背景技术
鞋垫,是鞋与脚紧贴最多的部分,用于吸收承载身体重量、吸收走路时脚和地面产生的作用力与反作用力的软垫,是人们日常生活中特别常见的物品,主要起着缓解足部疲劳、缓震、提供支撑和矫正足部缺陷等功能,不仅能保持鞋内干燥,使鞋容易清理、不易磨损,同时还起着保护脚的作用,具有保持足部的舒适、缓解足部疲劳、缓震、提供支撑和矫正足部缺陷等功能。目前,市面上常见的鞋垫按照材质主要分为EVA鞋垫、海绵鞋垫、硅胶鞋垫、TPR鞋垫、乳胶鞋垫、布料鞋垫、皮革鞋垫、CPU鞋垫、软木鞋垫等。
然而,普通的鞋垫大多用材简单,支撑效果差,舒适性较差,前掌、足弓和后跟容易出现疼痛问题,损害了用户的身体健康,不具备抑菌功能,透气性较差,脚汗难以散发,细菌滋生严重,长时间穿戴容易出现脚臭问题,用户体验差,且普遍采用手工打磨修边方式,工作效率较低,人为误差较大,毛边残留较多,修边精度较低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种鞋垫及加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种鞋垫,包括垫体、前掌托、足弓托、后跟托和防滑包边,所述垫体由下竹炭纤维透气布层、掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层、跟托记忆棉层、下防水透气膜、下透气泡沫层、上防水透气膜、上透气泡沫层、上竹炭纤维透气布层组成,下竹炭纤维透气布层顶部的一侧连接有弓托记忆棉层。
优选的,所述下竹炭纤维透气布层顶部的相邻两侧分别连接有掌托记忆棉层和跟托记忆棉层,下竹炭纤维透气布层的底部连接有下防水透气膜的顶部,下防水透气膜的底部连接有下透气泡沫层。

其中上述步骤一中,将预购的记忆棉、防水透气膜和竹炭纤维透气布分别放入裁切机中,根据设计图纸裁切成预设的尺寸、厚度和形状,分别得到掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层、跟托记忆棉层、下防水透气膜、上防水透气膜、下竹炭纤维透气布层和上竹炭纤维透气布层;
其中上述步骤二中,将下竹炭纤维透气布层放置在布料画线机上,根据设计图纸在布料的正面画出预设形状的点位线,再转入粘贴机中,用胶水将掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层和跟托记忆棉层分别粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层正面的点位线上;
其中上述步骤三中,用贴膜机将上防水透气膜粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层、掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层和跟托记忆棉层的正面,并将下防水透气膜粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层的背面;
其中上述步骤四中,将粘贴有掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层、跟托记忆棉层、下防水透气膜和上防水透气膜的下竹炭纤维透气布层放入预制的成型模具中,注入熔融态的透气型聚氨酯,经合模、保压、冷却、开模、切边后得到下透气泡沫层,再转入另一个预制的成型模具中,注入熔融态的透气型聚氨酯,经合模、保压、冷却、开模、切边后得到上透气泡沫层;
其中上述步骤五中,将一体的掌托记忆棉层、弓托记忆棉层、跟托记忆棉层、下防水透气膜、上防水透气膜、下竹炭纤维透气布层、下透气泡沫层和上透气泡沫层放入冷冻抛丸修边机中,利用液氮的低温冷冻使下透气泡沫层和上透气泡沫层脆化,并通过高速喷射出的高分子粒子撞击表面,去除毛边,得到半成品;
其中上述步骤六中,将半成品放置在超声波压合机中,再将上竹炭纤维透气布层覆盖在半成品上,利用超声波能使布料熔接到上透气泡沫层上,即可。
优选的,所述步骤五中,冷冻抛丸修边机的冷冻温度为-75℃,抛射轮转速为100r/s。
优选的,所述步骤六中,超声波压合机的压合速度为37pcs/min,工作频率为15kHz。

其中上述步骤二中,将下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)放置在布料画线机上,根据设计图纸在布料的正面画出预设形状的点位线,再转入粘贴机中,用胶水将掌托记忆棉层(12)、弓托记忆棉层(13)和跟托记忆棉层(14)分别粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)正面的点位线上;
其中上述步骤三中,用贴膜机将上防水透气膜(17)粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)、掌托记忆棉层(12)、弓托记忆棉层(13)和跟托记忆棉层(14)的正面,并将下防水透气膜(15)粘贴到下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)的背面;
其中上述步骤四中,将粘贴有掌托记忆棉层(12)、弓托记忆棉层(13)、跟托记忆棉层(14)、下防水透气膜(15)和上防水透气膜(17)的下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)放入预制的成型模具中,注入熔融态的透气型聚氨酯,经合模、保压、冷却、开模、切边后得到下透气泡沫层(16),再转入另一个预制的成型模具中,注入熔融态的透气型聚氨酯,经合模、保压、冷却、开模、切边后得到上透气泡沫层(18);
其中上述步骤五中,将一体的掌托记忆棉层(12)、弓托记忆棉层(13)、跟托记忆棉层(14)、下防水透气膜(15)、上防水透气膜(17)、下竹炭纤维透气布层(11)、下透气泡沫层(16)和上透气泡沫层(18)放入冷冻抛丸修边机中,利用液氮的低温冷冻使下透气泡沫层(16)和上透气泡沫层(18)脆化,并通过高速喷射出的高分子粒子撞击表面,去除毛边,得到半成品;
其中上述步骤六中,将半成品放置在超声波压合机中,再将上竹炭纤维透气布层(19)覆盖在半成品上,利用超声波能使布料熔接到上透气泡沫层(18)上,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种鞋垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤五中,冷冻抛丸修边机的冷冻温度为-75℃,抛射轮转速为100r/s。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种鞋垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中,超声波压合机的压合速度为37pcs/min,工作频率为15kHz。
