Description

Data export method, data import method, medical system and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a method for exporting data and importing data, a medical system, and a storage medium.
Background
Different data often correspond to different data characteristics. In many application scenarios, some data need to be exported and imported, and due to the existence of a large amount of data with different data characteristics, the data are difficult to distinguish during data export, and during data import, a plurality of import tasks need to be established, and a large amount of data need to be repeatedly traversed to distinguish different data characteristics, so that the whole process lacks of high efficiency.
Taking scanning image data generated in a medical scanning system as an example, a hospital often needs to store the scanning image data in the medical scanning system (such as a CT scanning device) to an external device (such as a USB, a hard disk, a public disk, and the like), and the external device has a large amount of data due to the addition of the scanning image data of different data types, and the stored data in the external device may be the scanning image data from the medical scanning system or unknown data generated from other devices; it may be data conforming to the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication of Medicine) standard, or data not conforming to the DICOM standard, or even data that cannot be imported and needs to be filtered. In the peripheral, a large amount of data with different data characteristics can cause storage confusion, and the data types are difficult to distinguish.
Furthermore, the stored data in the peripheral device, especially the scan image data, may need to be imported back to other medical scanning systems, especially the non-DICOM standard data (such as raw data, application intermediate results, etc.), so as to be used by the corresponding scanning device for reconstruction or scientific research of the application, while different import task types need to be created for different types of stored data in the peripheral device. In the prior art, data is not efficiently classified when being imported into a peripheral, and further, when the stored data in the peripheral is imported, one folder is selected, the number and the path of all the imported file data under the folder and subfolders thereof need to be obtained through traversal, an import task is triggered after all the data are traversed, time and labor are consumed, and when some untrusted data files (data files exported by a non-medical scanning system, data files judged to be imported but failed in actual import) exist, the whole import task is caused to report errors. The whole import process needs to traverse the relevant folders repeatedly, and when the import of certain scanned image data fails, the whole import task needs to be restarted, so that the process is slow, the accuracy is lacked, and the use of a user is very inconvenient. Therefore, how to import and export required data quickly and efficiently is an urgent problem to be solved.

in step S601, other peripheral data in the external device is acquired;
in step S602, in the traversal process of the first folder data, determining introducible unmarked data in other peripheral data, where the unmarked data is not marked in the marked file;
in step S603, after the traversal of the first folder data is completed, a third import task is created, and unmarked data is imported.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the traversal is completed and the unmarked data which is not marked by the marked file exists, a corresponding third import task is created, the residual unmarked data is effectively imported, and the completeness of the data import is ensured.
The technical solution of the present invention is better illustrated below with a specific application example:
taking scanned image data as an example, a user needs to distinguish scanned image data meeting the DICOM standard from scanned image data not meeting the DICOM standard, and when the scanned image data in the scanning device needs to be exported to an external device, the corresponding export process is as follows:
step 1: when exporting, defining the scanned image data needing to be exported as data to be exported, defining the scanned image data meeting the DICOM standard as a first category, and establishing a first label file aiming at the scanned image data meeting the DICOM standard; defining the scanned image data which do not meet the DICOM standard as a second category, and establishing a second label file aiming at the scanned image data which meet the DICOM standard;
step 2: forming first folder data by the data to be exported, the first markup file and the second markup file;
furthermore, when data of the first folder needs to be imported, importing the first folder in the peripheral to the corresponding scanning device, where the corresponding import flow is as follows:
the first step is as follows: adopting a breadth traversal mode for the first folder data;
the second step is that: when the first marker file is found, a first import task is created, and corresponding scanned image data meeting the DICOM standard is imported by using data information (data quantity, data path and data type) recorded by the first marker file; when the second label file is found, a second import task is created, and corresponding scanned image data which do not meet the DICOM standard are imported by using data information (data quantity, data path and data type) recorded by the second label file; the first import task and the second import task are processed in parallel, so that the method is more efficient;
the third step: if in the traversal process, the data to be exported in the first folder contains unlabeled data which is not labeled by the first identification file or the second identification file, where the unlabeled data may be data exported in other scanning devices and stored in an external device, and the data belongs to data files which can be imported and do not exist in labeled files. Aiming at the unmarked data, a third import task is generated after traversal is finished to import the unmarked data;
it can be understood that when the first folder data is imported, the first folder data may be split into N import tasks, where N-1 tasks are created by a markup file during export, the import tasks (such as the first import task and the second import task) do not need to traverse through a whole folder and then trigger, and are independent and parallel, and the nth task (such as the third import task) is created by a non-markup file and triggers after the traversal is completed, so that the import efficiency and reliability are improved.
