equipment control is carried out according to a control mode in the second target control rule; the priority of the location information and the priority of the user identification are higher than the priority of the time information and the priority of the context information.
The undetermined control rule is a control rule partially consistent with but not completely corresponding to the control trigger information in the user identification, the time information, the position information and the context information. If the undetermined control rule is not inquired, the intention of the user cannot be predicted, and the equipment cannot be controlled by using the control rule in the rule base.
The second target control rule is determined in the undetermined control rule according to the priority of each information dimension, and the control rule which is closest to the user requirement can be found by determining the second target control rule under the condition that the first target control rule cannot be obtained through query, so that the control mode is more intelligent.
In a first specific scenario, for a portion corresponding to step S305, for a control trigger information rule base of "user ' xiaoming ', time ' 16:00 ', location ' living room ', context ' true cold a", a matching first target control rule is not queried, and multiple pending control rules are obtained through query, as shown in the following table.

Because the control modes of the 4 multidimensional data units are not uniform, then according to the priority, a position living room is added as a screening condition, two multidimensional data units with the sequence numbers of 1 and 4 are obtained, and the control modes are not consistent; and continuously adding the user 'xiaoming' as a screening condition to obtain a unique multidimensional data unit, and taking the 'control mode' -turning on the living room air conditioner and setting the heating temperature to be 26 ℃ of the unit as a user operation prediction result. And the cloud equipment generates and issues a control instruction of the air conditioner in the living room according to the prediction result.
In a second specific scenario corresponding to step S305, the rule base does not query the matched first target control rule, and a pending control rule is obtained by querying in the rule base.

S306, after the device is controlled according to the control mode in the second target control rule, if the information for indicating that the control mode in the second target control rule is blocked is not acquired within a preset time period, the control rule including the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the control mode in the second target control rule is input into the rule base.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information for indicating the blocking of the control mode in the second target control rule is not acquired within the preset time period, and the new control rule is input into the rule base, so that the richness of the rule base can be increased, and the requirements of different users under different scenes can be better met.
In the first scenario, if the brightness does not change the operating state of the air conditioner within the limited time, it is considered that the control mode of the brightness is accurately predicted, and the current operation, user "brightness", time "16: 00", position "living room", context "cold room", and control mode "air conditioner in living room, heating temperature is set to 26 ℃" are recorded in the rule base, which is defined as a rule- "user ' brightness ' + position ' living room ' + context ' cold ' → control mode ' air conditioner in living room, heating temperature is set to 26 ℃".
And S307, if the information for indicating that the control mode in the second target control rule is blocked is acquired and a new control mode different from the control mode in the second target control rule is executed within a preset time period, entering the control rule comprising the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the new control mode into the rule base.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the information for preventing the control mode in the second target control rule is acquired within the preset time period and the user executes a new control mode different from the control mode in the second target control rule, the new control rule of the control mode is input into the rule base, and the original rule is deleted, so that the rule base can be continuously optimized, and the control rule is more suitable for the personal requirements of the user.
In the second scenario, in the part associated with S307, after the mother finds that the bathroom heater is turned on, the mother immediately turns off the bathroom heater, and the temperature of the gas water heater outlet water is increased by 5 ℃. And judging that the prediction of the control mode fails according to the operation of the mother, acquiring information for indicating that the control mode in the second target control rule is blocked, and recording the current actual operation of the mother, namely user 'mother', time '22: 00', position 'bathroom', context 'good cold' and control mode 'water outlet temperature of gas water heater is increased by 5℃' in a rule base. It is defined as the rule- "user ' mom ' + location ' bathroom ' + context ' cold ' → control mode ' turn up gas water heater leaving water temperature by 5 ℃".
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a rule base. A rule base may also be understood as a multidimensional data cell comprising one or more control rules based on a multidimensional historical operation record of a user. The control rules are obtained by analyzing historical operation data of the users, and any piece of control rule comprises a control mode of one or more controlled devices, which is allowed to be executed by any user at any time and any position based on any context information. And screening matched control rules in the rule base according to the control trigger information, taking the contained control mode as a control mode prediction result, and optimizing the control mode according to whether information used by a user for indicating the control mode in the target control rule is acquired, namely a feedback link in a schematic diagram, so that the rule base is continuously optimized, the control rules are more accurate, and the personalized requirements of the user are met.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus control device 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and for example, referring to fig. 5, the apparatus control device 500 may include:
the receiving module 501 is configured to obtain control trigger information, where the control trigger information includes at least two of a user identifier, time information, location information, or context information.
The processing module 502 is configured to query a preset rule base according to the control trigger information, where the rule base includes one or more control rules based on historical operation records of the user, and any control rule includes a control manner allowed to be executed by any user at any time and any position based on any context information for one or more controlled devices.
The control module 503 is configured to, when a first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is queried in the rule base, perform device control according to a control manner in the first target control rule.
Optionally, the control module 503 is specifically configured to, when a first target control rule that is consistent with the user identifier, the time information, the location information, and the context information in the control trigger information is queried in the rule base, perform device control according to a control manner in the first target control rule.
Optionally, according to the device control apparatus, the apparatus may further include a storage module 504, where the storage module 504 is specifically configured to, if information indicating that the control manner in the first target control rule is blocked is acquired within a preset time period, and a new control manner different from the control manner in the first target control rule is executed, enter a control rule including the user identifier, the time information, the location information, the context information, and the new control manner in the rule base, and delete the original first target control rule in the rule base.
Optionally, according to the device control apparatus, the processing module 502 is further configured to, when the first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is not queried in the rule base, query the rule base to obtain a plurality of pending control rules; and part of the information in the undetermined control rule is consistent with the part of the information in the control trigger information.
And determining a second target control rule in the plurality of pending control rules according to the respective priorities of the user identifier, the time information, the position information and the context information.
And controlling the equipment according to the control mode in the second target control rule.
Optionally, the priority of the location information and the priority of the user identifier are higher than the priority of the time information and the priority of the context information according to the device control apparatus.
Optionally, according to the device control apparatus, the storage module 504 is further configured to enter, in the rule base, a control rule including a user identifier, time information, location information, context information, and a control manner in the second target control rule if the information indicating that the control manner in the second target control rule is blocked is not acquired within a preset time period.
Optionally, according to the device control apparatus, the storage module 504 is further configured to enter, in the rule base, a control rule including a user identifier, time information, location information, context information, and a new control manner if, within a preset time period, information indicating that the control manner in the second target control rule is blocked is acquired and a new control manner different from the control manner in the second target control rule is executed.
Optionally, the receiving module 501 is specifically configured to receive control trigger information from the smart device, where the control trigger information is obtained by the smart device based on voice analysis of a user.
Optionally, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to query the rule base in the cloud device after sending the control trigger information to the cloud device.
The device control apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention may implement the technical solution of the device control method in any of the above embodiments, and the implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the device control method are similar to those of the device control method, and reference may be made to the implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the device control method, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include: at least one processor 601 and memory 602.
A memory 602 for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code including computer operating instructions.
The memory 602 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 601 is configured to execute computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 602 to implement the device control method described in the foregoing method embodiments. The processor 601 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention. Specifically, when the device control method described in the foregoing method embodiment is implemented, the electronic device may be, for example, an electronic device with a processing function, such as a terminal or a server.
Optionally, the electronic device 600 may also include a communication interface 603. In a specific implementation, if the communication interface 603, the memory 602 and the processor 601 are implemented independently, the communication interface 603, the memory 602 and the processor 601 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. Buses may be classified as address buses, data buses, control buses, etc., but do not represent only one bus or type of bus.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface 603, the memory 602, and the processor 601 are integrated into a chip, the communication interface 603, the memory 602, and the processor 601 may complete communication through an internal interface.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and in particular, the computer-readable storage medium stores program instructions, and the program instructions are used in the method in the foregoing embodiments.
The present invention also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the electronic device may read the execution instruction from the readable storage medium, and the execution of the execution instruction by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to implement the device control method provided by the various embodiments described above.

Claims (13)
1. An apparatus control method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring control trigger information, wherein the control trigger information comprises at least two of user identification, time information, position information or context information;
inquiring in a preset rule base according to the control trigger information, wherein the rule base comprises one or more control rules based on historical operation records of the user, and any control rule comprises a control mode which is allowed to be executed by any user at any position at any time based on any context information and is used for controlling one or more controlled devices;
and when a first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is inquired in the rule base, equipment is controlled according to a control mode in the first target control rule.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when a first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is queried in the rule base, performing device control according to a control mode in the first target control rule includes:
and when a first target control rule which is consistent with the user identification, the time information, the position information and the context information in the control trigger information is inquired in the rule base, equipment is controlled according to a control mode in the first target control rule.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the device control is performed according to the control manner in the first target control rule, the method further comprises:
if information for indicating that the control mode in the first target control rule is blocked is acquired within a preset time period, and a new control mode different from the control mode in the first target control rule is executed, entering the control rule comprising the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the new control mode into the rule base, and deleting the original first target control rule from the rule base.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when the first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is not inquired in a rule base, inquiring in the rule base to obtain a plurality of undetermined control rules; part of the information in the undetermined control rule is consistent with part of the information in the control trigger information;
determining a second target control rule in the plurality of pending control rules according to the respective priorities of the user identifier, the time information, the position information and the context information;
and controlling the equipment according to the control mode in the second target control rule.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the priority of the location information and the priority of the user identifier are higher than the priority of the time information and the priority of the context information.
6. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein after the device control is performed according to the control manner in the second target control rule, the method further comprises:
if the information for indicating that the control mode in the second target control rule is blocked is not acquired within a preset time period, entering the control rule comprising the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the control mode in the second target control rule into the rule base.
7. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein after the device control is performed according to the control manner in the second target control rule, the method further comprises:
and if the information for indicating that the control mode in the second target control rule is blocked and a new control mode different from the control mode in the second target control rule is executed are acquired within a preset time period, entering the control rule comprising the user identifier, the time information, the position information, the context information and the new control mode into the rule base.

the receiving module is used for acquiring control trigger information, wherein the control trigger information comprises at least two of user identification, time information, position information or context information;
the processing module is used for inquiring in a preset rule base according to the control trigger information, the rule base comprises one or more control rules based on historical operation records of the user, and any control rule comprises a control mode which is allowed to be executed by any user at any position at any time based on any context information and is used for controlling one or more controlled devices;
and the control module is used for controlling the equipment according to a control mode in the first target control rule when the first target control rule corresponding to the control trigger information is inquired in the rule base.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to implement the method of any of claims 1-9.
12. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, perform the method of any one of claims 1-9.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-9.
