Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment for speech control, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a speech control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring a voice instruction of the first object.
The voice instruction is used for controlling the target equipment to execute the target operation.
The target equipment can be kitchen equipment such as an oven, an electric pressure cooker, an air fryer, a microwave oven and the like, and can also be household electrical equipment such as an air conditioner, an electric fan, an electric heater, a water heater and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the voice instruction of the first object may be obtained in response to a preset wake-up word, where the preset wake-up word may be set by itself, for example, a small priority and a small priority.
The first object described above may be an object that needs to manipulate the target device.
The target operation described above may be an operation of setting the operation mode of the target apparatus, and may also be an operation of setting the operation time period of the target apparatus.
For example, the target device may be an oven, the operation mode of the target device may be that the temperature is set to 200 degrees, the operation time of the target device may be 1 hour, the voice command of the target device may be small, excellent, and the oven is turned on, the temperature is set to 200 degrees, and the timing is 1 hour.
In an alternative embodiment, the voice command of the first object may be acquired within a preset range, wherein the preset range may be set by itself, for example, a kitchen. The response can only be made when the kitchen sends a voice command.
Step S104, identifying the voice print information of the voice command.
In an alternative embodiment, the age of the first subject may be determined from the voiceprint information described above, wherein the voiceprint refers to an information map of the voice frequency spectrum of the speaker. The information graphs of the voice spectrum corresponding to the users in each age stage are different, so that the age of the first object can be determined according to the voice spectrum corresponding to the users in each age stage.
In another alternative embodiment, the voiceprint model may be trained in advance by using a first sample and a second sample, so as to recognize and obtain the voiceprint information of the voice instruction through the voiceprint model, wherein the first sample may be the voice information of the user whose age is smaller than or equal to a first preset age, and the second sample may be the voice information of the user whose age is greater than a second preset age.
Both the first preset age and the second preset age may be set to 13 years.
Step S106, based on the voiceprint information, determining the target age of the first object.
The voiceprint information can be distinguished into child voices and adult voices.
In an alternative embodiment, the target age of the first object may be determined according to voiceprint information recognized from the voice instruction, and if the voiceprint information shows that the age of the first object which issues the voice instruction is 12 years, the target age of the first object may be determined to be 12 years, and the first object may be determined to be a child, so as to perform a corresponding operation on the child.
If the age of the first object which issues the voice instruction is 18 years, the target age of the first object may be determined to be 18 years, and the first object may be determined to be an adult, so as to implement a corresponding operation for the adult.
In another alternative embodiment, if the voiceprint information shows that the target age of the first object is between 13 and half years old and 14 years old, the target age of the first object may be determined to be 13 years old, and the first object may be determined to be a child, so as to ensure the safety of the first object in operating the target device by using voice.
In yet another alternative embodiment, if the field environment is noisy and the noise is large, so that the target age of the first object cannot be accurately identified from the voiceprint information of the first object, the actual age of the first object may be queried, so as to implement the operation of the first object according to the answer of the first object, thereby avoiding the occurrence of unsafe accidents due to inaccurate voiceprint information caused by environmental factors, which may result in the target age of the first object not being accurately confirmed.
And step S108, prohibiting responding to the voice command when the target age is less than or equal to the first preset age.
The first preset age can be set by itself. For example, 13 years of age may be set.
In an alternative embodiment, in the case that the target age of the first object is less than or equal to the first preset age, the first object is identified as a child, and since the child operates the household appliance, such as an oven, to cause an accident such as burning, the response to the voice command may be prohibited when the first object is determined to be a child, so as to avoid the occurrence of an unsafe accident.
In an alternative embodiment, after disabling the response to the voice command, the second object associated with the first object may also be communicated, for example, by dialing a phone of the second object, so that the first object and the second object may communicate, wherein the second object may indicate to the first object via the phone that the operation is unsafe and inform the first object of leaving the kitchen to avoid an unsafe accident.
Illustratively, when a child controls the target device by voice in the kitchen alone, the parent can dial the phone so that the parent can stop the unsafe behavior of the child by the phone, and at the same time, the parent can know the occurrence of the event in time so that the parent can take other measures.
Through the steps, firstly, the voice instruction of the first object can be acquired, wherein the voice instruction is used for controlling the target device to execute the target operation, then, voiceprint information in the voice command is recognized, and based on the voiceprint information, a target age of the first object is determined, in the case where the target age is less than or equal to the first preset age, the determination of the age of the first subject controlling the target device by the voiceprint information is realized in response to the voice instruction being prohibited, in the case where the age of the first subject is small, the voice command in response to the control target apparatus is prohibited, can avoid the occurrence of unsafe accidents, and can effectively protect the safety of children at home, in addition, because whether the voice command is executed or not is distinguished according to the age, the voice command can be effectively controlled by adults through voice, the children are prevented from unsafe accidents, and the technical problem of low safety of voice control of the household appliances in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, in the case that the target age is less than or equal to the first preset age, after inhibiting the response to the voice instruction, the method further includes: and feeding back first prompt information to the first object, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the first object to prohibit responding to the voice instruction.
In an optional embodiment, in the case that the target age is less than or equal to the first preset age, after the voice instruction is prohibited from responding, a first prompt message may be further fed back to the first object to remind the first object to prohibit responding to the voice instruction, and explain the reason, so that the first object may know why the voice instruction is prohibited from responding, and take corresponding measures.
For example, when the age of the first object is detected to be 10 years, that is, the target age is less than the first preset age of 13 years, it may be determined that the first object is a child, and since there is a safety hazard when the child controls the target device by using voice, when the first object using the oven is detected to be a child, the first prompt information may be, for example: children can not operate dangerous equipment or be called dad mom to feed back to children so that children can realize that the operation is dangerous, and can be prompted to call parents to help so as to ensure the safety of children.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the first prompt message may be sent in a voice broadcast manner, and may also be sent to the first object in a short message manner, an applet message push manner, a telephone manner, or a watch phone manner.
Optionally, the method further comprises: acquiring voice content in the voice instruction; sending the voice content to preset equipment based on a preset rule, wherein the preset equipment is used for prompting the second object to determine whether to execute a voice instruction based on the voice content; and executing the voice instruction in response to confirmation information sent by the preset device, wherein the confirmation information is used for indicating that the second object determines to execute the voice instruction based on the voice content.
The voice content may be a keyword in a voice instruction, for example, a voice instruction "open oven, temperature set to 200 degrees, oven timed for 1 hour", 200 degrees, and the like.
The preset rule may be a text template set in advance, for example: "a child is operating [ target device ] in home by voice and set to [ mode ], please confirm whether [ target device ] in kitchen is turned on or not? ".
In an alternative embodiment, the voice content is sent to the preset device based on the preset rule, and the content displayed by the preset device may be "kids are operating [ oven ] in home by voice and set to [200 degrees ], please confirm whether to turn on [ oven ] in kitchen? "
The preset device may be a device held by a second object associated with the first object, for example, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, etc. of the second object. Wherein the second object may be a guardian of the first object, e.g. a parent or the like.
In another alternative embodiment, if the second object lets the first object go to the kitchen to control the target device with voice, it may be determined to execute the voice command when the preset device prompts the voice content displayed based on the preset rule, at which time the second object may press the control of "on" or "confirm" displayed in the preset device to transmit the confirmation information, at which time the voice command may be executed according to the transmitted confirmation information.
Optionally, the method further comprises: executing a voice instruction under the condition that the target age is greater than a second preset age; wherein the second predetermined age is greater than the first predetermined age.
In an alternative embodiment, in the case that the target age is greater than the second preset age, it indicates that the first object is not a child, and at this time, the voice command sent by the first object may be executed to implement the control of the target device according to the voice command.
The second preset age may be set to 13 years or 14 years.
Optionally, in the case that the target age is greater than the second preset age, after the voice instruction is executed, the method further includes: and feeding back second prompt information to the first object, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the first object to execute the voice instruction.
In an alternative embodiment, when the target age is greater than the second preset age, after the voice instruction is executed, the second prompt message may be fed back to the first object to inform that the first object has currently performed a corresponding operation on the target device, and only the first object needs to wait.
In another alternative embodiment, the second prompt message may be edited according to a voice content in the voice instruction and a preset text template, where the preset text template may be "target device has been set, mode timing [ duration ], and delicate bar is statically waited", the voice instruction is "the voice content may be a keyword in the voice instruction, and for example, the voice content in the voice instruction may be" oven on, temperature set to 200 degrees, and oven timing 1 hour ", 200 degrees, 1 hour. The edited second prompt message may be "you have set up [ oven ], [200 degrees ] at [1 hour ], and wait for deliciousness bar quietly".
In yet another alternative embodiment, the second prompt message may be sent in a voice broadcast manner, and may also be sent to the first object in a short message manner, an applet message push manner, a telephone manner, or a watch phone manner.
Optionally, the method further comprises: sending inquiry information to the first object under the condition that the target age is greater than a third preset age and less than a fourth preset age, wherein the inquiry information is used for inquiring the actual age of the first object; acquiring the actual age fed back by the first object; under the condition that the actual age is less than or equal to a first preset age, forbidding to respond to the voice command; wherein the third preset age is less than or equal to the first preset age, and the fourth preset age is greater than the second preset age.
The third predetermined age may be different from the first predetermined age by a predetermined age, and the fourth predetermined age may be different from the second predetermined age by a predetermined age. The preset age can be set to be 3 years old, and can be set by self.
In an optional embodiment, because the voiceprint of the user at a certain age stage is greatly different from the age identified by the voice identification model, when the age of the user is identified to be in a certain interval, namely between the third preset age and the fourth preset age, the accuracy of voiceprint identification can be determined by inquiring the first object, and meanwhile, the voiceprint model can be continuously optimized according to the actual age fed back by the first object, so that the accuracy of voiceprint model identification can be improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the first and second predetermined ages may be 13 years old, then the third predetermined age may be 10 years old, and the fourth predetermined age may be 16 years old. When it is detected that the target age is 12 years old, query information may be sent to the first object, and the query information may be how much to ask your actual age? If the answer of the first object is 10 years old, the first object is determined to be a child, and the response to the voice command is forbidden at the moment so as to avoid accidents of the child. If the first object answers 14 years of age, indicating that the first object is not a child, then voice instructions may be executed.
In another alternative embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the voiceprint model, the voiceprint model may be optimized according to the actual age of the first object after the query of the actual age of the first object is completed, in order to avoid frequently querying the first object, the query may be set not to be performed more than three times per day, or the query may not be performed after 10 times of query, so as to improve the efficiency of the voice control target device, and at the same time, the accuracy of the voiceprint information identified by the voiceprint model may also be ensured.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and executing the voice instruction under the condition that the actual age is greater than the second preset age.
In an alternative embodiment, in the case that the actual age is greater than the second preset age, it is safe to execute the voice command when the first object is not a child, and therefore, the target device may be controlled according to the voice command sent by the first object.
