本发明公开了轻型组合式防火墙板,具体涉及建筑房屋构件领域,包括板体、嵌板以及卡板,所述板体两端分别设置有嵌板和卡板,所述嵌板上开设有嵌槽,所述卡板上设置有卡头;所述板体包括有外层和内瓤,所述内瓤外侧由所述外层包裹,所述外层内部一侧均匀设置有隔板,所述隔板顶端对应的外层内部设置有挂板,所述挂板上滑动安装有伸板。本发明具有重量轻、强度高、组合安装快捷、拆卸方便,并能够延缓火势蔓延,防止雨雪堆积,结构简单,制造成本低,且对墙板制造的房屋使用更加安全,具有隔热、隔音,且能够防止鸟虫对板体内部进行破坏使得房屋结构稳定性变差的优点。

轻型组合式防火墙板
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑房屋构件技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及轻型组合式防火墙板。
背景技术
防火墙建筑设计专业术语,指防止火灾蔓延至相邻区域且耐火极限不低于3小时的不燃性墙体。用于划分防火分区,或防止建筑间火灾蔓延的重要分隔构件,能在火灾初期和灭火过程中,将火灾有效限制在一定空间内,阻断火灾在防火墙的一侧蔓延到另一侧,对于减少火灾损失具有重要作用,而防火墙板作为防止建筑间火灾蔓延的重要分隔构件在使用过程中,具有重要作用。
然而,现有的防火墙板防火性能好的,重量就比较高,重量轻的,防火性能却不如意,并且,现在的轻质防火墙板在安装时,较为麻烦,特别是一些轻质房屋的建造上,通常会出现密封性差,需要使用泡沫胶进行填堵,且切割处,内部材质均裸露在外面,容易令鸟虫进行叨啄,进行筑巢,在长久使用下,内部结构被破坏,使得房屋结构也处于危房状态,因此,现提出一种轻型组合式防火墙板。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供轻型组合式防火墙板,通过在墙板形成夹心结构,且在两组外层结构上设置为双层空心结构,且在墙板内部等距离之间设置隔板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:轻型组合式防火墙板,包括板体、嵌板以及卡板,所述板体两端分别设置有嵌板和卡板,所述嵌板上开设有嵌槽,所述卡板上设置有卡头;
所述板体包括有外层和内瓤,所述内瓤外侧由所述外层包裹,所述外层内部一侧均匀设置有隔板,所述隔板顶端对应的外层内部设置有挂板,所述挂板上滑动安装有伸板。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述外层由双层铁皮制成的空心结构,所述内瓤由聚氨脂发泡塑料制成的整体。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述板体一侧设置有两组嵌板,两组所述嵌板以板体中心为对称轴形成对称,所述板体另一侧设置有两组卡板,两组所述卡板上设置的卡头均朝向所述板体的对称轴的轴面,两组所述板体进行组装时,所述卡板上的卡头卡接在所述嵌板开设的嵌槽内。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述隔板是由所述外层制作材料双层铁皮的内层铁片折叠而成,所述隔板的高度为对应板体厚度的一半。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述挂板焊接在外层底端,并与底端的隔板在同一垂直面上,所述挂板上开设有滑槽,所述伸板滑动安装在滑槽内,所述伸板从挂板上伸出时与底端的隔板滑动相接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述内瓤底端均匀插接有隔板,并对每组隔板顶端对应的挂板上的伸板进行支撑。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述板体上下两面均匀设置有梯形雨槽,所述雨槽的尺寸与凸起部分尺寸相同。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述板体为长方形薄板,尺寸为2*3M。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、通过嵌板、嵌槽、卡板、卡头设置,与现有技术相比,在墙板进行使用,墙板见进行组装时,将一个墙板上卡板的卡头卡接在另一个墙板上设置的嵌板的嵌槽内,使得两个墙板卡接在一起,并且上下两端平齐,减少墙板安装时造成的密合性差,形成间隙,通过两个板能够进行配合卡接,减少了间隙的产生,方便墙板进行安装,节约墙板安装时间,提高安装效率;
2、通过外层对内瓤的包裹设置设置,与现有技术相比,内瓤内部形成整体度外层进行支撑,外层为双层结构,能够对板体受到外力挤压时,对内部的内瓤进行缓冲保护,防止内部折断,从而提高墙体的隔热、隔音性能;
3、通过挂板、伸板以及隔板的设置,当板体受到火灾影响时,当内瓤燃烧时,燃烧的内瓤对顶端伸板的支撑力消失,使得伸板从挂板的滑槽内在重力的作用下滑下,与底端的隔板相接,形成隔离密闭空间,对火势进行阻挡,减少空气的通入,从而减轻火势,并使火势在缺氧的条件下,渐渐熄灭或火势减小,从而提高火势的蔓延时间,为救援提供时间,减少因火灾而带来的财产损失;
4、通过在板体顶端均匀开设雨槽的设置,防止雨雪天气,由板体而建造的房顶产生积水以及积雪现象,能够将雨水快速排下,同时,防止积雪出现较大体积的雪块从房顶滑下,对房屋下的人员造成砸伤,同时,防止积雪过重,而导致板体受力过大,使得房顶产生塌陷,对房屋内的人以及其他财产造成损失。

如附图1-图8所示的轻型组合式防火墙板,包括板体100、嵌板200以及卡板300,所述板体100两端分别设置有嵌板200和卡板300,所述嵌板200上开设有嵌槽201,所述卡板300上设置有卡头301;
所述板体100包括有外层1和内瓤2,所述内瓤2外侧由所述外层1包裹,所述外层1内部一侧均匀设置有隔板5,所述隔板5顶端对应的外层1内部设置有挂板3,所述挂板3上滑动安装有伸板4。
如附图6和图7所示,所述外层1由双层铁皮制成的空心结构,所述内瓤2由聚氨脂发泡塑料制成的整体,为了使板体100的整体重量更轻,外层1双层铁皮的空心结构,能够对外层1受到外力时,起一定的缓冲,防止直接用力通过外层1与内瓤2接触,使得内瓤2整体结构破坏,从而使得隔音性以及隔热性变差。
如附图1-图5所示,所述板体100一侧设置有两组嵌板200,两组所述嵌板200以板体100中心为对称轴形成对称,所述板体100另一侧设置有两组卡板300,两组所述卡板300上设置的卡头301均朝向所述板体100的对称轴的轴面,两组所述板体100进行组装时,所述卡板300上的卡头301卡接在所述嵌板200开设的嵌槽201内,以便于对墙板进行组装使用时,将一个墙板上卡板300的卡头301卡接在另一个墙板上设置的嵌板200的嵌槽201内,使得两个墙板卡接在一起,并且上下两端平齐,减少墙板安装时造成的密合性差,形成间隙,通过两个板能够进行配合卡接,减少了间隙的产生,方便墙板进行安装,节约墙板安装时间,提高安装效率。
如附图6-图8所示,所述隔板5是由所述外层1制作材料双层铁皮的内层铁片折叠而成,所述隔板5的高度为对应板体100厚度的一半,以便于隔板5对内瓤2进行固定的同时,不破坏内瓤2的整体,使得内瓤2的隔音性以及隔热性不被破坏,隔板5由外层1制作材料双层铁皮的内层铁片折叠而成能够方便加工,在外层1进行加工时,能够将隔板5设置好,减少板体100制作的工序。
如附图6和图7所示,所述挂板3焊接在外层1底端,并与底端的隔板5在同一垂直面上,所述挂板3上开设有滑槽,所述伸板4滑动安装在滑槽内,所述伸板4从挂板3上伸出时与底端的隔板5滑动相接,以便于板体100内部的内瓤2受到火灾影响时,内瓤2在火势的作用下燃烧,使得内瓤2对一侧顶端挂板3上的伸板4的支撑力消失,使得伸板4在重力的作用下在滑槽内下滑,使得伸板4底端与隔板5的侧面相接,形成密封结构,对火势进行阻挡,并使得另一侧与空气进行隔绝,减少氧气的供给,从而使得火势对另一侧的影响减小,降低火势的蔓延速度,从而为救援提供足够的时间,减少财产损失。
如附图6和图7所示,所述内瓤2底端均匀插接有隔板5,并对每组隔板5顶端对应的挂板3上的伸板4进行支撑,以便于形成隔离带在受到火灾影响时,减小火势蔓延的速度。
如附图1-图3所示,所述板体100上下两面均匀设置有梯形雨槽,所述雨槽的尺寸与凸起部分尺寸相同,雨槽方便雨水的排放,并且能够在大雪天气,降低积雪的厚度,在大雪天气时,雪花落在板体100顶端,随着雪花的堆积,使得重力越来越重,在重力的作用下,使得雨槽两侧顶端的积雪进行侧滑,对雨槽内的积雪进行挤压,从而使得积雪产生动力,积雪在板体100平滑的顶面上产生滑动,又因房屋的建造都具有一定的倾斜角度,从而使得雨槽内的积雪在动力以及自身重力的作用下从雨槽内缓慢滑下,减小板体100顶端受到积雪的重力作用,防止因积雪过多而造成板体100形成塌陷,从而使得房体更加稳固,安全。
如附图1所示,所述板体100为长方形薄板,尺寸为2*3M。
本发明工作原理:在进行使用时,将多组板体100组合在一起,形成墙面或房屋顶面,具体为,将一个墙板上卡板300的卡头301卡接在另一个墙板上设置的嵌板200的嵌槽201内,使得两个墙板卡接在一起,并且上下两端平齐,从而嵌合在一起,方便气枪进行钉接,减少人工进行辅助所用的步骤,同时,防止形成间隙,而使用可燃物泡沫胶进行填堵,在组装完成进行使用时,特别是由墙板构成的房屋受到火灾影响时,板体100内部的内瓤2在火势的作用下燃烧,使得内瓤2对一侧顶端挂板3上的伸板4的支撑力消失,使得伸板4在重力的作用下在滑槽内下滑,使得伸板4底端与隔板5的侧面相接,形成密封结构,对火势进行阻挡,同时在房屋受到雨雪天气时,通过雨槽的设置,能够对雨雪进行快速排到房屋下面,防止堆积,并在使用的过程中,在房顶侧面裸露的板体100由内部的伸板4和隔板5对内瓤与外界进行隔离,防止鸟虫对软性内瓤2进行破坏。
本发明具有重量轻、强度高、组合安装快捷、拆卸方便,并能够延缓火势蔓延,防止雨雪堆积,结构简单,制造成本低,且对墙板制造的房屋使用更加安全,具有隔热、隔音,且能够防止鸟虫对板体100内部进行破坏使得房屋结构稳定性变差的优点。
