The method steps of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by the terminal device, the server, or both, for example, the server 105 in fig. 1 may be executed by the terminal device and the server, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
In step S310, medical record data is acquired.
The medical record data to be processed or checked can be acquired from a client, where the client can be pre-installed in a terminal device, and an applicant, an insured, an insurance agent, an insurance broker, or an operator of an insurance company, and can submit a medical record data processing request through the client, where the medical record data processing request carries treatment data of the target object, and the target object may be, for example, an insured. Specifically, the treatment data of the target object may include sub-information such as diagnosis information, medication information, examination information, procedure medication, disease type, treatment information, medical record information, discharge summary, operation information, examination report, medical order information, and cost information generated by the target object during the treatment of a disease. The present disclosure is not so limited and the treatment data may also include other sub-information generated during the treatment. In the following description, medication information, examination reports, and charge details data are exemplified, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and any factors related to medical treatment of a target object may be considered in the medical record data processing. When the server receives the medical record data of the target object, the server can express the physical examination report data in the form of a feature vector.
In one embodiment, when the medical record is a paper medical record, converting the paper medical record into the medical record data through scanning; and when the medical record data is in a picture format, identifying the text and the digital information included in the medical record data through text identification software.

In step S320, sub-information in the medical record data is extracted.
In this step, one or more sub-information such as diagnosis information, medication information, medical record information, discharge summary, operation information, examination report, medical order information, and expense details included in the medical record data in step S310 may be acquired. The sub-information of the medical record data may include detailed information related to the sub-information, for example, the medication information may include a list of all medications used by the target subject during the medical treatment, the examination report may include all examinations performed by the target subject during the medical treatment, and the expense details may include all expense details and total expense generated by the target subject during the medical treatment.
In one embodiment, the sub-information of the medical record data includes diagnosis information, medication information, examination information, surgery information, procedure medication, disease category and cost information.
In step S330, the extracted sub-information of the medical record data is compared with the standard sub-information in the information base.
In this step, the sub information extracted in step S320 is compared with the standard sub information in the information base. The information base is a knowledge base of evidence-based medical rules, and the knowledge base may include various information of related diseases in the treatment process, such as information of methods for treating various diseases, medication, examination, and cost. In this step, medication information can be extracted from the medical record data, for example, and then the medication information in the medical record data is compared with standard sub-medication information in the information base for treating the disease of the medical record data; for example, the examination report can be extracted from the medical record data, and then the examination report recorded in the medical record data is compared with the standard examination sub-information required for treating the disease of the medical record data in the information base; alternatively, the cost details can be extracted from the medical record data, for example, and the cost details recorded in the medical record data can be compared to standard cost information in the information repository required to treat the medical record data for the disease.
In one embodiment, comparing the sub information extracted in step S320 with the standard sub information in the information base includes: comparing the extracted diagnosis information and medication information of the medical record data with standard diagnosis information and medication information in an information base.
In one embodiment, comparing the sub information extracted in step S320 with the standard sub information in the information base includes: comparing the extracted diagnosis information and examination information of the medical record data with standard diagnosis information and examination information in an information base.

In one embodiment, comparing the sub information extracted in step S320 with the standard sub information in the information base includes: comparing the extracted disease category and cost information of the medical record data with standard disease category and cost information in an information base.
In step S340, whether the sub information included in the medical record data is reasonable is determined according to the comparison result.
In this step, it is determined whether or not the sub information included in the medical record data is reasonable based on the comparison result in step S330. The specific judgment can be, for example, if the drugs in the medication information in the medical record data all belong to the standard medication for treating the disease in the medical record data in the information base, the medication sub-information is judged to be reasonable; if the medicines in the medication information in the medical record data comprise standard medications which do not belong to the information base and are used for treating the diseases of the medical record data, judging that the medication sub-information is unreasonable; if one or more drugs in the medication information in the medical record data belong to the standard medication in the information base for treating the disease of the medical record data, but the frequency of the one or more drugs in treating the disease is low (for example, less than or equal to 5 percent) and the price of the drug is relatively high (for example, the unit price is greater than or equal to 1000), the medication sub-information is judged to be basically reasonable.
Specific judgment can also be made, for example, if the examinations in the examination report in the medical record data all belong to the standard examinations in the information base for treating the diseases of the medical record data, the sub-information of the examination report is judged to be reasonable; if the examination in the examination report in the medical record data comprises standard examination which does not belong to the information base and is used for treating the diseases of the medical record data, judging that the sub-information of the examination report is unreasonable; if one or more of the tests in the medical record data belong to the standard test reports in the information base for treating the disease of the medical record data, but the one or more tests are used less frequently (e.g., less than or equal to 5 percent) for treating the disease and the test report price is relatively high (e.g., the unit price is greater than or equal to 1000), the test report sub-information is judged to be substantially reasonable.
The specific determination can also be made, for example, if the total amount of the cost in the detail of the medical record data is less than or equal to the average amount of the cost in the information base for treating the disease in the medical record data, the information of the detail of the cost is determined to be reasonable; if the total amount of the cost in the detail of the medical record data is higher than the highest amount of the cost range for treating the diseases of the medical record data in the information base, judging that the sub-information of the cost detail is unreasonable; if the total amount of the cost in the detail of the cost in the medical record data is higher than the average amount of the cost range for treating the diseases of the medical record data but is less than or equal to the maximum amount, the sub-information of the examination report is judged to be basically reasonable.
In step S350, the result of the determination is transmitted to the terminal, so that the result of the determination is displayed on the terminal.
In this step, the result of the determination is transmitted to the terminal according to the determination result of the step S340 to display the result of the determination on the terminal.
The specific display may be, for example, to display "medication information is reasonable" when the medication information is reasonable; for example, when the medication information is not reasonable, "medication information is not reasonable" is displayed and unreasonable medicine information (such as name, quantity, and price) is displayed; for example, when the medication information is substantially reasonable, "medication information is substantially reasonable" is displayed and substantially reasonable medicine information (such as name, quantity, and price) is displayed. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and other information contents included in the medication information may be displayed at the same time.
