The transverse proximity switch arranged on the transverse moving frame 401 is used for detecting whether the transverse moving frame 401 is at a station, specifically, the transverse proximity switch sends a longitudinal moving signal to the controller when the transverse moving frame 401 moves to a position above the filter press 3 at a specified station, and the controller controls the longitudinal driving motor 502 to start to prepare for mud scraping operation when receiving the longitudinal moving signal. In this embodiment, the longitudinal driving reducer 503 is disposed in the middle of the right side of the longitudinal moving frame 501; two longitudinal driven rollers 506 are provided to support the longitudinally moving frame 501.
The operation of the longitudinal movement mechanism 5 will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings:
after the longitudinal driving motor 502 is connected with the longitudinal driving reducer 503, the torque is transmitted to the longitudinal transmission shaft 504, the longitudinal transmission shaft 504 drives the longitudinal driving gear 505 to rotate, the longitudinal driving gear 505 is meshed with the longitudinal driving rack 10 on the corresponding side and is matched with the longitudinal driven roller 506 on the corresponding side, so that the longitudinal moving frame 501 moves along the longitudinal guide rail 9. Specifically, the longitudinal limit switch sends a longitudinal stop moving signal to the controller when contacting the limit baffle on the corresponding side, and the controller controls the longitudinal driving motor 502 to stop when receiving the longitudinal stop moving signal.
The method for automatically scraping the mud of the filter press by using the automatic mud scraping device of the filter press comprises the following steps:
step 1: the controller controls the transverse driving motor 402 to start, so that the transverse moving mechanism 4 moves along the transverse guide rail 2 on the support frame 1, and controls the transverse driving motor 402 to stop rotating after the transverse moving mechanism 4 moves right above the filter press 3;
step 2: the controller controls the longitudinal driving motor 502 to start, so that the longitudinal moving mechanism 5 moves along the longitudinal guide rail 9 on the transverse moving frame 401, and simultaneously controls the pulling plate trolley of the filter press 3 to move, and when the position of the pulling plate trolley coincides with the position of the mud scraping mechanism 7, the longitudinal driving motor 502 is controlled to stop rotating;
and step 3: the controller controls the execution driving motor 810 to start, drives the corresponding synchronous belt lifting assembly to move, drives the corresponding middle fixing frame 807 to lift through the corresponding sliding block 808, so that the mud scraping plate 701 moves up and down, controls the electric push rod 702 to stretch out and draw back when the mud scraping plate 701 moves up and down, thereby controlling the mud scraping plate 701 to open and close for mud scraping, and controls the corresponding execution driving motor 810 and the electric push rod 702 to close when the mud scraping working time reaches the preset mud scraping working time threshold value.

Claims (9)

1. The mud scraping mechanism is characterized by comprising a fixed frame (801), wherein synchronous belt lifting assemblies are arranged on two sides of the fixed frame (801), each synchronous belt lifting assembly comprises a belt wheel fixing seat (806), a driven belt wheel (805) arranged in each belt wheel fixing seat (806), a driving belt wheel (804) arranged above the corresponding driven belt wheel (805), and a synchronous belt (802) sleeved on the driving belt wheel (804) and the corresponding driven belt wheel (805), and the two driving belt wheels (804) are connected through an execution transmission shaft (803); an execution driving motor (810) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the fixed frame (801), the execution driving motor (810) is connected with an execution driving speed reducer (811), and the output shaft of the execution driving speed reducer (811) is connected with one end of the execution transmission shaft (803);
vertical guide rails (809) are arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the fixed frame (801), a middle fixing frame (807) is arranged inside the fixed frame (801), sliding blocks (808) are fixed on two sides of the middle fixing frame (807), the sliding blocks (808) are fixedly connected with synchronous belts (802) on the corresponding side, and the sliding blocks (808) are slidably connected with the vertical guide rails (809) on the corresponding side; and a mud scraping component is arranged below the middle fixing frame (807).

The mud scraping mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the mud scraping assembly comprises a mud scraping plate (701) and an electric push rod (702), wherein one end of the electric push rod (702) is hinged with a middle fixing frame (807), and the other end is hinged with the mud scraping plate (701).

The mud scraping mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein said middle fixing frame (807) comprises at least one horizontal fixing rod, two sliding blocks (808) are respectively fixed at two ends of said horizontal fixing rod; the left side wall and the right side wall of each horizontal fixing rod are both connected with two vertical fixing rods, the two vertical fixing rods are connected through a push rod fixing rod, and the bottom end of the outer side wall of each push rod fixing rod is hinged with the electric push rod (702); the top of mud scraper (701) is provided with first connecting block (7011) in the centre the bilateral symmetry of first connecting block (7011) is provided with two second connecting blocks (7012), the other end of electric putter (702) is articulated with corresponding first connecting block (7011), two the bottom of vertical dead lever respectively with corresponding two second connecting block (7012) are articulated.

The mud scraping mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed frame (801) comprises a front fixed frame and a rear fixed frame which are symmetrically arranged, the upper parts of the front fixed frame and the rear fixed frame are connected by at least two middle fixed rods, and the middle fixed frame (807) is arranged below the middle fixed rods; the front side fixing frame comprises a bottom horizontal mounting rod, two side vertical mounting rods respectively fixed at two sides of the top end of the bottom horizontal mounting rod, and a top horizontal mounting rod connected with the top ends of the two side vertical mounting rods; the belt wheel fixing seat (806) is fixed at the top end of the bottom horizontal mounting rod, and the driving belt wheel (804) is arranged below the top horizontal mounting rod; the vertical guide rails (809) are arranged on the side walls, close to the middle fixing frame (807), of the two side vertical mounting rods, and sliding grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of each vertical guide rail (809); two groups of pulleys are arranged on the outer side wall of the sliding block (808), each group of pulleys comprises two rows of pulleys, each row of pulleys comprises at least one pulley, and the two rows of pulleys in each group of pulleys are respectively connected in two sliding grooves of the corresponding vertical guide rail (809) in a sliding manner; slider (808) are in be provided with fixed block (812) between two sets of pulleys, keeping away from of fixed block (812) the lateral wall of slider (808) is provided with clamp splice (813), be provided with the logical groove of upper and lower direction on clamp splice (813), clamp splice (813) are passed through lead to the groove centre gripping on hold-in range (802) of corresponding side.

An automatic mud scraping device of a filter press provided with the mud scraping mechanism of claim 2, which comprises a controller, a supporting frame (1), a transverse moving mechanism (4) and a longitudinal moving mechanism (5), wherein the transverse moving mechanism (4) is arranged on the supporting frame (1) and moves transversely along the supporting frame (1), the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) is arranged on the transverse moving mechanism (4) and moves longitudinally along the transverse moving mechanism (4), and the mud scraping mechanism (7) is arranged on the longitudinal moving mechanism (5); the execution driving motor (810) and the electric push rod (702) are electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the transverse moving mechanism (4) and the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) to act.

The automatic mud scraping device of filter press according to claim 6, characterized in that the horizontal connecting rod at the front side of the bottom and the horizontal connecting rod at the rear side of the bottom of the transverse moving frame (401) are provided with a longitudinal guide rail (9) and a longitudinal driving rack (10) which are parallel to each other at the top end; the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) comprises a longitudinal moving frame (501), a longitudinal driving motor (502) and a longitudinal driving reducer (503) are arranged on the right side of the longitudinal moving frame (501), the front side and the rear side of the longitudinal moving frame (501) are both provided with a longitudinal driving gear (505) and a longitudinal driven roller (506), the longitudinal driving motor (502) is connected with the longitudinal driving reducer (503), the longitudinal driving speed reducer (503) is a double-output shaft speed reducer, two output shafts on the front side and the rear side of the longitudinal driving speed reducer (503) are connected with a longitudinal driving gear (505) on the corresponding side through a longitudinal driving shaft (504), the longitudinal driving gear (505) is meshed with the longitudinal driving rack (10) on the corresponding side, the longitudinal driven roller (506) is arranged in the longitudinal guide rail (9) on the corresponding side in a sliding manner; the longitudinal driving motor (502) is electrically connected with the controller; the fixed frame (801) is fixed inside the longitudinally moving frame (501).
