the middle part of the vertical rod (2) is connected with an annular ball seat (14) in a sliding manner, a placing mechanism for placing the liquid cylinder (8) is hinged in the annular ball seat (14), and the outer wall of the bottom end of the placing mechanism is in sliding contact with one end of the adjusting component;
the placing mechanism comprises a rotary ball (15) hinged in an annular ball seat (14), a vertical plate (6) arranged at the bottom of the rotary ball (15) in an annular array manner and a placing seat (7) fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the vertical plate (6);
the outer surface of the bottom of the placement seat (7) is of a semicircular arc structure, the bracket (13) is of an arc structure matched with the bottom surface of the placement seat (7), and sliding rods (27) penetrating through the L-shaped transmission arm (5) and fixedly connected with the bracket (13) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the screw rod (12);
