It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In the prior art, a server can automatically control a water heater to heat by using predicted water consumption data, namely, the server predicts the water consumption behavior of a user according to the water consumption habit of the user, namely, predicts the predicted water consumption data of the user, and then controls the electric water heater to perform corresponding heating operation according to the predicted water consumption data to manufacture hot water, so that the user can directly use the hot water when needing to use the hot water of the electric water heater, and the water consumption requirement of the user is met. However, when the water consumption behavior of the user changes, that is, when the actual water consumption situation of the user does not match the predicted water consumption data, the water heater is controlled to perform corresponding heating operation according to the predicted water consumption data, and the problem of unnecessary heating of the water heater occurs, thereby causing energy waste.
Therefore, aiming at the problems, the technical idea of the invention is that before the server controls the water heater corresponding to the user to perform heating operation according to the predicted water consumption data of the user, the predicted water consumption data is sent to the user so that the user can confirm whether the pre-stored water consumption data needs to be modified or not, namely whether the pre-stored water consumption data accords with the actual situation or not, and the server modifies the predicted water consumption data according to the confirmation situation of the user so that the modified predicted water consumption data better accords with the actual water consumption situation of the user, so that when the water heater is controlled to perform heating according to the modified predicted water consumption data, the problem of unnecessary heating of the water heater is avoided, and the waste of energy is reduced.
The following describes a preferred technical solution of the control method of the water heater and the server according to the present invention with reference to the above drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a scene of a control method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a water heater 101 sends current water consumption data to a server 102 at regular intervals, where the water consumption data includes water consumption time, set temperature, and the like set by a user. The server 102 performs prediction using the water consumption data to obtain predicted water consumption data corresponding to the user. Before controlling the water heater 101 to perform heating operation according to the predicted water usage data, the predicted water usage data is sent to the user terminal 103, so that the user terminal 103 outputs the predicted water usage data to the user, the user confirms whether the predicted water usage data conforms to the actual water usage plan, and the user terminal 103 generates corresponding response information according to the confirmation situation of the user and sends the response information to the server 102. The server 102 modifies the predicted water usage data according to the response information so that the modified predicted water usage data conforms to the actual water usage plan of the user, and controls the water heater 101 to perform heating operation according to the modified predicted water usage data.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart illustrating a control method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution main body of the embodiment may be the server in fig. 1, and the embodiment is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, obtaining predicted water consumption data in a preset time period corresponding to a target user.
In this embodiment, the preset time period is generally a time period in which the user needs to use hot water, for example, the preset time period is 6:00-24 of the day; 00, relevant personnel can set a preset time period according to actual conditions. The target user is a user corresponding to the water heater which needs the server to control automatic heating. The predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user is the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user and is determined by the historical water usage data of the target user.
Specifically, the server obtains the water consumption prediction data of the target user in the same day so as to control the water heater corresponding to the target user to perform heating operation by using the water consumption prediction data.
Optionally, the predicted water usage data includes at least one planned water usage time and setting information corresponding to each planned water usage time, where the setting information includes one or more of the following combinations: water usage, water usage temperature, water usage amount, and water usage purpose. Correspondingly, the historical water use data comprises historical water use time and historical setting information corresponding to the historical water use time, and the historical setting information comprises one or more of the following combinations: actual water usage object, actual water usage temperature, actual water usage amount, and actual water usage purpose. The content included in the historical setting information corresponds to the content included in the setting information corresponding to the planned water consumption time one by one, for example, when the historical setting information includes the actual water consumption temperature, the setting information correspondingly includes the water consumption temperature; for another example, when the history setting information includes an actual water usage temperature and an actual water usage object, the setting information correspondingly includes the water usage temperature and the water usage object.
Furthermore, the planned water consumption time and the corresponding setting information form a heating planned flow. For example, the setting information includes only the water usage temperature, and the predicted water usage data includes 2 planned water usage times, 6:00 and 12; 00,6: 00, i.e. the water temperature is 60 °, 12:00, namely the water temperature is 65 degrees, the predicted water consumption data comprises 2 heating plan processes, namely 6: a heating plan flow corresponding to 00 and a heating plan flow corresponding to 12:00, 6:00 includes a planned water usage time (i.e., 6: 00) and a water usage temperature (i.e., 60 °), 12: the heating schedule flow for 00 includes the schedule water usage time (i.e., 12: 00) and the water usage temperature (i.e., 65 °).
Specifically, the planned water usage time represents a predicted time for the user to use hot water. In addition, since the water heater needs to be heated in advance when the water heater is an electric water heater, the planned water usage time may also represent a time before the predicted time when the user uses hot water, for example, when the user is predicted to be in a 6: 30 will use hot water, the planned water usage time is 6: 00.
specifically, the water use object means an object predicted to use hot water, which may include the elderly, children, young adults, males, females, pets, and the like, and the relevant person may set specific information included in the water use object according to actual situations.
Specifically, the water temperature represents a predicted temperature of hot water used by the user, that is, a temperature to which the water heater needs to be heated, and the water consumption represents a predicted amount of hot water used by the user. The water usage purpose means a purpose of the predicted hot water usage by the user, which may include bathing, washing dishes, washing clothes, etc., and the related person may set specific information included in the water usage object according to actual situations.
S202, pushing the predicted water consumption data in the preset time period to a user terminal corresponding to the target user.
And S203, acquiring response information corresponding to the water use prediction data transmitted by the user terminal.
In this embodiment, when the number of the target users is multiple, for each target user, the predicted water usage data within the preset time period corresponding to the target user is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the target user, so that the target user can obtain the predicted water usage data through the user terminal and confirm the predicted water usage data, and the user terminal generates response information corresponding to the predicted water usage data according to the confirmation condition of the user. After generating the response information corresponding to the predicted water use data, the user terminal sends the response information to the server so that the server can modify the predicted water use data by using the response information, and therefore the modified predicted water use data can accord with the actual water use plan of the user, namely the actual water use condition.
And S204, performing corresponding heating operation on the water heater according to the response information and the predicted water consumption data.
In this embodiment, after receiving response information sent by a user terminal corresponding to a target user, determining whether to modify the predicted water usage data according to the response information, and if the modification is required, indicating that the predicted water usage data has an error with an actual water usage plan of the target user, modifying the predicted water usage data based on the response information, so that the modified predicted water usage data conforms to the actual water usage plan of the target user within a preset time period, thereby avoiding the problem of unnecessary heating of the water heater when controlling the water heater to perform corresponding heating operation by using the modified predicted water usage data, and reducing energy waste.
In addition, when the predicted water consumption data is determined not to need to be modified, the predicted water consumption data is shown to be in accordance with the actual water consumption plan of the target user within the preset time period, so that the predicted water consumption data can be directly utilized to control the water heater to perform corresponding heating operation, and the problem that the water heater performs unnecessary heating is avoided.
In this embodiment, since there may be a certain error between the predicted water usage data and the actual water usage plan of the user, in order to avoid that the water heater is not heated in time or is heated unnecessarily due to the error, before the water heater is controlled to heat according to the predicted water usage data, the predicted water usage data is issued to inform the user, so that the user has a certain acceptance, and the predicted water usage data can be changed according to the user's will, so as to improve the user satisfaction. Meanwhile, the satisfaction degree of the user on the prediction result is analyzed according to the interactive information between the server and the user terminal, so that data can be predicted more accurately in the future.
From the above description, after the predicted water consumption data within the preset time period corresponding to the target user is obtained, the predicted water consumption data is sent to the user terminal corresponding to the target user, that is, to the target user, so that the target user can know the predicted water consumption condition within the preset time period, and thus the target user can determine whether the predicted water consumption condition meets the actual water consumption condition, the user terminal generates corresponding response information according to the confirmation condition of the target user and sends the response information to the server, the server controls the water heater to heat according to the actual water consumption condition of the target user by using the response information and the predicted water consumption data, so that the automatic control of the heating of the water heater is realized, the heating efficiency is improved, and as the water heater is controlled to heat according to the actual water consumption condition, the problem of unnecessary heating is avoided, and the utilization rate of energy is improved, meanwhile, the water is heated according to the actual water consumption condition, so that the satisfaction degree of the water consumption of a user is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow diagram of a control method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which, based on the embodiment of fig. 2, after response information corresponding to predicted water consumption data sent by a user terminal is obtained, the predicted water consumption data may be modified according to content included in the response information, so that the modified predicted water consumption data is used to perform corresponding heating operation on the water heater. The process of modifying the predicted water usage data according to the content included in the response information will be described below with reference to a specific embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, obtaining predicted water consumption data in a preset time period corresponding to a target user.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the control efficiency of the water heater, the corresponding predicted water usage data may be sent only to the user who needs to use the hot water of the water heater within a preset time period, so that the user can confirm the predicted water usage data, and therefore, a target user needs to be screened from all stored users to be processed, and the specific process includes: and acquiring all planned water consumption time corresponding to the user to be processed and the equipment pushing state corresponding to the user to be processed. And determining a target user from the users to be processed, wherein all the planned water consumption time corresponding to the target user comprises planned water consumption time within a preset time period, and the pushing state of the equipment corresponding to the target user is a pushing agreement state.
Specifically, the server obtains, from a specified location (e.g., a database), all users stored in the specified location, that is, the scheduled water usage time of the user to be treated and the device push status corresponding to the user to be treated.
And the equipment pushing state corresponding to the user to be processed is the equipment pushing state of the water heater corresponding to the user to be processed. The equipment push state comprises a push agreeing state and a push forbidding state, and when the equipment push state corresponding to the to-be-processed user is the push agreeing state, the to-be-processed user agrees to the server to automatically control the water heater according to the predicted heating data; and when the equipment push state corresponding to the user to be processed is the push forbidding state, indicating that the user to be processed does not agree with the server to automatically control the water heater according to the predicted heating data.
Optionally, the predicted water usage data corresponding to each user to be processed is stored in the designated location, and the planned water usage time of the user to be processed is obtained from the predicted water usage data. And the water heater corresponding to the user to be processed sends the running data of the water heater to the server at regular intervals, so that the server can perform relevant processing by using the running data.
Wherein the operation data comprises current water consumption data and/or current equipment pushing state. The server updates the historical water consumption data by using the current water consumption data, namely, the current water consumption data is added into the historical water consumption data, so that the historical water consumption data which is continuously updated and corresponds to the user to be processed can be used for accurately predicting to obtain the predicted water consumption data corresponding to the user to be processed.
In addition, optionally, after the target user is obtained from the to-be-processed user through screening, the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user is stored in a preset prediction table, so that the required data can be acquired from the prediction table in the following process.
The prediction preset table may further include some information of the water heater corresponding to the target user, for example, information of an identifier, a volume, power, a type, and the like of the water heater, so that relevant personnel may obtain detailed information of the water heater. The identification may be a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the water heater.
S302, pushing the predicted water consumption data in the preset time period to a user terminal corresponding to the target user.
In the present embodiment, the earliest planned water usage time is determined from the planned water usage times included in the predicted water usage data. A time that is before the earliest planned water usage time and that differs from the earliest planned water usage time by a preset time is acquired and determined as a transmission time. When the sending time is reached, the predicted water consumption data in the preset time period is pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the target user, so that the predicted water consumption data is sent in advance, and the problem that the predicted water consumption data is not sent to the target user to enable the target user to confirm when a heating plan flow in the predicted water consumption data needs to be started is solved.
For example, the preset time is 30 minutes, and the predicted water usage data includes a planned water usage time of 6:00 and 12; 00, the earliest planned water usage time was 6:00, then 5: and 30, pushing the predicted water consumption data in the preset time period to a user terminal corresponding to the target user so as to confirm the target user corresponding to the user terminal.
In any of the above embodiments, optionally, the user terminal includes a voice device (e.g., a smart speaker, etc. capable of playing and collecting voice) and/or a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a smart watch, etc.), and then the implementation manner of S302 is: and pushing the predicted water consumption data to the voice equipment so that the voice equipment plays the predicted water consumption data. And/or pushing the predicted water consumption data to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal displays the predicted water consumption data.
And S303, acquiring response information corresponding to the water use prediction data transmitted by the user terminal.
In this embodiment, when the user terminal includes a voice device and/or a mobile terminal, response information sent by the voice device is acquired, where the response information is obtained by performing semantic analysis on voice data input by a target user based on predicted water consumption data. And/or acquiring response information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the response information is obtained according to information input by the target user based on the water consumption prediction data.
Specifically, when the user terminal includes a voice device, the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user is sent to the voice device, and the voice device plays the predicted water usage data in a voice manner, so that the target user can know the predicted water usage data, and confirm whether the predicted water usage data meets the actual water usage condition, that is, confirm whether the predicted water usage data needs to be modified, and then perform voice input. The voice equipment acquires voice data input by a target user, carries out semantic analysis on the voice data and generates corresponding response information, wherein the response information comprises a water use object and/or a water use purpose, negative execution information corresponding to the water use object and/or the water use purpose, planned water use time and effective execution information corresponding to the planned water use time, and/or custom water use information.
In addition, the response message may also include other types of messages, such as negative execution message corresponding to the planned water usage time, all invalid message, and all valid message. Negative execution information corresponding to the planned water usage time may be used to determine a heating plan flow that does not require startup.
Optionally, the negative execution information includes a first identifier indicating that the heating plan flow corresponding to the negative execution information is not required to be executed. It may be a number (e.g., 0), a word (e.g., none), or other types of characters, which are not limited herein. Similarly, the effective execution information includes a second identifier, which indicates that the heating plan flow corresponding to the effective execution information needs to be executed, and it may be a number (e.g., 1), a word (e.g., none), or other types of characters, which are not limited herein. The total invalid information includes a third flag indicating that the total heating plan flow in the predicted water usage data need not be executed. It may be a number (e.g., 2), a word (e.g., none), or other types of characters, which are not limited herein. The total available information includes a fourth flag indicating that the total heating plan flow in the predicted water usage data is to be executed. It may be a number (e.g., 3), a word (e.g., none), or other types of characters, which are not limited herein.
Specifically, when the user terminal includes a mobile terminal, the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user is sent to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal displays the predicted water usage data, the target user can know the predicted water usage data, whether the predicted water usage data meets the actual water usage condition is confirmed, that is, whether the predicted water usage data needs to be modified is confirmed, and then corresponding information is input into the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal acquires the information input by the target user, and then analyzes the information, namely extracts the keywords of the information to generate corresponding response information.
Optionally, the mobile terminal may display the data in a pop-up window form or directly display the data in a page when the water consumption data is actually predicted.
Further, when the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user is sent to the mobile terminal, the format of the predicted water usage data may be a table, or may be a picture format sliding left and right or up and down, or of course, the format of the predicted water usage data may be other types of formats as long as the mobile terminal can display the predicted water usage data.
For example, the predicted water usage data includes two planned heating courses, the first planned heating course is used for washing clothes, the planned water usage time is 19:00, the second planned heating course is used for bathing, and the planned water usage time is 21:00, as shown in fig. 4 (a), the current interface shows the first planned heating course, and the user slides to the right, and switches to the second planned heating course, as shown in fig. 4 (b).
S304, if the response information comprises: and deleting the heating plan flow corresponding to the water use object and/or the water use purpose in the predicted water use data.
In the present embodiment, when the response information corresponding to the predicted water usage data includes the water usage target and/or the water usage purpose and the corresponding negative execution information, indicating that the heating plan flow corresponding to the water usage target and/or the water usage purpose does not need to be started, i.e., the heating plan flow corresponding to the negative execution information does not need to be executed, the heating plan flow is deleted from the predicted water usage data.
Taking a specific application scenario as an example, after the voice device plays the voice of the predicted water consumption data to the target user, and the target user speaks the voice of no bath, the voice device analyzes the voice to generate response information including negative execution information corresponding to the purpose of water consumption, which is bath. Accordingly, the server receives the response information and deletes the heating schedule flow for bathing purpose from the predicted water consumption data.
And S305, if the response information comprises the planned water usage time and the corresponding effective execution information, acquiring a heating plan flow except the heating plan flow corresponding to the planned water usage time in the predicted water usage data, and determining the heating plan flow as a target heating plan flow.
And S306, deleting the target heating plan flow from the predicted water consumption data.
In this embodiment, when the response information corresponding to the predicted water usage data includes the scheduled water usage time and the valid execution information corresponding thereto, which indicates that the water heater needs to perform the heating operation at the scheduled water usage time, i.e., the heating scheduled flow corresponding to the scheduled heating water usage time needs to be started, it is determined that the heating scheduled flow corresponding to the scheduled water usage time in the predicted water usage data is valid, and the heating scheduled flow other than the target heating scheduled flow in the predicted water usage data, i.e., the target heating scheduled flow, is invalid and does not need to be started, so the target heating scheduled flow is deleted from the predicted water usage data. For example, when the predicted water usage data includes two planned heating flows, the planned water usage time for one planned heating flow is 6:00, the planned water consumption time corresponding to the other planned heating flow is 12:00, the response information includes a planned water usage time of 6:00 and its corresponding valid execution information, then determine 6:00 is valid, while 12: the planned heating schedule corresponding to 00 is invalid, i.e. 12:00 is the target heating planned flow, the 12:00 corresponds to a planned heating flow.
And S307, if the response information comprises the custom water consumption information, adding a to-be-set heating process corresponding to the to-be-set water consumption time in the custom water consumption information into the predicted water consumption data when the to-be-set water consumption time in the custom water consumption information is judged to be different from each planned water consumption time in the predicted water consumption data.
In this embodiment, when the response information corresponding to the predicted water usage data includes the customized water usage information, the self-defined water consumption information comprises at least one water consumption time to be set and information to be set corresponding to each water consumption time to be set, namely, the self-defined water consumption information comprises at least one heating process to be set, which indicates that the target user newly defines a water consumption plan, judging whether the water time to be set is the same as each planned water time in the predicted water use data or not for each water time to be set in the user-defined water use information, if the water time to be set is different from each planned water use time in the predicted water use data, indicating that the water time to be set is the new water use time input by the user, adding the water time to be set and the corresponding setting information to the predicted water use data, namely, the heating flow to be set corresponding to the water consumption time to be set is used as a heating plan flow and is added to the predicted water consumption data.
Optionally, if it is determined that the scheduled water usage time identical to the to-be-set water usage time exists in the predicted water usage data and indicates that the user may input a repeated water usage plan, further determining whether the to-be-set information corresponding to the to-be-set water usage time is identical to the setting information corresponding to the scheduled water usage time, that is, determining whether the to-be-set heating flow corresponding to the to-be-set water usage time is completely identical to the heating plan flow corresponding to the scheduled water usage time, if so, indicating that repeated setting is not needed, not modifying the heating plan flow corresponding to the scheduled water usage time and not adding the heating flow corresponding to the to-be-set water usage time, if not, indicating that the heating plan flow corresponding to the scheduled water usage time needs to be modified so that the heating plan flow conforms to the actual water usage situation, modifying the heating plan flow corresponding to the scheduled water usage time into the heating flow corresponding to the to-be-set water usage time, namely, the setting information corresponding to the planned water consumption time is modified into the information to be set corresponding to the water consumption time to be set.
Optionally, when the water usage time to be set is different from each planned water usage time, adding a heating process to be set corresponding to the water usage time to be set in the custom water usage information in the predicted water usage data, including:
and if the difference between the water consumption time to be set and each planned water consumption time is larger than a preset threshold value, adding a heating flow to be set corresponding to the water consumption time to be set in the user-defined water consumption information into the predicted water consumption data. And if the difference between the water consumption time to be set and one planned water consumption time is less than a preset threshold value, generating a water consumption inquiry request and sending the water consumption inquiry request to the user terminal. And when the obtained inquiry response information fed back by the user terminal is the combined water use time, deleting the heating plan flow corresponding to the planned water use time in the predicted water use data, and adding the heating plan flow corresponding to the water use time to be set in the user-defined water use information in the predicted water use data.
Specifically, when it is determined that the time to be set for water use is different from each planned water use time in the predicted water use data, it may be further determined whether a planned water use time close to the time to be set for water use exists in the predicted water use data, that is, it may be further determined whether a difference between the time to be set for water use and each planned water use time is greater than a preset threshold, and if both of the time to be set for water use and each planned water use time are greater than the preset threshold, the heating flow to be set corresponding to the time to be set for water use may be directly used as the planned heating flow and added to the predicted water use data.
If the planned water consumption time with the difference with the water consumption time to be set smaller than the preset threshold exists, in order to avoid heating for many times in a short time, the server generates a corresponding water consumption inquiry request and sends the request to the user terminal so as to inquire whether a target user corresponding to the user terminal needs to combine the heating process to be set corresponding to the water consumption time to be set with the heating planned process corresponding to the planned water consumption time. Wherein the inquiry water use request comprises the water use time to be set and a planned water use time which is different from the water use time to be set by less than a preset threshold value.
For convenience of description, a planned water usage time that differs from the water usage time to be set by less than a preset threshold value is taken as the first water usage time.
After receiving the inquiry response information fed back by the user terminal, when the inquiry response information is the combined water use time, which indicates that multiple times of heating in a short time is not needed, deleting the heating plan flow corresponding to the first water use time in the predicted water use data, and adding the to-be-set heating flow corresponding to the to-be-set water use time in the predicted water use data, namely adding the to-be-set water use time and the to-be-set information corresponding to the to-be-set water use time in the predicted water use data. When the inquiry response information indicates that the water using time is not available, the inquiry response information indicates that multiple times of heating are needed in a short time, the heating process to be set corresponding to the water using time to be set is directly added into the predicted water using data, and the heating process is changed into a scheduled heating process, namely the water using time to be set and the corresponding information to be set are added into the predicted water using data.
In addition, optionally, in order to facilitate the user confirmation, the heating plan flow in the predicted water usage data may be numbered, and the user may only input the corresponding number and the corresponding negative execution information or valid execution information when confirming.
In addition, optionally, after the predicted water consumption data is sent to the user terminal, if the response information fed back by the user terminal is not received after a period of time, the predicted water consumption data is sent again.
Furthermore, if the response information fed back by the user terminal has not been received at the earliest planned water usage time in the arrival predicted water usage data, the water heater is controlled to heat according to the predicted water usage data.
In addition, optionally, after determining the heating schedule flow that needs to be started, the server stores the heating schedule flow into a preset execution table, so that the water heater can be controlled to heat subsequently according to the content stored in the preset execution table.
And S308, performing corresponding heating operation on the water heater according to the modified predicted water consumption data.
In this embodiment, in the process of controlling the water heater to heat according to the modified predicted water data corresponding to the target user, that is, according to each planned heating flow in the modified predicted water data, for each planned heating flow, after the planned heating time corresponding to the planned heating flow is reached, the planned heating flow is started, that is, a corresponding control instruction is generated according to the information to be set corresponding to the planned heating time, and the control instruction is sent to the water heater, so that the water heater heats according to the information to be set in the control instruction, for example, if the information to be set includes the water temperature, the water heater sets the heating temperature according to the water temperature.
In addition, optionally, when the scheduled heating time corresponding to the scheduled heating flow is reached, the current temperature of the water heater is obtained, and if the current temperature is matched with the scheduled heating flow, the scheduled heating flow does not need to be started.
Further, when determining whether the current temperature is matched with the planned heating process, if the difference between the current temperature and the water temperature in the planned heating process is smaller than a preset temperature difference, determining that the current temperature and the water temperature are matched.
In addition, optionally, when it is monitored that one heating plan flow in the predicted water usage data is to be started, that is, when the water usage plan time corresponding to the heating plan flow is reached and the purpose of water usage in the heating plan flow is bathing, the position information of the target user corresponding to the heating plan flow is acquired. And if the distance between the position information and the water heater is greater than a preset distance threshold, delaying the planned water consumption time in the heating planned flow according to the distance between the position information and the water heater.
Furthermore, since the user generally carries a mobile terminal with him/her, when acquiring the position information of the target user corresponding to the heating plan flow, that is, when acquiring the position information of the target user corresponding to the predicted water consumption data, the position information of the mobile terminal corresponding to the target user may be acquired, that is, the position information of the mobile terminal is used as the position information of the target user.
Further, when the planned water usage time in the heating planned flow is delayed according to the distance between the position information and the water heater, the delay time corresponding to the distance can be obtained, then the planned water usage time is delayed according to the delay time, for example, the distance is 2 kilometers, the delay time corresponding to 2 kilometers is 40 minutes, and the planned water usage time is 17:00, then the planned water usage time after the delay is delayed according to the delay time is obtained, the planned water usage time after the delay is 17:40, and then the heating planned flow is restarted when the distance reaches 17:40, so that the flexible adjustment of the heating planned flow is realized.
In addition, optionally, if the distance between the location information and the water heater is greater than the preset distance threshold, a corresponding inquiry request may be directly generated and sent to the user terminal corresponding to the target user, so that the target user determines whether the heating plan process is still normally executed, and generates corresponding execution response information. And after acquiring the execution response information sent by the user terminal, the server starts the heating plan process when the execution response information is normally executed. And when the execution response information is delayed execution, obtaining the delay time in the execution response information, and delaying the planned water consumption time in the heating plan flow according to the delay time, so that the heating plan flow is confirmed according to the will of the user, the heating plan flow is more in line with the user's will, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, before executing the predicted water usage data corresponding to the target user, the server sends the predicted water usage data to the target user, so as to inform the target user of the predicted water usage data, that is, the predicted water usage plan, in a preset time period in advance, so that the target user determines whether the predicted water usage plan conforms to the actual water usage plan, and modifies the predicted water usage plan according to the actual water usage plan, so that when the water heater used by the target user is controlled to heat according to the predicted water usage plan, that is, the predicted water usage data, the heating demand of the user can be met better, and the user satisfaction is improved.
