under the drive of the driving motor 61, the helical blade 23 rotates, the rapeseeds with internal impurities screened are conveyed into the stir-frying part 3, the heating block 35 is used for heating, and simultaneously the stir-frying block 33 and the scraper 32 are driven by the motor to stir-fry the rapeseeds, so that the rapeseeds are uniformly heated;
in the stir-frying process, the temperature sensor 34 and the humidity sensor 51 work simultaneously, when the temperature is abnormal, the temperature of the heating block 35 is adjusted in time to avoid gelatinization or incomplete curing of the rapeseed, and when the humidity is too high or reaches the set humidity, the linear motor 10 pushes the water tank 41 away from the lower part of the cam 7, so that the automatic control in the stir-frying process is realized.
In the embodiment, the rotating shaft 62 drives the cam 7, the scraper 32 and the stir-frying block 33 to rotate simultaneously, the stir-frying block 33 stirs the rapeseeds, and the scraper 32 scrapes the rapeseeds attached to the heating block 35, so that the problem that the bottom of the traditional seed frying machine is pasted due to the fact that the bottom of the traditional seed frying machine is not effectively stirred in the stirring process is solved; meanwhile, the cam 7 is contacted with the pressing pump once in each rotation process, and water is applied to the rapeseeds while stirring, so that the water is more uniformly sprayed, steam is increased when the rapeseeds are fried, and the rapeseeds are quickly cooked; when the pressure lever 48 is squeezed, the pressure lever 48 drives the piston 46 to press the spring 47 downwards, at this time, the floating ball 45 is blocked by the suction pipe 44, the water in the water storage cylinder 42 is sprayed into the stir-frying part 3 from the water pipe 43, meanwhile, because the water pipe 43 is provided with the one-way valve, when the pressure lever 48 is reset, the pressure in the water storage cylinder 42 is greater than the pressure in the water tank 41, the water flow impacts the floating ball 45 through the suction pipe 44 and flows into the water storage cylinder 42, after the pressure is balanced, the floating ball 45 supports against the mouth of the suction pipe 44, the water flow temporarily stores in the water storage cylinder 42, the water is sprayed under the next pressing, the automatic water application function is realized through the matching of the cam 7 and the pressing pump, meanwhile, the humidity sensor 51 is arranged in the exhaust funnel 5, but when the internal humidity is detected to be higher than the set value, the linear motor 10 receives an instruction to push the water tank 41, the pressing pump deviates from the lower part of the cam 7, when the humidity is too low, the linear motor 10 pulls the water tank 41 back to the lower part of the cam 7, automatic control of water sprinkling is realized; the temperature sensor 34 is arranged in the shell 31, the temperature sensor 34 detects the internal temperature of the shell 31, and when the temperature is abnormal, the working temperature of the heating block 35 is adjusted in time, so that the automatic control of heating is realized; the first rolling belt 121 is arranged to be in a zigzag shape, the length of the first rolling belt 121 is larger than that of the second rolling belt 122, the second rolling belt 122 is arranged on the outer side of the break angle of the first rolling belt 121, the contact distance between the first rolling belt 121 and the second rolling belt 122 is reduced, the phenomenon that rapeseed is excessively rolled and crushed in the blanking process is avoided, meanwhile, the blank rolling operation of grass seeds can be met, the quality of machine-squeezed crude oil can be improved by damaging the structure of the tea seeds, impurities in the oil are reduced, the oil yield can be improved, and the quality of seed frying is ensured; through the setting of a sieve section of thick bamboo 22 and a plurality of helical blade 23, make the inside a plurality of transfer passage that form of a sieve section of thick bamboo 22, at transportation process, will mix and the impurity in the rape seed filters, discharges through collecting vessel 21, simultaneously through a plurality of transfer passage, the transportation of dispersion rape seed alleviates the rape seed and flows into the speed of turning over the portion of stir-fry 3, realizes evenly turning over of rape seed and fries.
