Before the technical solution is elaborated in detail, an application scenario of the technical solution is introduced first to make understanding of the technical solution clearer. In the actual application process, a doctor usually fills in the medical record condition of a target visiting user based on an existing medical record template, and in the existing template, all information in the template needs to be manually filled in by the doctor, including basic information of the target visiting user, such as the sex, the identity number, the affiliated department, the marital condition and the like of the target visiting user. However, doctors need to fill in a large amount of medical record information every day, the situation of information filling errors is inevitable, and in order to ensure that information of target patients is filled correctly and reduce the workload of doctors, the technical scheme can be adopted to solve the problem.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a medical record template generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a case where a corresponding medical record template is generated according to actual requirements and specified information corresponding to a user is automatically filled into a corresponding position of the medical record template.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, when a medical record page generation request is received, calling a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request; the medical record template to be edited comprises at least one configuration item.
In an actual scenario, a doctor may fill in medical record information of a target visiting user by calling a medical record template provided in a hospital system, and the page generation request may be understood as a request generated based on an operation of calling the medical record template in a system page by the doctor. The medical record template called based on the page request is used as a medical record template to be edited, so that a doctor can fill in medical record information of a target visiting user based on the medical record template to be edited, and the medical record template to be edited comprises at least one configuration item, wherein the configuration item can be understood as a fixed option which is preset on the medical record template to be edited when the medical record template to be edited is set, such as the gender, the affiliated department, the marital status, allergic information or contraindication information and the like of the target visiting user.
Specifically, a doctor includes an option for filling in a medical record in a display interface of a system provided by a hospital, when the doctor needs to fill in medical record information of a target patient, the doctor can click a medical record filling button in a display page, a corresponding medical record page request can be generated based on clicking operation in the page, and when the system receives a medical record page generation request, a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request in the system can be called.
And S120, determining a target calling position of the associated data associated with the target visiting user in the target data list according to the user identification of the target visiting user.
The medical treatment user for whom the doctor is filling or is about to fill medical record information is taken as a target medical treatment user. The user identification can be understood as unique identification information set for the visiting user when the user visits the hospital, the user identification can be an identity card number and a mobile phone number of the visiting user or number information automatically generated when the user is corrected to take the number, and the visiting user and the user identification are in one-to-one correspondence, and the corresponding visiting user can be determined based on the user identification. The associated data can be understood as user information associated with the user, such as personal basic information, medical record information and affiliated department information corresponding to the visiting user. The target data list may be understood as a list generated based on the associated data, for example, a keyword corresponding to the associated data may be set, and a corresponding list may be generated according to each keyword, or unique number information may be set for each associated data, and a corresponding target data list may be generated according to the number information. The target retrieval position may be understood as position information of the associated data in the target list, and the corresponding associated information may be acquired based on the position information of the associated data. Meanwhile, the target calling position of the associated data in the target data list can be obtained according to the keywords.
Specifically, when a doctor visits in a hospital, the hospital acquires associated data related to the doctor, sets a unique user identifier for each doctor, generates a corresponding target data list and a user identifier of a target doctor according to the acquired associated data, and determines a target calling position of the target associated data in the target data list so as to acquire the associated data of the target doctor from the target calling position.
S130, reading data to be written corresponding to at least one configuration item in the medical record template to be edited from the target calling position, and writing the data to be written into the editing control corresponding to the corresponding configuration item to obtain the target medical record template corresponding to the medical record page generation request.
When the medical record template to be edited is generated, the medical record template to be edited can be determined in a software or editor mode, for example, a slate editor can be used. The configuration items set in the medical record template to be edited can be understood as one component, the names of the components are different, the corresponding information data are also different, and the information data to be filled corresponding to the configuration items are used as data to be written. The edit control can be understood as a corresponding control in the configuration item that can be used for filling out the data to be written, such as an input box. The target medical record template can be understood as a medical record template set according to actual requirements, the target medical record template comprises at least one preset configuration item, and associated data corresponding to each configuration item can be filled in a corresponding editing control according to the user identification of the target medical care user, so that when a doctor uses the target medical record template, the associated data corresponding to each configuration item is directly displayed in the target medical record template.
Specifically, the medical record template to be edited includes at least one configuration item, and in order to obtain data to be written corresponding to each configuration item, that is, associated data related to the target visiting user, corresponding data to be written may be read from a target calling position in the target data list through a user identifier of the target visiting user and a corresponding relationship between each configuration item and each associated data, and the obtained data to be written is filled in an editing control corresponding to each configuration item, so as to obtain the target medical record template based on a medical record page generation request.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when a medical record page generation request is received, a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request is called, corresponding configuration items and corresponding relations between the configuration items and the associated data are added to the medical record template to be edited according to actual requirements, and data to be written are obtained based on the configuration items and the corresponding associated data. And determining a target calling position of associated data associated with the target visiting user in a target data list according to the user identification of the target visiting user, so that when the associated data corresponding to the configuration item is acquired, the data can be called from the target calling position, and the called data is filled in the editing control corresponding to each configuration item as to-be-written data. And reading to-be-written data corresponding to at least one configuration item in the medical record template to be edited from the target calling position, writing the to-be-written data into the editing control corresponding to the corresponding configuration item, and obtaining a target medical record template corresponding to the medical record page generation request, so that a user can fill in medical record information of a target visiting user based on the target medical record template. The problem that all information is required to be manually filled in by a user in the existing medical record template, and information filling errors are prone to occurring is solved, and the effect that the specified information is automatically displayed in the medical record template when the medical record template is used is achieved.
Example two
As an optional embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a medical record template generation method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and optionally, for each department in each third-party platform, at least one to-be-used configuration item corresponding to a current department is determined, and a corresponding to-be-edited template determination method is determined according to whether a corresponding basic medical record template exists in each department.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, for each department in each third-party platform, determining at least one to-be-used configuration item corresponding to the current department, determining whether each department in each third-party platform has a corresponding basic medical record template, if so, executing S220, and if not, executing S230.
In an actual application scenario, each doctor can not only visit a hospital online, but also visit a hospital online through each third-party platform in the internet. Each third-party platform may be understood as a medical application software or a web page or other platform capable of performing a network visit, and similarly to the setting of the hospital, each department in each third-party platform corresponds to department information actually set in the hospital, such as departments of ophthalmology, gastrointestinal department, laboratory department, orthopedics, and the like. The current department can be understood as the department corresponding to the target visiting user. The configuration items corresponding to the visiting users needed by different departments are not identical, a plurality of configuration items can be preset for more conveniently setting medical record templates to be edited, and at least one configuration item can be selected from the preset configuration items as the configuration item to be used according to actual requirements when different medical record templates to be edited are set. The basic medical record template can be understood as a general medical record template used when filling medical record information for each medical treatment user, the basic medical record template can include preset configuration items, and usually, associated data corresponding to the configuration items in the basic medical record template corresponds to the basic information of the medical treatment user.
Specifically, different template determination methods to be edited may be adopted according to whether a corresponding basic medical record template exists in each department, if so, S220 is executed, and if not, S230 is executed.
S220, for each department in each third-party platform, determining at least one to-be-used configuration item corresponding to the current department, and generating at least one to-be-selected medical record template according to the at least one to-be-used configuration item and the corresponding basic medical record template so as to determine the to-be-edited medical record template from the at least one to-be-selected medical record template.
The medical record template to be selected can be understood as a medical record template generated based on at least one configuration item to be used and the basic medical record template, and one or more medical record templates to be selected can be obtained according to different configuration items to be used.
In practical application, the medical record templates provided by each third-party platform for the user can be general medical record templates, or different medical record templates can be set according to different requirements of each department, and the general medical record templates are used as basic medical record templates. For each department in each third-party platform, if the basic medical record template cannot meet the requirement of filling medical record information of the current department, a corresponding medical record template can be set according to the use requirement of the current department. Specifically, on the basis of the basic medical record template, at least one to-be-used configuration item corresponding to the current department is added, then one or more to-be-selected medical record templates are generated according to the at least one to-be-used configuration item and the basic medical record template, and then the to-be-selected medical record template corresponding to the current department is determined to serve as the to-be-edited medical record template according to the use requirements of each department.
S230, for each department in each third-party platform, determining at least one to-be-used configuration item corresponding to the current department, so as to generate a request according to the medical record template, determine at least one corresponding target use configuration item, and determine the medical record template to be edited based on the at least one target use configuration item.
The medical record template generation request can be understood as a request for generating a medical record template, the request can include configuration items required in the medical record template, and the target use configuration items can be understood as configuration items to be used determined according to the medical record template generation request.
Specifically, if no basic medical record template exists, the corresponding medical record template generation request may be determined according to the requirements of each department to determine at least one configuration item corresponding to the current department, and then the corresponding configuration item may be acquired from the preset configuration items as the configuration item to be used. And after the configuration items to be used are obtained, the configuration items to be used are added into the medical record editing template, the configuration items to be used added into the template to be edited are used as target use configuration items, and the medical record template to be edited corresponding to each department can be obtained based on the target use configuration items.
S240, when a medical record page generation request is received, calling a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request; the medical record template to be edited comprises at least one configuration item.
Specifically, before calling the medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request, the medical record template to be edited needs to be generated in advance, and different methods can be adopted when the medical record template to be edited is generated.
Optionally, when a medical record page generation request is received, invoking a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request includes: generating the medical record page generation request based on the triggering operation of the user on a display interface; determining the third-party platform identifiers and the department identifiers of the target departments carried in the medical record page generation request; and generating the medical record template to be edited according to the third-party platform identifications and the department identifications.
The third-party platform identifier may understand the identifying information corresponding to the third-party platform, or may determine the source information of the third-party platform, for example, when the medical user initiates a medical treatment request to a doctor through medical software, the third-party platform identifier may be understood as the identifying information corresponding to the application software used by the medical user. The target department can be understood as a department corresponding to the target visiting user when visiting the doctor, the department identification can be understood as identification information corresponding to each department, and the department corresponding to the identification can be determined according to the identification information.
Specifically, when it is detected that the user clicks a key for acquiring the medical record template on the display interface of each third-party platform, a corresponding medical record page generation request can be generated according to the triggering operation of the user. According to the keywords or the identification information in the medical record page generation request, the third-party platform identifications in the medical record page request and the department identifications of the target departments to which the visiting user belongs can be obtained, and further, according to the third-party platform identifications and the department identifications, corresponding medical record templates to be edited can be generated.
Optionally, the generating the medical record template to be edited according to the third-party platform identifiers and the department identifiers includes: determining a medical record template to be edited from at least one medical record template to be selected generated in advance according to the third-party platform identifications and the department identifications; or, according to the third-party platform identifications and the department identifications, calling at least one target use configuration item, and according to the target use configuration item and a corresponding basic medical record template, generating the medical record template to be edited.
Specifically, the medical record templates adopted by the departments can be the same or different, a plurality of medical record templates to be selected can be created in advance according to the requirements of different departments, and when each medical treatment user visits a medical treatment based on each third-party platform, the corresponding medical record template to be edited can be determined from at least one medical record template to be selected, which is generated in advance, through each third-party platform identifier and the department identifier corresponding to each medical treatment user.
Or, according to the third-party platform identifiers and department identifiers, determining at least one target use configuration item from a plurality of preset to-be-used configuration items according to actual requirements, adding each target use configuration item on the basis of the basic medical record template, and generating a corresponding to-be-edited medical record template.
And S250, determining a target calling position of the associated data associated with the target visiting user in a target data list according to the user identification of the target visiting user.
And S260, reading data to be written corresponding to at least one configuration item in the medical record template to be edited from the target calling position, and writing the data to be written into the editing control corresponding to the corresponding configuration item to obtain the target medical record template corresponding to the medical record page generation request.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, for each department in each third-party platform, at least one configuration item to be used corresponding to the current department is determined, a corresponding template determining method to be edited is determined according to whether a corresponding basic medical record template exists in each department, and the generation requirements of the template to be edited corresponding to each department can be met through different determining methods of the medical record template to be edited. When a medical record page generation request is received, a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request is called, the medical record page request is used for generating a corresponding medical record page request based on the triggering operation of a user, then the medical record template to be edited can be generated according to the third-party platform identifications carried in the request and the department identifications corresponding to the departments, or the medical record template to be edited can be generated according to the target use item and the basic medical record template responding, and the associated data associated with the user can be acquired according to the medical record template to be edited and the user identification. The problem that the instructed associated information related to the user cannot be automatically filled into the medical record template in the prior art is solved, the configuration items in the medical record template are determined according to actual requirements, and the associated data related to the user are automatically filled into the corresponding configuration items.
EXAMPLE III
As an optional embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a medical record template generating method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and optionally, before determining a target retrieval position of associated data associated with a target visiting user in a target data list according to a user identifier of the target visiting user, the method further includes determining a user identifier of the target visiting user and the associated data, and updating the associated data into the target data list according to the user identifier of the target user.
As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s310, when a medical record page generation request is received, calling a medical record template to be edited corresponding to the page generation request; the medical record template to be edited comprises at least one configuration item.
S320, when a treatment request of the target treatment user is received, determining a user identifier of the target treatment user, and acquiring associated data of the target treatment user based on the user identifier; wherein the associated data comprises user basic data and historical visit data.
With the popularization of the internet, network medical visits are becoming more common, and a medical visit request can be understood as an inquiry request initiated by a medical visit user to a doctor through the internet.
Specifically, the target visiting user may log in a specific application program or a webpage to initiate a visiting request to a doctor, at this time, the application program or the webpage may collect relevant associated data of the target visiting user and store the associated data in a corresponding medical database, it may be understood that, when collecting and storing the associated data, a corresponding user identifier may be set for each visiting user to mark different visiting users, for example, the user identifier may be set according to an identity card number, a mobile phone number, or number information corresponding to the visiting user of each visiting user. Meanwhile, a corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the associated data needs to be established, so that the associated data related to the visiting user can be acquired based on the user identifier and the corresponding relationship. When the doctor receives a treatment request of the target treatment user, the associated data of the target treatment user is obtained through the user identification of the target treatment user. The associated data includes user basic data and historical clinic data, that is, the associated data includes not only the user basic data but also the historical clinic data of the user.
For example, for some departments, the doctor may need to look up the historical visit data of the target visiting user to serve as a reference for the present visit, such as an orthopedic department, and the doctor may look up the historical visit data of the target visiting user through the historical visit data to determine the recovery condition of the target visiting user, and then determine the present visit scheme based on the historical visit data.
S330, updating the associated data to the target data list according to the user identification of the target visiting user.
Specifically, the associated data of each visiting user is continuously updated, so the associated data corresponding to each visiting user should also be updated in time, and the updated associated data is updated to the target data list, so that when the medical record template is called by the doctor through the system, based on the configuration items set in the medical record template, the latest associated data corresponding to the configuration items is obtained from the target data list.
S340, determining target row information of the associated data of the target visiting user in the target data list according to the user identification, and taking the target row information as the target calling position.
The target row information can be understood as storage position information of the associated data in the target data list, so that the associated data corresponding to the user identification can be quickly acquired according to the storage position information.
Specifically, when storing the associated data of each visiting user, the associated data may be stored in the database in a row storage manner, and meanwhile, a corresponding relationship between each associated data and the user identifier is established, the target row information corresponding to the associated data is determined, and the corresponding target row information is used as the target retrieval position.
The method has the advantages that when the associated data of each visiting user are collected, recorded and stored, the associated data of each visiting user can be stored in the same record table in a row storage mode, the keywords of the associated data serve as search bases, the target row information corresponding to the associated data can be conveniently and quickly located by the user, the target row information serves as a target calling position, and the associated data related to the target visiting user can be obtained based on the target calling position.
Illustratively, the associated data related to each visiting user can comprise basic data such as gender, marital status, identity card number, mobile phone number and the like, and can also comprise historical visiting data of the visiting user, the associated data is stored in a database in a row storage mode, and the target row information is used as the target calling position of the associated data. When the mobile phone number information of the target seeing-eye user needs to be searched, the mobile phone number information can be directly positioned at the target calling position corresponding to the identity card number, so that the tube related data related to the target seeing-eye user can be quickly obtained.
And S350, reading data to be written corresponding to at least one configuration item in the medical record template to be edited from the target calling position.
In practical applications, optionally, the reading, from the target invoking position, data to be written corresponding to at least one configuration item in the medical record template to be edited includes: determining target column information corresponding to the at least one configuration item in the target data list; calling corresponding data to be written from the target data list according to the target row information and the target column information; and writing the data to be written into the editing control corresponding to the corresponding configuration item in the medical record template to be edited to obtain the target medical record template.
The configuration items may exist in the target data list in a column storage manner, the target column information may be understood as position information of the configuration items in the target data list, and the corresponding configuration items may be acquired from the determined target column information.
Specifically, the associated data information of each visiting user can be obtained through the target row information in the target data list, the corresponding configuration item can be obtained through the target column information in the target data list, and further, the to-be-written data corresponding to the configuration item of the medical record template to be edited can be called based on the target row information and the target column information. After the data to be written is obtained, the data to be written is automatically filled in an editing control in the medical record template to be edited, the medical record template to be edited filled with the data to be written is used as a target medical record template, and when the triggering operation of a doctor is detected, the target medical record template corresponding to the target visiting user is called.
And S360, writing the data to be written into the editing control corresponding to the corresponding configuration item to obtain a target medical record template corresponding to the medical record page generation request.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when a diagnosis request of the target diagnosis user is received, the user identification of the target diagnosis user is determined, the associated data of the target diagnosis user is obtained based on the user identification, the basic data and the historical diagnosis information of the user can be obtained through the associated data, then the associated data is updated to the target data list according to the user identification of the target user so as to update the information in the target data list, and when the user uses the target data list again, the associated information corresponding to the user identification can be obtained according to the updated target data list. And determining target row information of the associated data of the target visiting user in the target data list according to the user identification, taking the target row information as the target calling position, and acquiring the associated data quickly and accurately based on the target calling position according to the specific position of the associated data in the target data list. The problem that the instructed associated information related to the user cannot be automatically filled into the medical record template in the prior art is solved, the configuration items in the medical record template are determined according to actual requirements, and the associated data related to the user are automatically filled into the corresponding configuration items.
Example four
In a specific example, in order to facilitate that a doctor can reduce information required to be filled in by the doctor when using the medical record template, for certain specific information, the information can be displayed in the medical record template in an automatic import mode, so that when the doctor calls the medical record template, the data can be directly displayed in the medical record template, and possible errors caused by manual information filling are avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a medical record template to be edited according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The department, bed number, marital and gender in the chart are configuration items in the medical record template to be edited, and data corresponding to each configuration item is related data related to the target visiting user. When the target medical record template is used for recording medical record information of the target medical record user, the doctor can call the pre-generated target medical record template from the system to fill the target medical record template with the medical record information of the target medical record user. Before the doctor calls the target medical record template, the target medical record template needs to be generated according to actual requirements, and the target medical record template can be a medical record template which is used uniformly or a medical record template generated according to the actual requirements of each department.
In the practical application process, each visiting user fills in personal basic information such as name, gender, marital status, affiliated department, visiting history data and the like when visiting in a hospital, after collecting the associated data of each visiting user, the associated data is stored in a database, and the associated relation is established between each associated data and the corresponding visiting user by establishing a user identifier. Meanwhile, in order to conveniently query each piece of associated data, each piece of associated data can be recorded in the target data list according to information such as the name or the keyword of the associated data, so that each piece of associated data can be acquired according to the target calling position of each piece of associated data in the target data list. The recording mode may be a mode of target line information. In order to create each medical record template to be edited more conveniently, a plurality of configuration items to be used may be preset, and names or identification information of the configuration items to be used are stored and recorded in the target data list, the recording mode may be a target column information recording mode, so as to mark position information of each configuration item in the target data list, so as to obtain data to be written corresponding to each configuration item from a target retrieval position according to target row information and target column information in the target data list, and when the medical record template to be edited is generated, at least one configuration item is selected as a target use configuration item, and the corresponding data to be written is filled in the medical record template to be edited.
It can be understood that each medical record user can also perform medical treatment based on the internet, and when each medical record user performs medical treatment based on each third-party platform, according to the user identifier of the medical treatment user, the platform identifier corresponding to each third-party platform, the department identifier corresponding to the department to which the medical treatment user belongs, and the platform identifier and the department identifier can be further obtained, the medical record template to be edited is determined from at least one pre-generated medical record template to be selected, or at least one target use configuration item is called, each target use configuration item is added to the basic medical record template, and a corresponding medical record template to be edited is generated. When the medical record template is created, an editor can be used to generate the medical record template to be edited, for example, an slate editor can be used, corresponding configuration items are added to the editor according to actual requirements, and associated data corresponding to the configuration items are called according to the configuration items. The property information of each configuration item can be set in the editor, for example, the configuration item can be set to input the configuration item, that is, the property information of the configuration item is set as an input element.
It should be noted that, after at least one target configuration item is introduced into the editor, the user cannot operate each target configuration item, but when the attribute information of the target configuration item is an attribute capable of inputting information, the user client fills corresponding content information, such as text information or digital information, in the area corresponding to the target configuration item.
Meanwhile, in order to meet the use experience of a user in the operation process, event interception setting can be carried out on each target configuration item, different operation processing is carried out, for example, when the user inputs information in the target configuration item with the input type, when the cursor of the user is positioned at the leftmost end of the input box, if the cursor is not processed, the user cannot move the cursor forwards any more, and if the data information in the input box is not consistent with the data information expected by the user, the current cursor position in the input box can be changed through a slate editor, so that the user requirements are met. Similarly, when detecting that the user clicks Enter (Enter key), Delete (Delete key), Arrow-Left (move Left), Arrow-Right (move Right), Arrow-Top (move up), or Arrow-Bottom (move down) in the input box, the current cursor position in the input box can be changed by the slate editor to meet the user's requirement. It should be noted that, if the associated data corresponding to the configuration item in the target medical record template is empty, that is, when the corresponding associated data is not found in the database, the doctor may also delete the entire configuration item from the target medical record template.
