Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to white board pen ink, in particular to white board pen ink capable of being dry erased at normal temperature and fading by heating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A whiteboard marker is a tool for writing on a whiteboard, similar to a chalk of a blackboard. The white board pen ink contains chemical raw materials, and has the taste of the chemical raw materials. After the ink is solidified, a layer of adhesive film is formed on the surface, the adhesive film becomes strip-shaped or block-shaped particles after being wiped, no stain is left on a board or a blackboard eraser, and the using effect of the ink can be tested by wiping with fingers instead of the blackboard eraser during field testing. White board pen inks can be roughly classified into three categories according to different solvents: oil-based, alcohol-soluble, and water-based inks. At present, the ink for the whiteboard marker, which is commonly used in the market, is alcohol-soluble, has the disadvantages of large smell, flammability and volatility, various auxiliary agents, complex preparation process and inconvenient storage, and can cause certain potential threats to health after long-term use. However, there are many problems in the development of environmentally friendly aqueous inks. Several products which have been developed and worked out have more or less defects and shortcomings, such as "a practical water-based white board marker ink and a preparation method thereof" (publication No. CN104893419), and the formula contains various organic solvents such as isopropanol, ethylene glycol and the like, wherein the isopropanol belongs to a low-toxicity solution, and if the isopropanol is carelessly scattered on clothes in the using process, irreversible color pollution is caused to the clothes. Furthermore, the formula of the green ink containing formaldehyde has great harm to human body (publication No. CN 103911046). Therefore, the improved water-based white board marker mainly adopts water as a solvent, is non-toxic, harmless and easy to obtain, meets the use requirements of people to a great extent, and simultaneously reduces a part of the manufacturing cost.
Currently, friction ink is available on the market, and can be erased by a special eraser when writing on paper and fades at high temperature. The principle of erasable pen is mainly thermal sensitive reaction, and the ink of said pen contains colour-producing material, colour-developing agent and colour-changing temp. regulator, and at normal temp. the colour-producing material and colour-developing agent are combined to produce colour, and at high temp. the colour is faded. However, the ink cannot achieve the dry erasing effect when being used for writing on a whiteboard, cannot be faded when the ink is not dried, cannot be erased after the ink is dried, and can keep the high-temperature fading effect when being dried by air under hot air. We also performed hot water fading experiments and found that ink stains on clothes can be removed in hot water above 80 ℃.
Therefore, in order to retain the heat-sensitive characteristic of the friction ink and achieve the dry wiping effect on the white board, the existing friction ink is improved, and the white board pen ink which can be faded by heat in a dry wiping mode is obtained.
The formula of the published patent shows that the water-based white board pen ink mainly comprises a solvent, a surfactant, a film-forming assistant, a pigment (or a dye) dispersed in the solvent, a filler and the like. The water-based pen ink with good comprehensive performance can be prepared by changing the types and the contents of the components in the water-based pen ink to prepare a sample and optimizing the formula of the friction ink.
Generally, the dry erasable whiteboard marker has complex components, low toxicity of the components, inconvenient preparation scheme and difficult erasing, and can cause irreversible color pollution to clothes, while the friction ink can not be erased on the whiteboard and can fade at high temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the white board marker ink which can be dry erased at normal temperature and can fade by heating, and the white board marker ink has the advantages of no toxicity, no pollution, good film forming property, simple and convenient manufacturing process, no precipitate after long-term storage, good component stability, fading by heating, smooth writing and easy erasing.
The invention provides white board pen ink capable of being dry erased at normal temperature and fading by heating, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.4 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate surfactant, 1 percent of water, 0.2-0.4 percent of calcium sulfate, 2-3 percent of friction ink and 1 percent of methyl cellulose.
The preferred component ratio is: sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate surfactant 0.2, water 1, calcium sulfate 0.4, friction ink (black) 2, and methyl cellulose (film forming aid) 0.1% 1.
Or the following steps: 0.4 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate surfactant, 1 percent of water, 0.2 percent of calcium sulfate, 2 percent of friction ink and 0.1 percent of methyl cellulose (film-forming additive) 1.
The invention provides a preparation method of white board marker ink capable of being dry erased at normal temperature and fading by heating, which comprises the following steps: according to the components and the mixture ratio as described above,
1) firstly, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into friction ink;
2) adding water and calcium sulfate, and stirring uniformly;
3) and finally, adding 0.1% of methyl cellulose (film forming auxiliary agent) and fully stirring to obtain the whiteboard marker ink.
The prepared white board pen ink is suitable for writing on a smooth board surface, and can be conveniently erased through dry soft cloth or a blackboard eraser after being dried. In addition, due to the heat-sensitive nature of friction, when the clothing becomes soiled with ink, it can be soaked in hot water above 80 ℃ and the color faded.
Compared with the prior art, the white board pen ink has the advantages of simple preparation method, lower cost, no dust, no toxicity, no pungent smell, smooth writing, preparation at normal temperature and normal pressure, no need of special process equipment, clear and easily erasable ink writing, dry erasing or fading by heating, and is suitable for daily teaching and writing.
