The first aspect of the invention provides a water-based paint containing shell powder, which comprises, by weight, 60-75 parts of natural antibacterial substances, 30-50 parts of inorganic aggregate, 1-10 parts of thickener and 5-15 parts of acrylic acid copolymer.
In one embodiment, the natural antibacterial agent comprises 70 parts of natural antibacterial substances, 41 parts of inorganic aggregate, 5 parts of thickener and 10 parts of acrylic copolymer in parts by weight.
In one embodiment, the natural antimicrobial substance is shell powder.

In one embodiment, the inorganic aggregate is a calcium salt and/or a silicate.
Preferably, the silicate is magnesium aluminosilicate or magnesium silicate salt.
Further preferably, the magnesium aluminosilicate has an apparent viscosity of 20-25mpa.s; more preferably 22mpa.s.
Apparent viscosity in this application refers to apparent viscosity at 25 ℃.
More preferably, the magnesium alumino silicate is attapulgite.
The attapulgite is purchased from Sixian Yuan Xin metallurgical casting material factory.
Preferably, the salt is gray calcium powder.
Preferably, the magnesium silicate salt is talcum powder.
Further preferably, the particle size of the talcum powder is 325-600 meshes.

Preferably, the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer has an acrylic acid content of 5 to 10wt%, more preferably 7wt%.
The applicant applied a related patent of water-based paint before, found that layering occurs after a period of time in the using process of adding water and stirring, and needs to be mixed and stirred again, and then the applicant unexpectedly found in experiments that when inorganic aggregate is calcium salt and silicate, especially gray calcium powder, attapulgite and talcum powder, the weight ratio of the inorganic aggregate is (5-15): 1: (28-32), the apparent viscosity of the attapulgite is 20-25mpa.s, the particle size of the ash calcium powder is 400-1000 meshes, and the particle size of the talcum powder is 325-600 meshes, when the attapulgite is used in water, layering phenomenon does not occur in 5h, and the applicant believes that the possible reason is that the addition of the specific ash calcium powder leads the viscosity of the water-based paint to be in a gradually-enhanced trend in the process of stirring with water, and the gradually-formed water-based paint molecules interact with each other along with the increase of the viscosity in the process of processing stirring, so that water molecules fully act in the water-based paint, and meanwhile, the stability of the water molecules among the water-based paint molecules is increased in the process of stirring by the attapulgite with a specific chain lamellar structure and the talcum powder with a lamellar structure.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a water-based paint containing shell powder, which comprises the following steps: adding natural antibacterial substances, inorganic aggregate, thickener and acrylic acid copolymer into a stirrer, and mixing.
