As shown in fig. 6, the horizontal support rod 7 includes a second support rod body 71 and a second connecting seat 72 and a second screw rod 73 respectively disposed at two ends of the second support rod body 71, the two second screw rods 73 have opposite thread directions, one end of the second screw rod 73 is in threaded connection with the second support rod body 71, the other end of the second screw rod 73 is fixedly connected with the second connecting seat 72, and the second connecting seat is used for being connected with a plate to be assembled of the container.
Fix horizontal support bar 7 between left side board 2 and right side board 3, the second connecting seat 72 at both ends spot welds with the curb plate respectively, and the both ends of second bracing piece body 71 can set up the screw hole coaxial with second bracing piece body 71, screw hole and first screw rod 63 threaded connection. The second support rod body 71 may be tubular, and nuts are fixed to both ends of the second support rod body, and the nuts are threadedly coupled to the second screw rods 73. The side wall of the second support rod body 71 is also provided with a threaded hole, the axial direction of the threaded hole is perpendicular to the axial direction of the second support rod body 71, the threaded hole is in threaded connection with a second locking screw 74, when the horizontal support rod 7 is adjusted to a preset length, the second locking screw 74 is screwed into the threaded hole, the end part of the second locking screw 74 abuts against a second screw rod 73 inside the second support rod body 71, the second support rod body is further fixed, and the second support plate body is prevented from rotating around the second screw rod. The number of the threaded holes is at least two, and the threaded holes are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second support rod body 71. After the container is assembled, the horizontal support bar 7 can be removed.
The first supporting rod body and the second supporting rod body can be provided with rotating holes, tools can be inserted into the rotating holes in the supporting rod bodies to easily rotate the supporting rod bodies, and the purpose of adjustment is achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a container, as shown in fig. 7, which is assembled by the above assembling method. According to the assembling method, the inclined support rod and the horizontal support rod are matched for use, the perpendicularity and the diagonal length can be adjusted in the assembling process, the anti-deformation amount is preset, and welding deformation is restrained, so that the assembled container meets the assembling requirement.

Claims (9)

1. A method of assembling a container, comprising:
placing a container bottom plate on a platform, and respectively spot-welding a left side plate and a right side plate of the container on two side edges of the bottom plate;
inclined support rods with adjustable lengths are respectively supported between the left side plate and the bottom plate and between the right side plate and the bottom plate, and the verticality between the two side plates and the bottom plate and the length of a left diagonal line and a right diagonal line are respectively adjusted by adjusting the lengths of the inclined support rods, so that the verticality between the two side plates and the bottom plate and the length difference between the left diagonal line and the right diagonal line are both within a preset range;
a horizontal support rod with adjustable length is supported between the left side plate and the right side plate for reinforcement;
front and rear end plates are respectively placed at the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate and are connected in a spot welding manner, inclined supports with adjustable lengths are respectively supported between the front end plate and the bottom plate and between the rear end plate and the bottom plate, and the verticality between the two end plates and the bottom plate and the length of front and rear diagonal lines are respectively adjusted by adjusting the lengths of the inclined supports, so that the verticality between the two end plates and the bottom plate and the length difference between the front and rear diagonal lines are in a preset range;
and (4) fully welding, and removing the inclined supporting rod and the horizontal supporting rod to finish the assembly.
2. The method of assembling a shipping container of claim 1, wherein prior to full-weld, the method further comprises:
the length of each side and the length of each diagonal of the container are measured, and the length difference of the left diagonal and the right diagonal and the length difference of the front diagonal and the rear diagonal are within a preset range by adjusting the lengths of each diagonal support rod and each horizontal support rod.
3. The method for assembling a container according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the full-weld body comprises:
welding inner side seams between the left side plate and the right side plate and the bottom plate from the center to the two ends;
welding outer side seams between the left side plate and the right side plate and the bottom plate from the center to two ends;
welding inner side seams between the front end plate and the rear end plate and the bottom plate from the center to the two ends;
welding outer side seams between the front end plate and the rear end plate and the bottom plate from the center to the two ends;
welding inner side seams between the left side plate and the right side plate and between the front end plate and the rear end plate;
welding outer side seams between the left side plate and the right side plate and between the front end plate and the rear end plate;
and welding the inner and outer welding seams of the top cover from the center to the two ends.
4. A method of assembling a container as claimed in claim 1, wherein said predetermined range of perpendicularity is 90 ° ± 2 °.
5. The method of assembling a container according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined range of the difference in length between the left and right diagonals and the difference in length between the front and rear diagonals is 0 to 3 mm.

The method for assembling a container according to claim 1, wherein the diagonal support bar comprises a first support bar body and a first connecting seat, a first screw rod and a rotation locking member respectively arranged at two ends of the first support bar body, wherein the two first screw rods have opposite thread directions, one end of each first screw rod is in threaded connection with the first support bar body, the other end of each first screw rod is in rotational connection with the first connecting seat, the rotation locking member is used for locking the rotation of the first screw rod, and the first connecting seat is used for being connected with a plate to be assembled of the container.
7. The method for assembling a container according to claim 6, wherein a limiting hole is formed in the first connecting base, an end of the first screw rod penetrates into the limiting hole, and the limiting hole is used for limiting a rotation range of the screw rod.

The method of assembling a container according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal support rod includes a second support rod body and a second connecting seat and a second screw rod respectively disposed at two ends of the second support rod body, the two second screw rods have opposite thread directions, one end of the second screw rod is in threaded connection with the second support rod body, the other end of the second screw rod is fixedly connected with the second connecting seat, and the second connecting seat is used for connecting with a plate to be assembled of the container.
9. A container assembled by the assembly method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
