Such problems arise in many welders' work and are not dealt with by analysis, understanding and resolution. Once the weld metal contains oil layer cracks, the oil layer cracks cannot be repaired through repair welding and overlaying welding, and the defects only expand.
Along with the vibration and the time extension of equipment, the metal microcracks of the welding seams extend, so that the cracks of the welding seams and the affected areas are enlarged, the welding seams fail, a large amount of oil system media are leaked, and if the sparks of an operating excitation system, the rotating part of a high-temperature shafting and hydrogen system equipment exist around, serious combustion fire or even explosion accidents can occur.
Before an oil system and oil pollution equipment are welded, two treatment modes are generally adopted, and the physical cleaning is as follows: high-temperature steam is blown and polished, and then the mixture is burnt by oxyacetylene flame. Chemical removal: cleaning with alkaline acid, and wiping with acetone.
The cleaning work consumes time and labor, the welding part of the oil-related equipment has various complex shapes and positions, after cleaning, the maintenance and welding are delayed, the spreading of the oil surface is enlarged, or the oil glove is polluted by the oil, and the like, and the concave part of the residual oil stain is difficult to clean, so that the welding part still has oil stain.
