Specifically, a linear sliding groove 321 is provided at a position on the slide rail 32 corresponding to the slider 311, and the slider 311 can slide along the linear sliding groove 321.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the locking mechanism 3 further includes a spring 33, the spring 33 is disposed outside the side wall of the case 1 in the front-rear direction, one end of the spring 33 is fixed to the slider 311, and the other end of the spring 33 is fixed to the case 1 or a component near the case 1. For example, the other end of the spring 33 may also be fixed with the slide rail 32. When the partition plate 21 is fixedly arranged in the box cavity 101, the spring 33 is arranged to press the lock tongue 312 in the lock groove 212, so that the lock tongue 312 is prevented from being separated from the lock groove 212, when the partition plate 21 is arranged in the box cavity 101, the spring 33 is arranged to enable the lock tongue 312 to automatically enter the lock groove 212 from the outside of the lock groove 212, and the installation is quicker and more convenient.
Optionally, the locking mechanism 3 further includes a dial 313, and the dial 313 is disposed on the sliding block 311 and is used for facilitating the movement of the dial 311 in the front-back direction. Preferably, the pick 313 extends up and down and is fixed on one side of the slider 311 facing the box cavity 101, and the pick 313 penetrates through a side wall of the box cavity 101.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the partition 21 includes a base 213 and a cover plate 214, the base 213 includes a base body 2131, a left supporting member 2132 and a right supporting member 2133, the left supporting member 2132 and the right supporting member 2133 are correspondingly disposed at the left end and the right end of the base body 2131, the lower end of the left supporting member 2132 and the lower end of the right supporting member 2133 are fixed to the base body 2131, for example, the left supporting member 2132 and the right supporting member 2133 may be integrally formed with the base body 2131. The cover plate 214 covers the upper ends of the left and right supporting pieces 2132 and 2133. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, bayonets 2134 are formed in the side walls of the left support piece 2132 and the right support piece 2133 opposite to the side wall of the box cavity 101, as shown in fig. 6, a protruding column 2141 which is matched with the left support piece 2132 and the right support piece 2133 in shape is arranged at the bottom of the cover plate 214, and a clamping structure 2142 which is clamped and fixed with the bayonets 2134 is arranged at the position where the protruding column 2141 corresponds to the bayonets 2134.
As shown in fig. 3, the first clamping mechanism 221 is supported between the base body 2131 and the cover plate 214 by the first shaft 2213, and the second clamping mechanism 222 is supported between the base body 2131 and the cover plate 214 by the second shaft 2223, so that the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 can be stably fixed. In a specific example, as shown in fig. 8, the top of the base body 2131 is provided with two first rotating shaft mounting holes 2135 for correspondingly mounting the lower ends of the first shafts 2213 and the lower ends of the second shafts 2223, and as shown in fig. 6, the bottom of the cover plate 214 is provided with two second rotating shaft mounting holes 2143 for correspondingly mounting the upper ends of the first shafts 2213 and the upper ends of the second shafts 2223.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 8 and 12, the cross sections of the left supporting piece 2132 and the right supporting piece 2133 are both trapezoidal, the left supporting piece 2132 and the right supporting piece 2133 are symmetrically arranged, and the width of the opposite side of the left supporting piece 2132 and the right supporting piece 2133 is smaller, so that the shapes of the left supporting piece 2132 and the right supporting piece 2133 are matched with the clamping mechanism 22, and the interference with the movement of the clamping mechanism 22 is not easy to occur, which is beneficial to increasing the openable opening angle range of the clamping mechanism 22.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 12, the cover plate 214 has a front flange 2144 and a rear flange 2145 extending downward, the front flange 2144 being spaced apart forward of the left support 2132 and the right support 2133, the rear flange 2145 being spaced apart rearward of the left support 2132 and the right support 2133;
when the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are arranged in a left-right back direction, the minimum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 is determined by the rear side surface limit of the front flange 2144, when the clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 is minimum, the other end of the first clamping block 2211 and the other end of the third clamping block 2221 protrude forward from the cover plate 214, the maximum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 is determined by the front side surface limit of the cover plate 214, the minimum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the front side surface limit of the rear flange 2145, when the clamping opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is minimum, the other end of the second clamping block 2212 and the other end of the fourth clamping block 2222 protrude forward from the cover plate 214, the maximum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the rear side surface limit of the cover plate 214, therefore, the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are located in the set position range, the use is more convenient, and the appearance is more attractive.
The maximum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 is determined by the front side limit of the cover plate 214, and the maximum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the rear side limit of the cover plate 214, because the cup with the largest diameter which can be accommodated by the cup holder cavity is that after the cup is placed in the cup holder cavity, the outer wall of the cup is in contact with the cover plate 214, at this time, the maximum opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 or between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is also determined, and therefore, the maximum opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 is determined by the limit of the cover plate 214; the maximum opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the stop of the cover plate 214.
When the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are arranged back to back, the minimum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the second clamping block 2212 is determined by the back side limit of the front flange 2144, when the clamping opening angle of the first clamping block 2211 and the second clamping block 2212 is minimum, the other end of the first clamping block 2211 and the other end of the second clamping block 2212 protrude forward from the cover plate 214, the maximum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block 2211 and the second clamping block 2212 is determined by the front side limit of the cover plate 214, the minimum clamping opening angle between the third clamping block 2221 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the front side limit of the back flange 2145, when the clamping opening angle of the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is minimum, the other end of the second clamping block 2212 and the other end of the fourth clamping block 2222 protrude backward from the cover plate 214, the maximum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 is determined by the back side limit of the cover plate 214, therefore, the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are located in the set position range, the use is more convenient, and the appearance is more attractive.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 12, the upper end of the first clamping block 2211 is provided with a first stopper 22111, the upper end of the second clamping block 2212 is provided with a second stopper 22121, the upper end of the third clamping block 2221 is provided with a third stopper 22211, and the upper end of the fourth clamping block 2222 is provided with a fourth stopper 22221;

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the front side and the rear side of the left support 2132, and the front side and the rear side of the right support 2133 are both provided with the avoiding holes 215, and the avoiding holes 215 are disposed to avoid interference between the first stopper 22111, the second stopper 22121, the third stopper 22211, and the fourth stopper 22221 and the left support 2132 and the right support 2133 during normal movement.
The variable cup holder 1000 according to the present invention will be described with reference to a specific example.
In this specific example, as shown in fig. 1 to 12, the variable cup holder 1000 includes a case 1, a diaphragm assembly 2, and a lock mechanism 3. The box body 1 is provided with a box cavity 101 with an upward opening; the partition plate assembly 2 is arranged in the box cavity 101 in the left-right direction, and divides the box cavity 101 into a front cup stand cavity and a rear cup stand cavity, and the two cup stand cavities are respectively used for placing cups; the diaphragm assembly 2 includes a diaphragm 21 and a clamping mechanism 22.
The partition 21 includes a base 213 and a cover plate 214, the base 213 includes a base body 2131, a left support 2132 and a right support 2133, the left support 2132 and the right support 2133 are correspondingly disposed at the left end and the right end of the base body 2131, the lower end of the left support 2132 and the lower end of the right support 2133 are fixed to the base body 2131, the cover plate 214 covers the upper end of the left support 2132 and the upper end of the right support 2133, the first clamping mechanism 221 is supported between the base body 2131 and the cover plate 214 by a first shaft 2213, the second clamping mechanism 222 is supported between the base body 2131 and the cover plate 214 by a second shaft 2223, the cover plate 214 has a front turned edge 2144 and a rear turned edge 2145 extending downward, the front turned edge 2144 is spaced in front of the left support 2132 and the right support 2133, and the rear turned edge 2145 is spaced behind the left support 2132 and the right support 2133. The left end and the right end of the partition plate 21 are respectively provided with a vertical limiting groove 211, the left side wall and the right side wall of the box cavity 101 are respectively provided with a vertical limiting rib 102, and the limiting grooves 211 are matched with the limiting ribs 102 and used for limiting the front and back movement of the partition plate 21.
A clamping mechanism 22 is mounted on the partition 21, and the clamping mechanism 22 is used for clamping the cups placed in the two cup holder cavities. The clamping mechanism 22 comprises a first clamping mechanism 221 and a second clamping mechanism 222 which are arranged oppositely; the first clamping mechanism 221 includes a first clamping block 2211, a second clamping block 2212, a first shaft 2213 and a first spring 2214, the first shaft 2213 is vertically arranged on the partition 21, one end of the first clamping block 2211 and one end of the second clamping block 2212 are respectively rotatably mounted on the first shaft 2213, and the first spring 2214 is arranged between the first clamping block 2211 and the second clamping block 2212; the second clamping mechanism 222 comprises a third clamping block 2221, a fourth clamping block 2222, a second shaft 2223 and a second spring 2224, the second shaft 2223 is vertically arranged on the partition plate 21, one end of the third clamping block 2221 and one end of the fourth clamping block 2222 are respectively rotatably arranged on the second shaft 2223, and the second spring 2224 is arranged between the third clamping block 2221 and the fourth clamping block 2222; the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are arranged in a left-right back direction, the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 are used for clamping a cup in the previous cup holder cavity, and the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 are used for clamping a cup in the next cup holder cavity.
The locking mechanism 3 is arranged on the left side or the right side of the box body 1 and is used for limiting the partition plate 21 to move up and down, a locking groove 212 is formed in one end, corresponding to the locking mechanism 3, of the partition plate 21, and the notch of the locking groove 212 faces forwards; the locking mechanism 3 comprises a lock body 31, wherein the lock body 31 comprises a sliding block 311 and a locking bolt 312 positioned on the sliding block 311; the slider 311 is disposed outside the side wall of the case body 1, the slider 311 is slidable between a first position and a second position in the front-rear direction, the latch tongue 312 penetrates the side wall of the case body 1, the latch tongue 312 enters the latch groove 212 from the notch of the latch groove 212 when the slider 311 slides from the first position to the second position, and the latch tongue 312 disengages from the notch of the latch groove 212 when the slider 311 slides from the second position to the first position.
The locking mechanism 3 further comprises a spring 33, the spring 33 is arranged outside the side wall of the box body 1 along the front-back direction, one end of the spring 33 is fixed with the slide block 311, and the other end of the spring 33 is fixed with the box body 1 or with a component near the box body 1.
The upper end of the first clamping block 2211 is provided with a first limit part 22111, the upper end of the second clamping block 2212 is provided with a second limit part 22121, the upper end of the third clamping block 2221 is provided with a third limit part 22211, and the upper end of the fourth clamping block 2222 is provided with a fourth limit part 22221; the first clamping mechanism 221 and the second clamping mechanism 222 are arranged in a left-right back direction, when the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 are located at the minimum clamping angle position, the first limit part 22111 and the third limit part 22211 respectively abut against the rear side surface of the front flange 2144, and when the first clamping block 2211 and the third clamping block 2221 are located at the maximum clamping angle position, the front side surface of the first clamping block 2211 and the front side surface of the second clamping block 2212 are flush with the front side surface of the cover plate 214; when the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 are at the minimum clamping angle position, the second limit stop portion 22121 and the fourth limit stop portion 22221 respectively abut against the front side of the rear flange 2145, and when the second clamping block 2212 and the fourth clamping block 2222 are at the maximum clamping angle position, the rear side of the second clamping block 2212 and the rear side of the fourth clamping block 2222 are flush with the rear side of the cover plate 214.
Each functional component in the variable cup holder 1000 of this specific example has the same function as the corresponding functional component in the foregoing, and is not described again here.
According to the variable cup stand 1000 of the specific example, when in use, because the partition plate 21 of the partition plate assembly 2 is detachably fixed with the box body 1, the partition plate assembly 2 can be detached from the box body 1, so that the box body 1 has a larger space for storing articles, larger articles can be conveniently stored, and the space of the box cavity 101 of the box body 1 can be fully utilized; when baffle assembly 2 was fixed in box 101, because baffle assembly 2 has fixture 22, consequently, after putting into the saucer chamber with the cup, fixture 22 can carry out fine centre gripping fixedly to the cup, avoids the cup to take place to rock or topple over. Therefore, the cup stand with the changeable storage space is arranged, so that the cup stand can be used for storing articles with larger volume besides storing the cup, the use convenience and the space utilization rate of the cup stand as the storage space are improved, and meanwhile, the cup stand has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and good use reliability.

1. A variable cup holder, comprising:

The variable cup holder according to claim 1, wherein said gripping mechanism comprises a first gripping mechanism and a second gripping mechanism disposed in a back-to-back arrangement; the first clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping block, a second clamping block, a first shaft and a first spring, the first shaft is vertically arranged on the partition plate, one end of the first clamping block and one end of the second clamping block are respectively and rotatably arranged on the first shaft, and the first spring is arranged between the first clamping block and the second clamping block; the second clamping mechanism comprises a third clamping block, a fourth clamping block, a second shaft and a second spring, the second shaft is vertically arranged on the partition plate, one end of the third clamping block and one end of the fourth clamping block are respectively and rotatably arranged on the second shaft, and the second spring is arranged between the third clamping block and the fourth clamping block;
when the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are arranged in a left-right back direction, the first clamping block and the third clamping block are used for clamping a cup in the previous cup stand cavity, and the second clamping block and the fourth clamping block are used for clamping a cup in the next cup stand cavity;
when the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are arranged back to back, the first clamping block and the second clamping block are used for clamping a previous cup in the cup stand cavity, and the third clamping block and the fourth clamping block are used for clamping a next cup in the cup stand cavity.
3. The variable cup holder according to claim 2, wherein left and right ends of the partition plate are engaged with left and right side walls of the box cavity, respectively, for restricting the partition plate from moving in the front-rear direction.

The variable cup holder according to claim 3, wherein the left end and the right end of the partition plate are respectively provided with a vertical limiting groove, the left side wall and the right side wall of the box cavity are respectively provided with a vertical limiting rib, and the limiting grooves are matched with the limiting ribs.
5. A variable cup holder according to claim 3, further comprising a lock mechanism provided on the left or right side of the case body for restricting the partition plate from moving up and down.

A variable cup holder according to claim 5, wherein a lock groove is provided at an end of the partition plate corresponding to the locking mechanism, and a notch of the lock groove faces forward or backward; the locking mechanism comprises a lock body, and the lock body comprises a sliding block and a lock tongue positioned on the sliding block; the slider is arranged outside the side wall of the box body, the slider is slidable between a first position and a second position in the front-back direction, the lock tongue penetrates through the side wall of the box body, when the slider slides from the first position to the second position, the lock tongue enters the lock groove from the notch, and when the slider slides from the second position to the first position, the lock tongue is separated from the lock groove from the notch.

The variable cup holder according to claim 6, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a spring disposed outside a side wall of the case in a front-rear direction, one end of the spring being fixed to the slider, and the other end of the spring being fixed to the case or a member near the case.

The variable cup holder according to claim 1, wherein the partition plate comprises a base and a cover plate, the base comprises a base body, a left supporting member and a right supporting member, the left supporting member and the right supporting member are correspondingly distributed at the left end and the right end of the base body, the lower end of the left supporting member and the lower end of the right supporting member are fixed with the base body, the cover plate is covered at the upper end of the left supporting member and the upper end of the right supporting member, the first clamping mechanism is supported between the base body and the cover plate through the first shaft, and the second clamping mechanism is supported between the base body and the cover plate through the second shaft.
9. The variable cup holder according to claim 8, wherein the cover plate has a front flange and a rear flange extending downward, the front flange being spaced forward of the left and right supports, the rear flange being spaced rearward of the left and right supports;
when the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are arranged in a left-right back direction, the minimum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block and the third clamping block is determined by the limit stop of the rear side face of the front flanging, the maximum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block and the third clamping block is determined by the limit stop of the front side face of the cover plate, the minimum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block and the fourth clamping block is determined by the limit stop of the front side face of the rear flanging, and the maximum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block and the fourth clamping block is determined by the limit stop of the rear side face of the cover plate;
when the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are arranged back to back, the minimum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block and the second clamping block is determined by the limit of the rear side face of the front flange, the maximum clamping opening angle between the first clamping block and the second clamping block is determined by the limit of the front side face of the cover plate, the minimum clamping opening angle between the third clamping block and the fourth clamping block is determined by the limit of the front side face of the rear flange, and the maximum clamping opening angle between the second clamping block and the fourth clamping block is determined by the limit of the rear side face of the cover plate.

The variable cup holder according to claim 9, wherein a first stopper is provided at an upper end of the first clamping block, a second stopper is provided at an upper end of the second clamping block, a third stopper is provided at an upper end of the third clamping block, and a fourth stopper is provided at an upper end of the fourth clamping block;
