And aiming at the other side, the device can have motion interference with a product when sliding up and down, and also needs to be arranged on the upper part and the middle part, corresponding transverse sliding is designed at different positions below the upper part and the lower part, the vertical sliding is avoided from interfering with the product, the left-right sliding ensures that the detection block is arranged at a theoretical detection position, and simultaneously, aiming at the same upper part of three products, the unified detection block can be designed to realize the function of detecting the molded surfaces of the same region position of the three models
The large bottom plate of the checking fixture is vertically placed, the bottom plate of the checking fixture is equivalent to a vehicle body, the product is assembled from the front and the back of the side edge in a simulated loading direction, left and right products are correspondingly assembled on the left and right sides of the large bottom plate of the checking fixture in the vertical placement, the loading left and right parts mode is completely simulated, and the assembly and the vertical placement are convenient and greatly save space.
The doorsill assemblies in the three states are correspondingly designed with all the positioning and fixing connection points fixedly connected with the vehicle body on the large bottom plate of the checking fixture, so that the doorsill assemblies in the three states can be guaranteed to be capable of being used for commonly checking the same bottom plate of the checking fixture (different products are involved, and the doorsill assemblies have the same fixing position, and the same fixing point can be designed on the checking fixture for fixing.
The threshold assembly in three states is characterized in that the detection tool is correspondingly provided with the same profile detection block at the position of the same profile at the upper part to realize the detection in three states. And similarly, the detection block of the detection tool and the detected product are correspondingly deviated by a certain distance (3mm) to detect the clearance profile or the surface difference (0mm) profile of the product.
The three-state threshold assembly is characterized in that the left-side region of the threshold assembly is different in modeling, the checking fixture is correspondingly provided with a fixed supporting panel, a sliding rail in a certain movement direction is designed on the panel, three detection blocks (detection blocks 1, 2 and 3) of different modeling in the region of a product are designed and installed on another panel, the panel is designed on the sliding rail, when the detection is performed on different products, the panel is deduced along the movement direction of the sliding rail, and after the detection is performed in place, the bolt is fixed to detect the molded surface of the product in a corresponding state. And similarly, the detection block of the detection tool and the detected product are correspondingly deviated by a certain distance (3mm) to detect the clearance profile or the surface difference (0mm) profile of the product.
The doorsill assemblies in the three states have different shapes in the right area and larger product difference, a sliding rail in the vertical direction is simply designed, and when the detection blocks in the three states are arranged, a non-corresponding detection block and a detection product are carried to interfere with each other, so that the interference is avoided by adding a sliding rail which moves transversely, namely, the transverse return of the detection block is carried out when the sliding rail slides up and down to the corresponding detection area. A large fixed supporting plate is correspondingly designed on the checking fixture, two sliding rails which move up and down are designed on the panel, hole positions and bolts of the upper sliding rail and the lower sliding rail at three heights are designed, and the bolts are used for fixing the theoretical height. And the detection block of the detection tool correspondingly deviates a certain distance (3mm) with the detected product to detect the clearance profile or the surface difference (0mm) profile of the product.
