The lifting and rotating driving mechanism comprises a transfer trolley 1, a temporary storage hopper 1-1 and a suspension arm 1-2 are arranged on the transfer trolley 1, the suspension arm 1-2 is positioned at the upper part of the temporary storage hopper 1-1, the bottom of one end of the suspension arm 1-2 is provided with a jacking mechanism 1-3, the jacking mechanism 1-3 is an air cylinder, and the other end of the suspension arm 1-2 is provided with a hoisting mechanism 2; a supporting column 1-4 is arranged at the bottom end of one end of the suspension arm 1-2 provided with a jacking mechanism 1-3, the supporting column 1-4 and the jacking mechanism 1-3 are both arranged on a turntable 1-5, and the turntable 1-5 is positioned on a transfer trolley support; when the garbage in the material collecting and releasing box 3 needs to be transported, the rotating vehicle 1 is driven to one side of the material collecting and releasing box 3, then the rotating disk rotates to enable the suspension arm to rotate to the position of the material collecting and releasing box 3, the lifting mechanism 1-3 is used for achieving lifting of one end of the suspension arm provided with the lifting mechanism, finally the lifting hook on the lifting mechanism is placed in the suspension ring on the material collecting and releasing box in a matched mode, finally the lifting mechanism on the suspension arm lifts the material collecting and releasing box 3 into the temporary storage hopper 1-1 in the transporting vehicle through the lifting mechanism 1-3 and the rotating disk, a discharging opening 3-3 in the bottom end of the material collecting and releasing box 3 is opened, and the garbage in the material collecting and releasing box 3 is discharged into the temporary storage hopper. The automatic mechanism can simplify the whole process of garbage clearing and transporting, garbage can be directly put into the temporary storage hopper through the collecting and releasing material box 3, the automatic mechanism is high in automation degree and labor-saving, the garbage is transported to a designated place through the transport vehicle to be treated, the process of the garbage transfer station is omitted, the problems of sewage outflow and odor overflow are fundamentally solved, a large amount of manpower and material resources and time are saved, and the surrounding environment of the garbage transfer station is effectively improved.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the lifting hook in the lifting ring, sliding grooves are formed in the bottom ends of the second hoisting disks 2 to 23, and the two lifting rods are arranged in the sliding grooves through sliding blocks respectively. When needs hoist and mount rings with the lifting hook, exert external force to two lifting hooks respectively, then two lifting hooks are the relative motion along the spout that corresponds respectively, then the distance increase between two lifting hooks is convenient for hoist and mount two lifting hooks respectively on corresponding rings. In order to avoid the lifting hook to move when lifting the rings, the sliding block locking device is arranged on the sliding block, and the stability of lifting the rings by the lifting hook is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging is characterized by comprising a hoisting mechanism and a material receiving and releasing box;
the hoisting mechanism is provided with a lifting hook and a lifting hook rotating mechanism, and the lifting hook rotating mechanism comprises a steel wire rope, a first hoisting disc, a second hoisting disc and a lifting hook rotating shaft;
the first hoisting disc is connected with a lifting and rotating driving mechanism through a steel wire rope, a second hoisting disc is arranged at the bottom end of the first hoisting disc, a lifting hook rotating shaft is vertically arranged between the first hoisting disc and the second hoisting disc, and a lifting hook is arranged at the bottom end of the second hoisting disc;
the material receiving and discharging box is characterized in that a material feeding port is formed in the top end of the material receiving and discharging box, a hanging ring matched with the hanging hook is further arranged, and a material discharging port is formed in the bottom end of the material receiving and discharging box.

The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging according to claim 1, wherein the discharge opening is movably provided with two baffles, the two baffles are respectively arranged at two ends of the collecting and discharging bin which are oppositely arranged, one end of each baffle is rotatably connected with the collecting and discharging bin, and the other end of each baffle is a free end;
when the free end is abutted against the bottom end of the material receiving and discharging box, the material discharging opening is in a closed state; when the free end is far away from the bottom end of the material receiving and releasing box, the feed opening is in an opening state.
3. The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging as claimed in claim 2, wherein both of the baffles are connected with a pick-and-place mechanism, and the pick-and-place mechanism is located at the top end in the pick-and-place bin;
the winding and unwinding mechanism comprises a wire coil and a wire coil rotating shaft, one end of the wire coil rotating shaft extends out of a winding and unwinding bin, one end of the wire coil rotating shaft is connected with the wire coil, a rotating shaft groove is formed in one end of the wire coil rotating shaft extending out of the winding and unwinding bin, a connecting wire is wound on the wire coil, and two ends of the connecting wire are respectively connected with two baffles.

The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging according to claim 1, wherein the collecting and releasing bin is a rectangular parallelepiped and comprises a top plate and two side walls with baffles at the bottom ends, pulleys are arranged on the inner walls of the joints between the top plate and the two side walls, and two ends of the connecting line are connected with the baffles after passing through the corresponding pulleys.

The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging according to claim 1, wherein an opening mechanism matched with the retracting mechanism is arranged on the bottom end of the lifting hook rotating mechanism, and comprises an oil cylinder, a lifting disc, a rotary driving part and an insertion rod;
lifting hook rotary mechanism is connected to hydro-cylinder one end, and the lifting disk is connected to one end, the lifting disk bottom is equipped with the rotation driving portion, rotation driving portion bottom is equipped with the inserted bar, the shape of inserted bar outer wall matches with rotation axis recess shape.
6. The automatic mechanism for garbage collection, transfer and discharge of claim 5, wherein the shape of the groove of the rotating shaft and the outer wall of the insertion rod is a straight line or a cross or a polygon.
7. The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transferring and discharging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the lifting hook and the lifting ring is two, and the lifting ring is respectively arranged at two sides of the feeding port;
the lifting hook comprises an integrally formed lifting rod and a hook body, one end of the lifting rod is arranged at the bottom end of the second hoisting disc, the other end of the lifting rod is provided with the hook body, and the hook body on the lifting hook is arranged oppositely.

The automatic mechanism for garbage collection, transfer and discharge according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the feeding port is provided with a shield, the shield is provided with an opening towards the side edge, the opening is communicated with the feeding port, and the hanging ring is positioned at the side of the shield which is not opened.

The automatic mechanism for garbage recycling, transporting and discharging according to claim 1, wherein the lifting and rotating driving mechanism comprises a transport vehicle, the transport vehicle is provided with a temporary storage hopper and a suspension arm, the suspension arm is positioned at the upper part of the temporary storage hopper, the bottom of one end of the suspension arm is provided with a jacking mechanism, and the other end of the suspension arm is provided with a hoisting mechanism; the lifting device is characterized in that a supporting column is arranged at the bottom end of one end of the lifting arm provided with the jacking mechanism, the supporting column and the jacking mechanism are arranged on a turntable, and the turntable is located on a support of the transfer trolley.

The automatic mechanism for garbage collection, transfer and discharge according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein a chute is provided on the bottom end of the second hanging plate, and the two hanging rods are respectively disposed in the chute through a sliding block; and a sliding block locker is arranged on the sliding block.
