Referring to fig. 3, the medical data processing method may include the following steps S310 to S330:
step S310: a first data item corresponding to user information is determined from a first system.
Step S320: and matching the second data item corresponding to the user information from the second system according to at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item.
Step S330: a mapping relationship is established for associating the first data item and the second data item.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the execution order between step S310 and step S330 is not limited.
In addition, the present disclosure may be applied to the medical field. When the method and the device are applied to the medical field, the hospitalization data and the outpatient data in the on-site system can be associated with the examination data and the examination data in the medical examination system, so that the complete medical data corresponding to each piece of user information can be obtained.
Next, the above steps of the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail.
In step S310, a first data item corresponding to user information is determined from the first system.
The first system may be a medical examination system, and is configured to store an examination item and a test item corresponding to a user; the examination items and the examination items are data items in the first system, the examination items comprise at least one of CT, B ultrasonic, X-ray and chest radiography, the examination items comprise at least one of liver function, five first-function items, six hormone items and three first-function items, the data content corresponding to the examination items comprises at least one of CT examination report, B ultrasonic examination report, X-ray examination report and chest radiography examination report, the data content corresponding to the examination items comprises at least one of liver function examination report, five first-function items, six hormone items and three first-function examination report. The first system may include one or more first data items corresponding to one piece of user information, or may include one or more first data items corresponding to a plurality of pieces of user information, where the plurality of pieces of user information are used to characterize different users, and the user may be a patient admitted to an examination. The user information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of name, number, gender, age, medical history.
In addition, the embodiment of the disclosure discloses a data association manner between the first system and the second system, and the embodiment of the disclosure may be applied to a plurality of systems such as three, four or five, where the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited in specific application.
In addition, optionally, the manner of determining the first data item corresponding to the user information from the first system may be: encoding the input user information to obtain a character string parent_id corresponding to the user information; further, traversing the data content of each data item in the first system, detecting whether target data content containing the event_id exists, and if so, determining the data item corresponding to the target data content as a first data item corresponding to the user information; the first data item corresponding to the user may be one or more, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited. The user is specifically referred to as a patient in embodiments of the present disclosure. User information refers to identity information for identifying a patient.
In this example embodiment, optionally, determining, from the first system, a first data item corresponding to the user information includes:
determining all data items containing user information from a first system;
And screening all the data items according to a first preset time range (for example, within 30 days from the current time) to obtain a first data item corresponding to the user information.
Optionally, the manner of determining all data items including the user information from the first system may be: and determining the priority of each piece of sub-information in the user information, and matching each piece of sub-information in the user information with the parameters corresponding to each data item in the first system according to the order of the priority from high to low so as to determine the first data item corresponding to the user information.
For example, the user information corresponding to Zhang three includes the sub information name Zhang three, sex girl and age 18, and because each data item in the first system has corresponding parameters, that is, the parameters corresponding to the CT examination result A are: patient Zhang III, sex men, age 18, CT examination result B corresponding parameters are: patient Zhang III, sex woman, age 18, CT examination result C corresponding parameters are: patient Li IV, sex Man, age 18. The matching may be performed in the first system according to the name to obtain the CT inspection result a and the CT inspection result B. Further, the CT examination result A and the CT examination result B are matched according to the sex, and the CT examination result B is obtained. Further, matching is performed according to the age, and it is determined that the parameter corresponding to the CT inspection result B corresponds to the user information, and then the CT inspection result B as the data item in the first system may be determined as the first data item corresponding to the user information.
In addition, optionally, the method for screening all the data items according to the first preset time range to obtain the first data item corresponding to the user information may be:
and determining the time stamps of all the data items corresponding to the user information, screening out the data items which do not belong to the first preset time range according to the time stamps to obtain the first data items corresponding to the user information, wherein the time stamps corresponding to the first data items belong to the first preset time range.
Further, after screening out the data items not within the first preset time range according to the time stamp, the method may further include the following steps:
and taking the data item closest to the current time among the data items which are obtained by screening and belong to the first preset time range as the first data item corresponding to the user information according to the time stamp.
Therefore, by implementing the optional implementation manner, effective data can be obtained according to screening of the data items corresponding to the user information, occupation of invalid data on computer resources is reduced, and data processing efficiency is further improved.
In step S320, a second data item corresponding to the user information is matched from the second system according to at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item.
The first data item may correspond to a plurality of time stamps, and the plurality of time stamps are different in type. The plurality of time stamps includes, but is not limited to, at least one of an application time, an inspection time, a reporting time, and an audit time. If the first data item is an inspection item, the corresponding plurality of time stamps are application time, inspection time and reporting time; if the first data item is a check item, the corresponding plurality of time stamps are application time, check time, report time and audit time. The second system may be a consultation system for storing outpatient and inpatient terms corresponding to the user, and the outpatient and inpatient terms may be data items in the second system.
In this example embodiment, optionally, matching, from the second system, the second data item corresponding to the user information according to at least one timestamp corresponding to the first data item includes:
screening all data items containing user information in a second system according to a second preset time range to obtain second data items corresponding to the user information;
determining a data type corresponding to the first data item according to the data content of the first data item;
matching a second data item corresponding to the user information from the second system according to the data type and at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item; wherein the second data item is the same as the data type corresponding to the first data item.
The data type corresponding to the first data item may be one or more, for example, a hospitalization type and an outpatient type, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. If the first data item is of the hospitalization type, it means that the examination/verification of the first data item is by the hospitalization doctor, and if the first data item is of the outpatient type, it means that the examination/verification of the first data item is by the outpatient doctor. The second preset time range may be the same as or different from the first preset time range, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited.
Therefore, by implementing the optional implementation manner, the corresponding second data item can be matched in the second system according to the data type, so that the problem of computing resource waste caused by matching the traversal data is reduced, and the data matching efficiency is improved.
Further optionally, matching, from the second system, the second data item corresponding to the user information according to the data type and at least one timestamp corresponding to the first data item, including:
if the data type is the first data type, matching a second data item corresponding to the user information from a first data set of the second system according to at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item;
If the data type is the second data type, matching the second data item corresponding to the user information from the second data set of the second system according to at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item;
and if the data type is the third data type, matching the second data item corresponding to the user information from the first data set and the second data set according to at least one time stamp corresponding to the first data item.
Wherein the first data type may be an outpatient type, the second data type may be an inpatient type, and the third data type may be used to represent a type other than outpatient, i.e. other types. The data items in the first data set are of the outpatient type and the data items in the second data set are of the hospitalized type.
It can be seen that implementing this alternative embodiment, data items can be matched from corresponding data sets by data types to improve data matching efficiency.
Further optionally, the first data item corresponds to a first timestamp, a second timestamp, and a third timestamp, and matching, from the second system, the second data item corresponding to the user information according to the data type and at least one timestamp corresponding to the first data item, includes:
if the first time stamp is effective data, matching a second data item corresponding to the first time stamp from a data set corresponding to the data type of the second system;
If the first time stamp is invalid data and the second time stamp is valid data, matching a second data item corresponding to the second time stamp from a data set corresponding to the data type of the second system;
and if the first time stamp and the second time stamp are both invalid data and the third time stamp is valid data, matching the second data item corresponding to the third time stamp from the data set corresponding to the data type of the second system.
Wherein the valid data is used to indicate that the timestamp is not null. The first time stamp may be an application time, the second time stamp may be an inspection time, and the third time stamp may be a reporting time; the application time is used for indicating the time for a doctor to open an examination/test, the examination time is used for indicating the time for a patient to perform the examination/test, and the report time is used for indicating the time for an examination/test report. And if the first time stamp is valid data, the first time stamp can be understood as non-empty, if the first time stamp is invalid data and the second time stamp is valid data, the first time stamp is empty, the second time stamp is non-empty, and similarly, if the first time stamp and the second time stamp are both valid data and the third time stamp is valid data, the first time stamp and the second time stamp are empty and the third time stamp is non-empty.
It can be seen that, by implementing this alternative embodiment, data matching can be performed sequentially according to a plurality of time stamps, so as to improve data matching efficiency.
In this example embodiment, optionally, after matching the second data item corresponding to the user information from the second system according to at least one timestamp corresponding to the first data item, the method may further include the following steps:
if a plurality of second data items exist, ordering the second data items according to the data generation time;
and selecting at least one target second data item from the sorting result according to the preset quantity as a second data item corresponding to the user information.
The data generation time is the clinic registration time if the second data item is an outpatient item, and the data generation time is the inpatient time if the second data item is an inpatient item. The target second data item may be one or more, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited. The duration between the data generation time of the targeted second data item and the first timestamp of the first data item is less than the duration between the data generation time of any non-targeted second data item and the first timestamp of the first data item.
It can be seen that the implementation of this alternative embodiment can determine the second data item corresponding to the user information by screening the second data item, so as to improve accuracy of inter-system data association.
In step S330, a mapping relationship for associating the first data item and the second data item is established.
Wherein the mapping relationship is used to characterize a one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many relationship between the first data item and the second data item, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited.
Additionally, optionally, the manner of establishing the mapping relationship for associating the first data item and the second data item may be:
enriching a data table containing the first data item through the second data item; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
enriching a data table containing second data items through first data items; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
enriching a data table corresponding to the user information through the first data item and the second data item.
Therefore, by implementing the medical data processing method shown in fig. 3, the problem of low data efficiency of determining the matching of the user information can be overcome to a certain extent, and the data related to the user information can be determined from a plurality of systems more quickly by correlating the data of the user information among different systems, so that the efficiency of determining the data matched with the user information and the data utilization rate among the systems are improved, and the traceability of the data is improved; and obtaining effective data related to the user information by associating the data corresponding to the user information in each system, and analyzing the user according to the effective data so as to improve the knowledge depth of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a medical data processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the medical data processing method of another embodiment includes steps S400 to S490, wherein:
step S400: all data items containing user information are determined from the first system.
Step S410: and screening all the data items according to a first preset time range to obtain first data items corresponding to the user information.
Step S420: and screening all data items containing the user information in the second system according to a second preset time range to obtain second data items corresponding to the user information.
Step S430: and determining the data type corresponding to the first data item according to the data content of the first data item.
Step S440: and if the first time stamp is valid data, matching the second data item corresponding to the first time stamp from the data set corresponding to the data type of the second system.
Step S450: and if the first time stamp is invalid data and the second time stamp is valid data, matching the second data item corresponding to the second time stamp from the data set corresponding to the data type of the second system.
Step S460: and if the first time stamp and the second time stamp are both invalid data and the third time stamp is valid data, matching the second data item corresponding to the third time stamp from the data set corresponding to the data type of the second system.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited to the execution sequence among the step S440, the step S450 and the step S460, and may be executed according to the actual situation.
Step S470: and if a plurality of second data items exist, ordering the second data items according to the data generation time.
Step S480: and selecting at least one target second data item from the sorting result according to the preset quantity as a second data item corresponding to the user information.
Step S490: a mapping relationship is established for associating the first data item and the second data item.
When the method and the device are applied to the medical field, all examination items and examination items containing Zhang Saninformation can be determined from a medical examination system, and then all examination items and examination items are screened according to a first preset time range (for example, 30 days), and the examination items and examination items which are separated from the current time by more than 30 days are screened out, so that first data items corresponding to user information are obtained. Furthermore, all inpatient items and outpatient items including Zhang three information in the visit system can be screened according to a second preset time range (for example, 30 days and 60 days), inpatient items which are separated from the current time by more than 30 days are screened out, outpatient items which are separated from the current time by more than 60 days are screened out, and outpatient items and inpatient items corresponding to the user information are obtained. From the examination item and the examination content and examination content of the examination item, it can be determined whether the data type thereof belongs to an outpatient or a inpatient, for example, whether an examination/examination is performed by an outpatient or an examination/examination is performed by an inpatient. If the first timestamp (e.g., the application time, i.e., the time the clinician initiates the examination/verification or the time the resident initiates the examination/verification) is valid data, i.e., the application time is not null, then a second data item corresponding to the application time is matched from the data set corresponding to the data type of the patient system. Similarly, taking the first time stamp which is not empty as a key of matching according to the priority order until the second data item corresponding to the time stamp is matched; wherein if the data type is hospitalization, then a hospitalization item corresponding to the time stamp is matched from the data set corresponding to the hospitalization according to the time stamp which is not empty, the data generation time of the hospitalization item is earlier than the time stamp and the distance between the data generation time and the time stamp is shortest, and the discharge time of the hospitalization item is later than the time stamp. Further, a mapping relationship between the first data item and the second data item may be established to enhance a degree of association between the multi-system data.
In addition, the steps S400 to S490 correspond to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and in fig. 3, the steps are described and expanded in detail, and are not repeated here.
Therefore, by implementing the medical data processing method shown in fig. 4, the problem that the data efficiency of determining the matching of the user information is low can be overcome to a certain extent, and the data related to the user information can be determined from a plurality of systems more quickly by correlating the data of the user information among different systems, so that the efficiency of determining the data matched with the user information and the data utilization rate among the systems are improved, and the traceability of the data is improved; and obtaining effective data related to the user information by associating the data corresponding to the user information in each system, and analyzing the user according to the effective data so as to improve the knowledge depth of the user.
